Can we start a Premade/Prepackaged low calorie ana food list? I'm a disabled ana and it's so hard to restrict when it usually requires some cooking. Anyways I'll start the list and I'm hoping people will add to it!
Simple Truth Shirataki noodles -5 cals
Nasoya Organic Tofu veggie dumplings- 170 cals for 5
Campbell's Tomato soup -180 cals
Dole diced peaches -25 cals
Dole Mandarin oranges -60 cals
Most whole wheat breads -70 cals a slice
Idahoan Buttery homestyle mashed potatoes -110 cals (it makes alot too)
Pre Hard boiled eggs - 60-70 cals
Whipped cream cheese-50 cals per tablespoon
Any canned veggies
Fiber One fudge brownies- 70 cals

Dinner:
5 nut crumbed tiger prawns (gave the last one to my bf so I only had 4)
guacamole (1/2 avocado and only ate half)
low fat feta (1 tablespoon)
garlic and onion (1 clove and 1 tablespoon)
sweet potato chips (1 sweet potato and only ate half)
(all cooked with no oil at all!)
= 669
Exercise:
2 hours of cleaning
= -266
Total for today
= 809-266
