Prompt: May I request an headcanon of bvndit teaching s/o one of there dances

Yiyeon: “So do you want to learn seriously? Or do you just want to learn a piece?” Yiyeon is a naturally sweet and bubbly person, but she’s also a leader and takes her job as an idol VERY serious. So she would give you two options: learn the whole dance or just the killing parts. She would also tell you that she wouldn’t go easy on you just because she loves you (although this would be said with a twinkle in her eyes) and she would jump right into teaching you. You would really feel like you were a student as she instructed you with a keen eye, slowly walking you through the dance and correcting your every mistake. While she would be strict, she would also be a very good teacher, and by the end of it, you would know the dance well enough to dance along with her, earning you a sweet kiss and a shower of compliments sweet enough to make you flush to the tips of your ears.

Songhee: “Wait, can I really be your teacher? I’m not sure about that!” Songhee would be a bit surprised when you came to her to ask her to teach you and would first recommend that you go to Simyeong or Seungeun instead, reminding you that they were the main and lead dancers. When you insisted on learning from her, she would be a bit flustered and would mess up at first, nervous about dancing alone in front of you. But once she warmed up and started feeling more comfortable, she’d quickly fall into step with the familiar beat and would focus on having fun with you instead, teaching you exaggerated steps to make you laugh and not taking anything too seriously. She would teach you the killing parts well, though, walking you through them slowly and joking that the other girls would scold her if she didn’t make you do it right. For the most part, the two of you would just have fun dancing together, more focused on the feeling than the actual dance itself.

Jungwoo: “Wow, you’re really good! You catch on fast!” Jungwoo would also be surprised when you came to her and asked her to teach you one of her dances, but she would take it in stride, smiling and smoothly telling you that she would do anything for you, before asking how much you wanted to learn. She would teach you all the key points to the dance first, starting with the easiest stuff because she wouldn’t want to throw you in right away. She would praise you constantly, to the point that you would have to tell her to stop, laughing and pushing her away as she tried to shower you with kisses after you completed a basic step. Honestly, she wouldn’t be super serious about it if you weren’t, and she would focus more on having fun with you and enjoying the moment than making sure you were dancing perfectly. To her, it was enough that you wanted to learn, even if it was just the key points or a TikTok dance. She couldn’t be happier than she was when she was dancing with you.

Simyeong: “Give it more feeling! You have to really get into the mood to make it look good!” If you were thinking Simyeong would be an easy-going teacher, you would be wrong. If there’s anything she takes seriously, it’s dance, and she would immediately be all-in when you asked her to teach you, her eyes burning with passion as she accepted your request. She would be just as loud and expressive as she taught you each and every step down to the details, making sure you knew exactly how to move your body to each beat and that you correctly portrayed the feeling of the song. You would end up learning the song quickly, but would whine that she was like a drill sergeant, making her laugh and flip her hair, exclaiming that your comment was a compliment. Of course, her playful attitude would shine through, and she would make sure the practices were never too difficult and would know when to stop pushing, making sure that the experience was a positive one and praising you every step of the way, taking pride in the fact that the person she loves most was putting so much time into learning her song.

Seungeun: “Come on, it’s not hard, I think you can do it!” Seungeun would be overjoyed when you told her that you wanted to learn how to dance to “Venom” and that you wanted her to teach you. She would immediately drag you into the nearest practice room while talking up a storm, asking you which parts you wanted to learn or if you wanted to learn the dance to the whole song, and telling you how happy she was that you wanted to learn from her. She would be an energetic teacher, full of bright smiles and tips as she went through the dance at a slower pace for you and pointed out all the key parts. She would be confident that you could do it no matter what and her energy would be infectious, making you want to stay in the practice room with her for hours on end, laughing and dancing together. She would honestly just be happy to spend time with you, sharing her love for music and dance with her favorite person, but she would be even happier when you diligently learned the dance, squealing and clapping and asking you to do it again so that she could record you, wanting to remember the moment forever.
