The language of art is universal, love for art is endless.

It is with great pleasure that I can show you the beautiful installation of The mindset of a truth-teller III aka Cassandra in her new home. The artwork is from the @kassandrassoestre exhibition in @theroundtower earlier this year.

She is now installed in very beautiful surroundings in Sedona, Arizona (USA) where she follows the daylight and landscape with her foresight, raw strength, willpower and grace; the red mountains outside the window have a new companion and I believe she found her rightful home⛰

Thanks to @vh_around_the_world and @clayton_hilderman for following your heart and making this possible and believing in and supporting contemporary art and artists. It is an honor to be part of your art collection🙏

Cassandra fought for the right to be herself and show her worth, I have fought for the same issues. Even though we live in an enlightened society, the lgbtq community is unfortunately still a target for hatred.

But love always wins, and now these unique sketches, from four of my important artworks from this year, can become yours.

Today I met with visual artist 💪#LiseSkou and immediately we disappeared into the artworks together👩‍🎨👩‍🎨

Lise has the same passion, as me, to have the body and hands incorporated in the process of creating the work but also in the final expression. That makes Lise’s artworks full of closeness and grandeur atmosphere at the same time; clearly an artist you should keep an eye on.

Representation and community - celebration/finissage for the exhibition “Cassandra’s sisters" - part of #ArtWeek

#kassandrassoestre is both the name of a community of female artists and of the exhibition they have created for Rundetaarn's Library Hall. On the last day of the exhibition, it is time to take a look at the representation of women in the art and culture industry, and what it means for the individual artist to join together in communities.

There will be both debate and music during this finissage where the panel discuss what challenges one faces as a female artist and why a change in the industry is still needed. The debate is not new, but still necessary when we need to understand why culture is so difficult to change. In this connection, it can be fruitful to organize oneself in a community. But why really - and what challenges are there in relation to our notions of the individual artist?

The debate presents personal experiences from different creative industries and at the same time puts the representation and the artist communities in a historical perspective.

At: 17.30 DEBATE on the representation of women in the art and culture industry, and what it means for the individual artist to join the community with artist and curator Henriette Hellstern, artist and curator Anna Walther, musician Josephine Philip and musician Hannah Schneider

My friend @clayton_hilderman has just send me these two beautiful photos of The mindset of a truth-teller IV and III installed in their new home, both artworks are from the @kassandrassoestre exhibition in @theroundtower

The “blue Cassandra” is finally placed and as you can see, she loves her new home in Sedona, Arizona where her yellow sister hangs on the opposite side, smiling back to her with all her savagery and fire.

It’s such a pleasure when I get the chance to see the final destination of my artworks, something that’s not always possible. But through these artworks passionated art-collectors became my new friends and we share enjoyment of art continuously, even though Sedona and Copenhagen are very far apart, art will always connect us.

We, Anna Walther, Henriette Hellstern and Helle Moalem are excited beyond the moon to officially tell the world about our amazing art exhibition, which we have worked on since 2019.

With the vernissage on April 29th 2022 we open the group exhibition “Cassandra’s Sisters - Painters of the Future Lift the Curse” in the iconic space of the Round Tower featuring 15 incredible, contemporary, female artists.

The artists have created diverse works within painting with the mythological character Cassandra as a central figure.

This must-see exhibition is a tribute to painting, a sisterhood of solidarity, and a reinterpretation of the destiny of Cassandra.

With the exhibition we have also launched a brand new sisterhood of female artists in an aim to initiate more collaborations and to create synergies between artists. Together we can lift each other, make each other stronger and push for equal opportunities.

We are grateful and honored to have these 15 artists participate in the exhibition:

Working on Cassandra's fate has been magical. I sat down to investigate how she had felt and whether I had anything in common with her. What did she go through, and what did she do about the challenges? I found out she must have been very strong but also wanted to stride, run, fight, dream of something else and persevere.

Four paintings have come out of this, this is the third, which right now is part of #kassandrassoestre in #Rundetaarn
