Yesterday was a crazy day. Lots of moving, packing, shopping, & tears, because we had to say goodbye to our little man, Wolfie🌈 Mixed up (but not forgotten) in all this chaos was Queen Penelope the First. This sweet golden lady celebrated her (unofficial) birthday yesterday ... the same day that her brother left this plane of existence. It's a double doozy day where @jesserhunt & I are now able to honor the lives of two very special little furbabies (but celebrating their lives in two different ways ... a birthday & a transition day)🥲 Penelope didn't get cake, she didn't get a party, but she was present for a very special moment. She watched quietly from the couch, said her simple goodbye, & sat on the couch to comfort us as we cried (which also does get extra belly rubs)❤️ She's a strong, loyal, & protective little chug. We're just so lucky to have her, & I can't wait for her to experience her new life in Hawaii🌴 Happy belated birthday, Ms. Leo! We love you so much!
