Captain N: New Adventures
Chapter 6
Sorry this is late. Had to do school and had little motivation, especially dealing with allergies. Hope you’re enjoying the chapters even if they’re a little rushed.
“So it seems that Quickman and Crashman has failed again,” spoke the wicked scientist, “to think that one of the fighters has such power…” He pondered in thought as he saw his robots causing havoc in the city. “Those kids… they not weak but they’re not strong either,” he spoke in thought. His thoughts then turn to anger, speaking as he clenched his fist: “And that damn Megaman, destroying Airman and taking his power!”
“Yo, Wily!” Someone snapped him out of a trance. He looked down and saw his robot who looks like a yellow box with limbs. “Oh Heatman! Didn’t see you there,” spoke Dr. Wily, “What’s wrong?” “Woodman’s animals spotted those guys who got Quickman and Crashman,” Heatman answered.
That got the doctor’s attention. “What?!” he exclaimed, “Are they coming to this direction?”
Heatman replied: “Seems like it, yeah.” “Wanna ambush them,” he suggested.
The idea of an ambush does seem like a good idea to Wily, but the issue being that half of the fighters are experienced. The three teens are an easy target due to their lack of experience in combat with their newfound power. The other three, Megaman, Pit, and Kirby, are another story. He knows what Megaman’s capable of, with Pit being a literal angel who worked with the goddess herself and is likely have military-like experience. Kirby is a straight up monster to him: Sucking so many things, using their powers, even spitting them out without a care in the world. On the plus side, he can’t suck heavy or big objects and fighters like Crashman or Giga Bowser.
“An ambush does sound like a good idea,” Wily agreed, “but I think it’s best to have them all split up.”
“What are you suggesting?” asked Heatman.
The doctor said with a smile: “We split them all up one by one, making them fight two robot masters.”
