A HUGE update to the Fatal Flaws Legacy Challenge, I've done an entire gen since the last update I did! So here they are!

Our lovely gen six heir was VERY difficult, I tried putting him through uni but the housing was an issue and I missed a couple of the goals by accident so it was a bit of a stressful one, but I do love Quartz a lot and he's definitely interesting.

Get married and have kids with a materialistic sim as a YA ✅

Lvl 10 Business Career ✅

Divorce spouse and lose everything ✅

Quit job and move out to an empty lot with nothing ✅

Reach Level 10 of another career ✅

Have your kid move in with you when you can support them ✅

Quartz did have a part time job as a teen for maybe a week because I completely forgot, I also forgot to complete the Goal Orientated aspiration as a teen, BUT Quartz did go on a family vacation to Mt. K and now lives there!

The angle I went with their storyline was essentially high school sweethearts gone wrong, they naturally argued all the time so I decided that the story was a couple of teens who should've have moved in together during college because it just all went wrong. Trinity is an absolutely lovely sim so I kind of framed it with Quartz being the bad guy, so he deserved being kicked out with nothing, because he cared more about ambition than family.

I don't have any screenshots unfortunately but after the divorce, Quartz went back to uni to study Psychology, but actually in a dorm instead of the housing I renovated for them last time, and he got a job as a Professor! He got to level 10 pretty quickly and I was able to build him a good little house, not big enough to fulfil his Mansion Baron aspiration but it's pretty and functional!

Next, we met Naomi! It didn't say anything about new relationships after the divorce but I've never really done that before so I wanted Quartz to find someone new and he did! Naomi is the sweetest, I did randomise her traits because I didn't want her to be non-committal but she's honestly one of my favourite generation love interests!

Finally, the next gen! Amber is the the cutest, so far I have zero ideas for her storyline to go alongside the rules but she's doing great, I didn't get to see her grow up much of course because Trinity had custody but she's now living with Quartz and Naomi and they all get along well.

And we're all caught up! I'm so excited that I'm reaching the end of this legacy, I absolutely love playing this and I can't wait to do the evil gen and get to play with an occult sim!

Cher made it to Tartosa, found an empty lot by the water to call her own, and tried to teach Pepper how to fetch!

✓  start the generation as a teen on an empty lot.  ✓  drop out of high school using a mod, or just simply don’t go.

SHE IS SO PRETTY <333 I finally finished the hot-headed gen, the heirs are about to age up into toddlers and everything is completed but I’m going to miss this gen so much! This has definitely been my favourite gen so far and I’m kinda terrified to start the next one because I’ll have to roll a dice and I know I’m going to forget to BUT I am excited :D

Fatal Flaws Legacy ~ 2. Sloppy Gen

This gen was so much fun xD Isabelle fell in love with her neat roommate (no wonder why, he is super cool, omg ♡) but also got pregnant with her sloppy buddy. It was a weird love triangle.

At the beginning of their story, one day, she found a bike in the dumpster and gave it to her roommate as a gift, but he obviously hated a gift found in the trash lol xD She got rejected so badly. After he left home, sick of her sloppiness, she started to get closer to her sloppy friend, Carter, but she could never forget Manuia, the neat guy (it was hard to choose between the two!).

One day, the romance festival came to the town. I was so curious about who was going to invite her (she had a romance bar with both guys). Carter did, which made me kinda disappointed but anyways. After a few hours, I came to a point where I was sure that Manuia was the one. So, I decided to talk to Carter. Using the relationship wellness mod, Isabelle told Carter that she loved someone else. Then, she stood up. I wondered why she did so; I didn’t tell her to stand up. Suddenly, Manuia came out of nowhere and kissed her! I was so surprised, I never expected to see him there xD It was like he heard them talking, and he was so happy that Isabelle actually loved him ♡ aaaahh i will miss playing with this gen ^^

@siyasims I tag you whenever I post about this legacy because I thought maybe you wanted to see it, but if not, I'm sorry, I will not do it again ;w; also thank you again, really, after a long time I started to enjoy playing sims 4 again thanks to this challenge!)

Meet Cam, the founder of my new fatal flaws legacy challenge. She may be mean, but she has a soft side, shown in how much she adores her dog Annie. As a teen, she couldn't handle the stress of living with her snobby strict parents any more and ran away with her dog to Brindleton Bay. Living out of a sleeping bag, she spends her time dodging calls from the principal, fishing for her dinner, and grinding at her job in retail to save up enough money to build a house for her and Annie. Stay tuned to see as Cam grows up and watch to see if she will sink or swim in building an independent life for herself.

Sooo I found a loophole to make Malachite and Kaylin technically coworkers...

GUESS WHO BOUGHT A VETS. I renovated one of the townie houses into a vet! Yeah I double checked and literally none of Malachite's doctor coworkers would work to marry, they're all old so this is a fun solution!

In even more fun news, they got married!

This is probably the prettiest wedding screenie I have ever taken. They also just aged up!

All of this living on a farm, Malachite's doctor career, the new vets, I completely forgot that we need an heir! I'm desperately hoping for a girl because I've been planning a specific sim and colour scheme for a while but we shall see (or we shall nudge the odds in one direction with strawberries and pop music perhaps...). Kaylin isn't pregnant yet because I have the overhaul mod which does make that harder but I definitely need to get a move on with the next gen

my current gen has such Luna vibes she’s practising cheerleading right now and her constant positivity every time she falls over made me think of Luna it’s so cute

she’s best friends with literally everyone she’s the sweetest she might be my favourite fatal flaws gen so far

Fatal Flaws Legacy ~ 3. Hot-Headed Gen ~ Puran

Isabelle’s daughter Puran has grown up! In the second photo, her grandpa (1st gen) meets her ♡ She was sooo cute as a toddler. One day when she was playing with dolls I noticed Manuia sitting next to her while doing his homework (yea, it took a long time until he graduated from university 😅) and had a little chat together, IT WAS A LOVELY SCENE TO WATCH! ♡

Affan’s (the boy in the 5th photo) dad is Carter btw (Isabelle’s sloppy friend) and Puran’s dad is Manuia (Isabelle’s neat husband now). I was wondering if Affan would grow up as a sad child and kind of jealous of Puran but things didn’t develop that way. Even though Manuia was a bit distanced to Affan, two siblings always played together and had fun.

Aaand finally the last 2 photos... It’s Puran and her childhood best friend (also her first love~) Kian. According to the rules, she was supposed to meet her partner in the romance festival but they were so great together since their childhood that i didn’t want to separate them. At least they went to the romance festival together in the last photo :D

Generation One: Mean

Knowing Kai has a dog to look after, he immediately got to work on fishing and joined the retail career which he starts in two days. Muffin was happy to see a cozy new bowl for his food, and Kai stole a bowl of chips from a bar. Which was conveniently close to his favourite fishing spot. Day one seemed to be filled with positives, and only one fight with a random sim who tried fishing with him.
