When my anxiety comes over, I always find peace in writing is one of many way for me to vent off all the twists mind!

As an adult , though , you’ve likely meet the harsh truth that you can’t always achieve your dreams through sheer of willpower. With all life issues that bombarded you with no mercy , u likely jus wanna fix it right away or Maybe .. perhaps you jus wanna run away from it. But the things is, with all might whatever you did, the issues mere still gonna be there crawling and stay like a hell of bugs covered your soul and at the end you just losing it.

I learn that you can’t control every situation in life. When your expectation for yourself or anyone else .. falls through outside of your control, then you probably end up having disappointment. With current life that really impossible to change instantly Then I start to learn about patience and acceptance. It’s two words that easy to say and rhyme really well and fu**in hard to do #excusemyfrench.

Was it because of those unrealistic expectations? A linger hope or dream that you try so hard to achieve. But we have been grown up for having an idea of dream big! And that dream big my friend when you can’t reach it, it creates friction, missunderstanding , frustration and some more.

I learnt ( in very hard way) that I need to see my values and beliefs and set it up , adjust my mindset to gain more happiness in my life. Be thoughtful to myself, Reasonable, Honest, and practicing the gratitude for the things that l’ve accomplished and all those little things that been blessed in my life. Because my dear self it’s only you who knows how far you’ve been walking , remember that everyone has different struggles, and any one measure of success isn’t the only one.

This f*cking design. Seriously. It is a far cry from where it began and still a far way off and it’s driving me up the damn wall! The annoying thing is I’ve decided my course of action and decided to wait till tomorrow but I just can’t stop thinking about it. My brain is boiled! Still though, best damn job I’ve ever had, I don’t even mind the frustration because it’s what I love to do :) Got a long way to go before I can live off my work, but I’ll get there! .
