during the fourth annual shiny arts festival, lee jinhyung, who was a regular guest on blue night radio, mentioned a memory about jonghyun was that, while preparing for his solo album and dieting, he would always have a pocket of haribo jellies and offer to others. 

he also said that he remembers jonghyun: always spoke with his sister and mom after broadcasts and discussed sherlock (the bbc show) while eating gummies. (source)

translation: at 25:40 jjong mentions he and gray worked together on blue night radio's theme songs! and at 55:40 gray/jonghyun explained that gray had worked on this song (not sure if it was a full song and/or if it was complete?) and jjong had called gray in a hurry and said "hyung, i need a theme song [for blue night radio], would you like to work together? if you have some [songs, beat, samples, ideas idk], please let me know" or something along those lines :-)

I usually stay up late without any special reason, so it gave me pleasure like nothing

else when the DJ offer came in. I feel like I am being comforted while doing the radio. It’s not polite to appear on a TV entreatment program and show a weary look just because I am a little tired. But since radio is meeting every day, I can be more honest

about the mood of the day. It is okay to say that “I am a little gloomy today”

I am an emotionally honest person. l'm also a person who feels different emotions that

change quickly. It’s not like l don't know what others want me to be. I do match them at times, but most of the time I try to

express the candid emotions that I feel.

“I’m in my youth now, and l have my own ideas about how a youth should live. I think it’s a youth’s job to speakup or try to change

what is not tight. After time goes by and I get older, I hope I don’t have any regrets about not being able to do so” It's been a while that I faced a man in his 20’s who talks about his own dreams and ways of life so clearly.

I think it's most important that your

dreams don't waver in order to fulfill it (them). As the time you waver gets longer then it's not good for the dream.

PD-nim asked me to have my meal first before leaving. He told me, "what kind of

wealthy person are you that (you) can't even take your meal before leaving?" I earn more money than people around my age and I also have a job which people are

envious of. Sometimes I think like this: "how long can this last?" among people's desire, desire to have authority or desire of fame is stronger than appetite or sexual desire, right? I wonder if it disappears (my fame), then I will not be able to have a meal before leaving like what the PD nagged me. However, one thing I don't want to lose is freedom. I want to take courage and be able to stand in front of everyone freely. I want to have my meal properly then leave.

Remember Jonghyun's famous failed Krump attempt?

Jonghyun's Krump has always been iconic, ever since the snack commercial first came out.

In the commercial, every SHINee member has a signature move, Minho's being "Knee Kick," Taemin's "Poppin'," Onew's being "Stomp," Key's being "Wave," and Jonghyun's being "Krump."

The video was originally a snack commercial, for a limited edition SHINee snack. But it immediately became a hit in the meme world soon after it's release, and especially after this video.

In the video, the SHINee members were joking about the commercial, but they were missing the Krump part. Jonghyun came into the room, when he heard them singing the song. They sang for him and he began, or should I say he began his version, of krumping. At one point he jumps, and slips, which causes him to fall over.

You can see how funny this was to them, since they were laughing really hard.

One thing that made me laugh even harder, was that when Jonghyun fell, there was a staff in the doorway, looking at them in disbelief. And after that, another staff closed their door, probably because they were making too much noise or something. I always laugh at SHINee's staff, because they always seem shocked, but never surprised. I think I would be that way too, if I worked with SHINee for that long.

But if you look deeper, this was probably a very special moment for them. SHINee was very busy at that time, with a bunch of schedules and promoting, so they must have been really tired at the end of every day. It looks like they are in a waiting room at the MNET building, either waiting to go on stage, or coming back from performing. They must have been exhausted. And when they made that memory, it must have made everyone's day. It's always great to have that one person in your life that can always cheer you up, and Jonghyun was that person.

Jonghyun was, and still is, capable of brightening the room, just by walking through the door.
