Med hjälp från @farmersandchefs.se så har det blivit busenkelt att laga vegetarisk mat som är packat med smaker 👌 Här rensade jag kylen på lite allt möjligt som behövdes tas hand om, hällde över marinaden och sedan var maten klar 🤩 Perfekt en vardag när tiden är knapp, för dig som vill testa vegetariskt eller att ha ett schysst tillbehör till något annat... 🛒 Ingredienser 2 st aubergine 2 st rödlök 200 g potatis 300 g sötpotatis 100 g jordärtskocka 230 g kokta kikärtor (1 avrunnen förp) TOPPING (valfritt) Färsk koriander, finhackad Gräslök, finhackad Cocktailtomater, halverade Sås med Jalapeño Lime & Mynta Libabröd 🔪 Tillagning Sätt ugnen på 200 grader ⏲⁠ Skär aubergine, rödlök och rotfrukter i medelstora klyftor och lägg på en plåt tillsammans med kikärtorna ⏲⁠ Häll över marinaden och vänd runt ordentligt så allt tar smak ⏲⁠ Rosta i mitten av ugnen i ca 30 minuter ⏲⁠ Klicka över Jalapeño Lime & Mynta sås ⏲⁠ Toppa med tomat, färsk koriander och gräslök 🛎 Servera tillsammans med libabröd 🍽 Detta är bara en av alla spännande överraskningar från @smakbox och om du är intresserad att testa en box med 40% så kolla in länken i min bio. Looks like dog food but it was actually very nice. Tuna steak with Brown lentils and quinoa on a bef of spinach leaves and topped with basil halloumi.A tad on the spicy side but it was just what I needed after a long run.

Den tredje torsdagen i november så släpps viner som skall ge en föraning om kommande års utbud. Och igår avnjöts detta vin med en ljuvlig Mont d’Or-fondue med vilök och calvados 👌 En himmelsk kombination av smaker och med lite plock vid sidan 🤩 🛒 Ingredienser Mont d’Or (från @osthyveln_ i @kville_saluhall ) Vilök Calvados Bröd Kallskuret (t.ex. dalmatinski pršut, buđola & lomo från @boncena ) Cornichons Syrade grönsaker (från @mormorsdelikatesser ) Friterade blomkålsvingar (med frityrsmet från @farmersandchefs.se ) 🔪 Tillagning Sätt ugnen på 200 grader ⏲⁠ Klä träasken som osten ligger i med amuminiumfolie ⏲⁠ Skär skåror i toppen på osten och stoppa ner tunt skivad vilök i skårorna.
