summary: It’s about time the rest of the boys learned Yoongi and Namjoon’s secret. 

Namjoon watches as his members file in. One by one, they find a place to sit on the couch or the floor. Yoongi enters last, but no one takes much stock of that.

Of course, they all start paying attention when Yoongi goes to stand beside Namjoon and takes his hand. It isn’t unusual for Yoongi to hold someone’s hand, but it is generally prompted by a lot of whining and pouting from the blonde man. 

Namjoon clears his throat, redirecting everyone’s attention back towards him. “Yoongi and I would like to share some important news with you.”

Yoongi rolls his eyes and holds up their joined hands. “We’re gay and we’re dating.”

Silence befalls them all and Namjoon panics, betrayed since he did not get the chance to share the speech he had prepared. Yoongi is relaxed beside him though, leaning into Namjoon’s side and hoping that his carefree attitude will rub off on the taller man.

Finally, it is Hoseok who dares to break the silence. “So, let me get this straight.”

“Ha, straight,” Jeongguk snorts from the floor at his feet, muttering under his breath.

Seokjin throws a pillow at him as Hoseok continues as if nothing had happened. “You gathered us here to tell us a very important announcement that would change all our lives and instead you tell us something we already knew?”

“You knew!” Namjoon shrieks at the same time that Yoongi calmly asks, “What did you think we were going to say?”

“That gay marriage was being legalized and I could finally propose to Jimin. Properly,” Hoseok grumbles, then throws his hands in the air as he turns to face Namjoon. “Of course, we knew! You two aren’t subtle!”

Seokjin throws another pillow at Jeongguk when the youngest bursts into laughter. “Jeongguk-ah, be polite.”

Jeongguk clutches his sides as he continues to giggle, his speech disrupted by the sound. “Hyung, you and Yoongi are very obvious when the cameras are off.”

Namjoon bites his lip and frowns, taking in the amused faces of his cherished members. “And that doesn’t bother you?”

“I’m gay and in love with Seokjin,” Taehyung says with a shrug and a boxy smile on his face.

Seokjin crosses his arms over his chest and glares at the second youngest. “I’m gay too.”

“Bi,” Hoseok grins. 

“Pan,” Jimin murmurs from beside Hoseok, his face flushing a subtle pink. 

Jeongguk grabs a pillow and throws it back at Seokjin as he answers, “I’m ace, but I love Seokjin, so Taehyung and I share him.”

Yoongi laughs, the sound music to Namjoon’s ears. “No wonder they edit too many clips from our Run episodes and other crap.”

“God, the company must hate us,” Namjoon manages to say, grinning as Yoongi directs his smile at him.

“Screw the company! I do what I want,” Seokjin shouts, raising his fist into the air.

They all burst out into laughter then. Namjoon looks around the room and finds his members smiling back.

There was nothing to worry about, not when it came to them. Not ever when it comes to the six most important people in his life.
