can I request a child!Kaguya!reader from the tale of the bamboo cutter except she isn’t just a princess of the moon she is the personification of the moon itself?
-You were known by many names, Y/N, Kaguya, and Moon Princess to name a few, but the one thing that everyone got wrong about you was that you weren’t the moon princess, you were the personification of the moon itself.
-Beautifully milky pale skin that looked like the surface of the moon and long H/C hair is what most noticed first about you- your unearthly, even for Valhalla, looks.
-You were beautiful, men and women alike could only stare at your beauty, stunned into silence from it, unable to tear their eyes away from you if you were to walk by.
-It was your personality that really made you shine, you were elegant and graceful, but so smart- able to hold a conversation about almost anything, kind to all you met and never raising your voice or getting upset, even if it was well deserved.
-Those who knew you, the real you, the bright ball of sunshine that you were, adored you, doting on you, to them- you were a precious treasure that needed to be protected, and they were willing to do whatever it took to keep you safe.
-You were very powerful in your own right, you just didn’t show that strength often, mainly because those around you would handle any threats before they could get to you.
-You didn’t mind, but you were beginning to feel a little useless, like they were underestimating you- you were the Moon for Valhalla’s sake!
-However, you couldn’t bring yourself to berate them, or tell them to back off, they were just doing it to keep your safe, and seeing you safe is what made them happy. You didn’t want to take that happiness away.
-On a rare day where you didn’t have anyone around you, having a rare alone day, you enjoyed it, visiting the large gardens in the Hindu pantheon, your long kimono draped over you elegantly, making you look so ethereal.
-You enjoyed seeing the flowers of other pantheons, seeing the colors and variety of flowers available to you. You then heard a familiar voice, “Miss Y/N!” you turned, a smile on your lips as your good friend, Ganesha, ran up to you, beaming, “I’m so happy to see you!”
-You smiled down at him, “And I’m happy to see you my friend.” He offered you a hand and you took it as he showed you around the gardens, showing you hidden fountains, which was rather fun.
-A gruff voice then called out, “Hey you!” you both turned, seeing a very rough and crude looking god stomping over to you, one who had not taken your rejections kindly and in turn, got beat up by your protectors.
-You stepped in front of Ganesha, protecting him as this god shouted down at you, “You’ve got a lot of nerve rejecting me and sending those bastards after me! Don’t you know who I am?”
-Your voice was like ice, but your tone was even, glaring slightly up at him, “I do know who you are, Kand, God of Earth. And had you not threatened me, you wouldn’t have been injured. I rejected you- it’s up to you to take it with grace.”
-Kand’s eyelid twitched before he swung out, going to hit you to teach you a lesson. A voice shouted out, “HEY!!” and Ganesha breathed in relief, seeing Shiva there, but your attention didn’t go to the god now running towards the two of you, followed by the other strongest of the Hindu gods.
-You stunned everyone by stepping forward and delivering a vicious bitch slap, sending Kand back head over heels, leaving a pulsating red handprint on his face.
-The Hindu gods all froze, seeing you easily handling business, seeing the strength you held in your small (at least to them) body before you turned to Ganesha, asking if he was okay.
-You weren’t expecting to see his bright sparkly eyes, “That was so cool Miss Y/N! You defeated him so easily!!” you smiled softly as Shiva made it to the two of you, “Ganesha- Y/N- are you both alright?!”
-You both confirmed that you were fine, causing the destruction god to calm before he grinned over at you, “Have to say- that slap was impressive! I had no idea you were so strong!”
-You thanked him with a soft smile, your eyes closing for a moment before Kand sat up, “You bitch! Just accept me and I won’t have to get rough with…you… uh-oh.”
-Shiva and Rudra turned, hearing him yelling at you, threatening you, and the two friends cracked their knuckles, all four sets of them on each as Brahma and Vishnu guided you and Ganesha away, offering to show you another section of the gardens.
-You were pleased that you got to let out a little bit of steam and doing it in front of others as well, because it showed them that you weren’t to be underestimated.
-You felt lighter now, a bit happier, because you proved to yourself that you still had it.

Shiva with a male reader that's more powerful than most gods but when not fighting is a total clutz please
Sure!
Tumblr media
You are Shiva's Husband, a greek god of childhood, children, and trauma.
You met Shiva a long time ago when you were having a sparing match against Thor, who was one of your bestfriends.
You and Thor kept sparing not noticing the purple, four armed man and his 3 Wives.
Yours and Thors spar match was a tie, you were close too wining but you got tired and so did Thor
Thor liked you cause you gave him a challenge.
When you both finished you tripped over your own feet and landed on the ground.
You heared someone snickering and you looked over and saw a purple, four armed God, who was kinda hot, and his Wives, who were scolding him for laughing at you tripping.
Thor stuck his hand out and helped you up and patted you on the back and left. He probably went to go take a shower cause he was covered in sweat.
You turned back to the four people and saw that they got up and came to you when you watched Thor leave.
The Purple one introduced himself as Shiva, a Hindu God, and introduced his wives, Durga, Kali, and Parvati.
You got along with his wives, they took you out for spa days and went places where it was just you four. ( Shiva wasn't allowed to go out for spa days with you guys.)
You fell in love with Shiva and he liked you to along with his wives
You got married and had a wedding. You got forced into a dress by his wives and almost fell on your face when walking down the aisle.
You had Odin walk you down the aisle cause your parents don't like you or are not around and just don't care
He saved you from falling.
Shiva found it funny on how you are a clutz and trip and fall all the time but only outside of fighting. When you are fighting or sparing you never fall or trip.
He loves your strength because then you to can spare each other and give each other a challenge.
He loves that your stronger than most Gods and that your strength rivaled a lot of God's strength like Thor, Zeus, and even Odin.
His Wives all baby you when you fall or trip.
And when Ragnarok happened you probably where in it except you weren't fighting for the gods....
But that's a story for another time!

Their Favorite Thing To Do With Their S/O During Halloween

📯 This guy thoroughly enjoys singing a bunch of halloween songs through his megaphone at the other norse gods, his favorite to sing is This is Halloween from ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’
📯 Heimdall does also enjoy judging people’s costumes, though it’s mostly the children who dress up, since most gods see it as pointless
📯 If you ever wanted to do couple-costumes, he’d do it happily
📯 This god does try to get Odin and the others to allow trick-or-treating in the house, so they can connect with the new generation of children faster
📯 It fails, but he never stops trying every year

🍭 This guy lives for trick-or-treating
🍭 It’s a day where he gets free candy to add to his stash, if he could, he’d make every day Halloween
🍭 He also enjoys dressing up in costumes with you, though it’s mostly just things simple like ghosts, very rarely will he ever put an extreme amount of effort into something to trivial when he could be spending that time with you
🍭 Whenever he gets candy that night, he basically rushes home with you and begins to add the sweets to his already existing stash he hides in your room and the one he hides somewhere else throughout your shared home
🍭 Honestly, it surprised everyone on how the food somehow hasn’t expired

📨 This god. Oh boy
📨 He has so much work to do when it comes to delivering messages that he never really had a Halloween to celebrate, even with you
📨 But since this year Zeus wanted to see his son happy and free for the day, he gave him the day off as an early Christmas gift
📨 Hermes immediately went home and began to bake
📨 That is his favorite thing to do with you, make all kinds of treats for all the pantheons
📨 He’d love making things like pumpkin pie, but he also enjoys cooking a bunch of foods, he has an amazing palette, and knows exactly what everyone likes, because he flies around a lot

🐍 This little gremlin likes doing anything revolving around scaring people
🐍 If you think he does this enough when it isn’t Halloween, prepare the sappy movies
🐍 He constantly jumps out to scare everyone that passes by, especially Thor, Odin or his birds, and you
🐍 Loki also enjoys watching horror movies, his favorites are either slasher movies or psychological
🐍 He’s so mental that he even recommends things for the antagonist to do;
“ Come on, just cut her head off, she’ll bleed like a pig! “
🐍 Everytime some child asks trick-or-treat and Loki answers the door, he says trick and sprays them with silly string
🐍 Damn gremlin

🪩 This head god of the Hindu Pantheon definitely enjoys survival horror movies
🪩 They bring him back to when he and Rudra were younger and battling the gods one by one
🪩 Shiva also enjoys going to pumpkin patches, baking, carving pumpkins, decorating the yard, and making treats with his wives and S/O
🪩 When you first handed him a pumpkin and told him to draw a face, he drew something along the lines of a temple of his
🪩 It was hard to carve, but he did enjoy watching you and his wives take out the seeds and stuffing to fully finish it
🪩 Watching you make decorations and treats also makes him happy
🪩 Shiva especially loves watching you and his wives help Ganesha with a costume if he wanted one that year, it was so domestic, it made him forget he could destroy something with a flick of his finger for a minute

Movie Night With Tear-Filled Popcorn
Movie Night with Ror men with scenes that bring you to tears
Requested Characters: Hades, Shiva and Ares
Notes: I'm also a softie when it comes to movies.
Tumblr media
HADES
• He was able to open up his schedule for you to spend time together.
• He always seems to be busy, so the time he spends with you are always cherished. (Get yourself a Hades!)
• You suggested to have a movie night with him, and you'll be picking the movie. All he has to do is get snacks and relax.
• So he did as he was told, grab snacks, sat down on the couch and relax. (An obedient Hades.)
• By the moment the movie reached its middle part, he heard sniffles.
• He turned to see you having blobs of tears in your eyes!
• Worried he paused the movie, and asked if you're okay, what's wrong.
• You replied:
"How could that idiot just leave her only to come back to gaslight her?!"
• He realized it was the movie you guys were watching. He agreed that the Male Lead was an absolute fool for causing the Female Lead so much problems.
• He continues the movie, occasionally wiping your tears and quietly giving out his commentary.
"Indeed my flower, the Male Lead is an abomination, scum of the Heavens and Earth."
SHIVA
• He has a schedule for the time he has to spend which each member of his family.
• Dancing with Parvati, reading with Kali, training with Durga, playing with Ganesha and finally, a movie night with you.
• He's not all for sad scenes in movies, but hey, it's not like he doesn't try to watch them.
• Holding all the snacks within his arms, as well as holding you close by him, he watches the movie expecting some boring old tragic scene that has been copied and pasted since the dawn of man.
• By the time the movie gets to the sad part, he yawns, but feels something wet on his arm.
• He finds you having a while waterfall of tears streaming down your face.
• Wide awake and aware, asks what's wrong.
• You replied:
"He loved her didn't he, but he was conflicted with his feelings, that he completely ruined his life."
• He realized what you were crying about, as well as what you were saying. The Male Lead was conflicted, and did eventually ruin his life. (He actually got invested in the plot.)
• He continues watching the movie, but more focused, wiping your tears all while doing so.
"Damn, never knew how the same copy and paste scenes could get so interesting."
ARES
• He thinks he doesn't have time for watching movies. He's the God of War!
• But you remind him how he always drinks tea and talks to Hermes. ALL THE TIME.
• He shut up very quickly after that. (Caught on 4k, he ain't slick.)
• He entrusted you to pick the movie, while he gets snacks. Just watch a movie without crying, sounds easy enough.
• WRONG! He finds you crying and asks why.
• You replied:
"They loved each other, but their parents separated them before they even got the chance to say their confessions!"
• He puts two and two together, realizing the plot of the movie.
• Great, now he is crying, even more than you!
• The love of the two characters was not even strong enough to change their fate, eventually both losing interest in each other.
"But how is that even possible, they were meant to be?!"
• Now, both of you are cuddled together, tears in both your eyes.

Hi, Hello, I recently had the urge to make an 'OC' of a Hindu god for RoR and then thought;
Imma give you a list and explanation about Shivas children! In a sense everyone is his child, given his deity/god status, but I mean his actual kids.
The eight Children of Lord Shiva
1/ Ganesha;
Tumblr media
Ganesha, elephant-headed Hindu god of beginnings, who is traditionally worshipped before any major enterprise and is the patron of intellectuals, bankers, scribes, and authors.
His name means both “Lord of the People” (gana means the common people) and “Lord of the Ganas” (Ganesha is the chief of the ganas, the goblin hosts of Shiva). Ganesha is potbellied and generally depicted as holding in his hand a few round Indian sweets, of which he is inordinately fond.
His vahana is the large Indian bandicoot rat, which symbolizes Ganesha’s ability to overcome anything to get what he wants. Like a rat and like an elephant, Ganesha is a remover of obstacles. The 10-day late-summer (August–September) festival Ganesh Chaturthi is devoted to him.
Many different stories are told about the birth of Ganesha, including one in which Parvati makes her son out of a piece of cloth and asks her consort, Shiva, to bring him to life.
One of the best-known myths, however, begins with Parvati taking a bath and longing for someone to keep Shiva from barging in on her, as was his habit. As she bathes, she kneads the dirt that she rubs off her body into the shape of a child, who comes to life. But when Shiva sees the handsome young boy he or one of his attendants cuts off the child’s head.
When Shiva, to fix his mistake after Parvati yelled at him, cuts off an elephant’s head to bestow it on the headless Ganesha, one of the tusks is shattered, and Ganesha is depicted holding the broken-off piece in his hand. According to this version of the myth, Ganesha is the child of Parvati alone—indeed, a child born despite Shiva’s negative intervention. Yet Ganesha is traditionally regarded as the child of both Shiva and Parvati.
In some parts of India Ganesha is depicted as celibate, but in others he is said to be married to both Buddhi (“Intelligence”) and Siddhi (“Success”). Yet other traditions give him a third wife, Riddhi (“Prosperity”).
2/ Kartikeya;
Tumblr media
Kartikeya, also known as Skanda, Subrahmanya, Shanmukha and Murugan (Tamil: முருகன்), is the Hindu god of war. He is the son of Shiva and Parvati and the brother of Ganesha.
After being begged for help, Shiva decided to take action against Soorapadman's increasing conceit. He frowned and his third eye- the eye of knowledge- started releasing sparks. These were six sparks in total. Agni had the responsibility to take them to Saravana Lake. As he was carrying them, the sparks were growing hotter and hotter that even the Lord of Fire could not withstand the heat.
Soon after Murugan was born on a lotus in the Saravana Lake with six faces, giving him the name Arumukhan. Lord Shiva and Parvati visited and tears of joy started flowing as they witnessed the most handsome child. Shiva and Parvathi gave the responsibility of taking care of Muruga to the six Krittika sisters.
Muruga grew up to be a handsome, intelligent, powerful, clever youth. All the Devas applauded at their saviour, who had finally come to release them from their woes. Murugan became the supreme general of the demi-gods, then escorted the devas and led the army of the devas to victory against the asuras.
3/ Ashok Sundari;
Tumblr media
Ashok is not the goddess of anything per say and was simply created to cure Parvatis loneliness.
The birth of Ashokasundari is recorded in the Padma Purana. In one of the variants about tale of Nahusha, Parvati once requested Shiva to take her to the most beautiful garden in the world.
As per her wishes, Shiva took her to Nandanvana, where Parvati saw a tree known as Kalpavriksha. Parvati asked for a daughter from the wish fulfilling tree to get rid of her loneliness. Her wish was granted and Ashokasundari was born.
4/ Ayyappan;
Tumblr media
Ayyappan, also known as Dharmasastha and Manikandan, is the Hindu deity of truth and righteousness. His worship is more prevalant in South India. Although devotion to Ayyappan has been prevalent earlier, his popularity rose in the late 20th century. According to Hindu theology, he is the son of Vishnu in the form of Mohini and Shiva thus representing a bridge between Shaivism and Vaishnavism.
As Mahishasura was blessed with invulnerability to all men, the gods had sent goddess Durga, to fight and kill him. Thus, Mahishi began performing a fearsome set of austerities, and pleased the creator god Brahma. She asked for the boon of invulnerability, but Brahma said it was not possible so Mahishi planned and asked invulnerability to all men except by the son of Shiva and Vishnu (Both are male & no possibility to give birth to any one).
He granted her the boon of ruling the universe and being invulnerable except by the son of Shiva and Vishnu. Since such a person did not exist, she thought she was safe and began conquering and plundering the world. The gods implored Shiva and Vishnu to save them from this catastrophe. Vishnu found a possible solution to the problem.
When Vishnu had taken on the Kurma Avatar, he also had to manifest himself as Mohini, the enchantress, to save the nectar of immortality (ambrosia or amrit) from the demons who were not willing to share it with the gods. If he became Mohini again, then the female Mohini and the male Shiva could have the divine child who would combine their powers and beat Mahishi. Some versions give a slightly more detailed version of the union of Shiva with Vishnu.(One of them stating that Shiva simply asked to see Vishnus avatar and was immediately run over by passion once he did.)
5/ Andhaka;
Tumblr media
He isn't considered a god per say but seen as the Lord of all Asuras, demons.
While in the mount Mandhar, a baby was born to Parvati and Shiva. Shiva was in a meditating posture and Parvati closed his eyes mischievously from behind. The boy appeared out of Parvati and Shiva’s sweat. Shiva explains to Parvati that since his eyes were closed, the baby was born blind and was called Andhaka (the dark/blind). Since he posed devilish qualities he was called Andhakasur (the blind demon). Hiranyaksh, a troublesome demon did intense penance to please Lord Shiva. Hiranyaksh wanted a son who posses immense powers to rule the world.
Shiva refused to grant such a boon. Instead he offered Andhaka to Hiranyaksh saying that Andhaka posses all the qualities he was looking for, and to treat him as his son. Andhaka wanted more power and did intense penance to please Lord Brahma. Among many things, the boons he asked for included extraordinary vision and immortality. Everything was granted except the immortality. Instead, Lord Brahma asked him to choose when he could die. Andhakasur asked for a boon that he would die only when he aspires for a woman who he should never aspire for. With time Andhakasur turned more materialistic and less interested in austerities.
By this time he has already conquered the world and the heaven. On a pleasure trip he along with his companions lands up in Mount Mandhar where Lord Shiva and Parvati lives. His companions tells of a sage and his beautiful wife. Andhaka sends his companions to bring her along. Shiva explains to them that they are Andhaka’s parents. The companions mistook it for a ploy and compels Andhaka for a fight. Shiva and Parvati will soon play a horrible role in the battlefield in many different forms.
The next morning, Shiva and Parvati's army reached the battlefield with Andhaka's army also vice-versa. Andhaka wants Parvati to be his. Shiva assigns his demon-warrior form Veerbhadra to kill half of Andhaka's army. Veerbhadra managed to kill half of Andhaka's army, but did not manage to kill Andhaka. When Andhaka was bleeding from his hands, arms, legs feet or hands, a new clone of Andhaka appears, Veerbhadra tries again, but failed, Parvati gets outraged to see Andhaka and his clones, so does Lord Shiva, Parvati calls upon the eight Mother Goddesses from her, namely as Brahmani, Vaishnavi, Maheshwari, Kaumari, Indrani, Varahi, Narasinghi and Chamundai to help Veerbhadra in the battlefield.
The eight Mother Goddessses killed the rest Andhaka's army, then they came together, all lined up in the skies watched the battle. Parvati took the form of Goddess Bhadrakali to help Veerbhadra. He slashed Andhaka's clones while Bhadrakali collected their blood and drank it, she also slashed Andhaka's clones too. After Andhaka was defeated, he pleads forgiveness from Lord Shiva and Parvati.
After Veerbhadra went back into Lord Shiva's body, so did the eight Mother Goddesses after Bhadrakali returned as Parvati, they went back into her body as well. Andhaka was defeated, he pleads forgiveness from Lord Shiva and Parvati. He was forgiven and became one of the men of Shiva.
Some stories do say; Andhaka conceived an unnatural lust for his mother, Parvati, which accounts for Shiva's ferocious antagonism against him. Andhaka is usually shown either impaled on Shiva's trident, or in skeletal form as Bhringi after submitting to Shiva, who drained his blood during the conflict.
6/ Manasa;
Tumblr media
Manasa (Sanskrit: मनसा, romanized: Manasā) is a Hindu goddess of snakes.
Also known as 'Nagini,' the female serpentine avatar or 'Vishahara,' the goddess who annihilates poison, Manasa, in the Hindu mythology, is believed to be the daughter of sage Kasyapa and Kadru, the sister of the serpent-king Sesha. She is the sister of Vasuki, king of Nagas and wife of sage Jagatkaru.
A simplified version of the myth regards Manasa as the daughter of Lord Shiva. Legends have it that she was rejected by her father Shiva and husband Jagatkaru, and hated by her stepmother, Chandi, who scooped out one of Manasa's eyes. So, she appears to be foul-tempered, and benevolent only towards her devotees.
7/ Jyoti;
Tumblr media
Jyoti, or the Hindu goddess of light and the "Vel," is revered by Hindus. As the goddess of "vel," she is closely linked to her brother, Lord Murugan, the son of Shiva and Parvati.
Jyoti is assumed to have been conceived by Shiva and Parvati as there aren't many myths around her birth. The one known is that she along with her family represent the five elements.
8/ Jalandhar;
Tumblr media
Genuinely the only picture i found-
Jalandhara was the king of the asuras. Jalandhar was an able ruler and under his leadership the asuras defeated the devas. He himself isn't an asuras.
In the Shiva temple, when Indra and Brihaspati were going towards Mount Kailasha to meet Shiva, their way was blocked by a naked yogi with matted hair and a radiant face. The yogi was Shiva himself, who had taken the form to test the knowledge of Indra and Brihaspati.
Indra did not recognize the yogi and was infuriated at the fact that the man was not moving out of their way. Indra asked him to move, but the man did not budge. After not receiving a response, Indra became enraged and threatened him with his thunderbolt. Upon this action Indra's arm, became paralysed and Shiva neutralised the thunderbolt.
Shiva became angry upon this action of Indra and his eyes turned red, frightening Indra. The anger caused his third eye to open, nearly killing Indra. Brihaspati recognised Shiva and prayed to him, requesting him to pardon Indra.
To avoid killing Indra, Shiva sent the fire from his eye towards the ocean and upon meeting with the ocean it assumed the form of a boy. The boy cried terribly, which caused Brahma to descend from his abode. The ocean told Brahma that he did not know where the boy came from.
Brahma then told him that the boy would one day become the emperor of the asuras, that he could only be killed by Shiva, and that after his death, he would return to third eye. Which will happen eventually... one day.
Tumblr media
And that's all I know and found out about them♡

Let's play a bit!
I've been thinking that we should interact more with little questions.
The first one that came into my mind is... Who's your favorite Hindu God?

Yoo!
I did read your ror fics and i love them a whole lot, i also didn't know if you're requests are open or not but i had an idea and i wanted to share it ^^
It's also the first time for me to ask since i was just admiring your fanfics and too shy to ask
So, imagine, fem goddess reader that belongs to the greek pantheon married shiva and was pregnant after a long time. When the reader was spending some time with ganesha (shiva's son) he pushed her and she fell from the balcony which led to her losing her child. The reader who was the goddess of love and peace lost her happiness and unlocked herself in her chambers, refusing to talk or to communicate with anyone and she even used her divine powers to stop anyone from entering her chambers and she abandoned her duties due to her grief. She avoided everyone even her siblings and father (zeus) which they tried to take her to stay with the greek gods
I think of romance with quite angst and fluff, like how would shiva and the other wives try to coax the reader out of her solitude
Hello, my dear, you sure love angst don’t you? I’m happy to write this for you, but I’m not going to make my baby Ganesha be so cruel, so I will change that part at least. I hope you like it!
-Shiva was pouting deeply, arms, all four of them, crossed across his chest like a child, pouting because Parvati, Kali, and Durga were hogging you, taking turns listening to your tummy.
-You were the only one of his wives that wasn’t from the Hindu pantheon, you were from the Greek pantheon, Zeus’ daughter and goddess of love and peace, which is one of the reasons they had all been drawn to you.
-You actually joined not because of Shiva, but his wives who became quickly enamored with you when they visited the Greek pantheon and became fast friends. They were the ones to bring you to Shiva, wanting him to marry you as well.
-While stunned at their boldness, which also led to a laughing fit, Shiva agreed, courting you properly first and he was quick to realize why his wives had fallen so quickly for you.
-Zeus gave his blessings, telling you that you always had a home in the Greek pantheon, and your big brothers, Hercules, Ares, and Hermes told you that if you needed help, they would be right over.
-There was never a reason for you to call them, you visited your family often, sometimes by yourself, other times with your husband or one of your co-wives.
-It took several years of being married and lots of trying, but you had finally gotten pregnant, something you had begged Shiva for, a child, and your co-wives were beside your decision.
-When you announced you were pregnant there was a lot of crying and hugs with everyone, including Ganesha who was beside himself with joy when you told him that he was going to be a big brother.
-This is where you were today, at the end of your second trimester and you were round and glowing, you were so radiant while pregnant. Shiva was fiercely protective of you, something that didn’t surprise Parvati, as he was the same when she was pregnant, and your co-wives were there every step of the way, helping wherever they could with morning sickness, cravings, and exercises, keeping you limber and healthy.
-You showered each of them in affection, grateful for their help with your pregnancy and they only seemed to fall more in love with you, each of the four of them basking in your love.
-You were with Ganesha, heading upstairs to a verandah, as he wanted to show you the maze he had made in the garden, which could be viewed from above and your eyes were sparkling, praising him, “Should we go down and try to make our way through it?” he beamed at your praise before he spoke, confused, “Who are you?”
-You turned to see an unknown woman who looked furious, seething with rage before she shoved you hard. You couldn’t scream, you felt like you couldn’t breathe as you were sent over the balcony.
-Ganesha scream rang through the pantheon, coupled with the sound of his trunk sounding out as he screamed out your name. Ganesha was quick to turn on the woman who then tried to run, grabbing onto her hand to keep her from running.
-She turned with a screech, slapping at the child, demanding to be set free, but he held tightly, wincing at the blows.
-Shiva ran in to see this woman, a suitor of his from his past that he refused, striking his child and instantly he charged forward, grabbing her arms with two of his hands while a third went around her neck, pulling her back, “How dare you strike my son?!”
-Parvati’s scream was heard next and Shiva shifted quickly over to the edge of the balcony, hearing the screams of Kali and Durga as well and his eyes went wide, seeing you down there, bleeding out as Ganesha was peeking over, “She shoved her! She shoved Mama Y/N over the edge when we came up here to look at the maze!!”
-Rudra and Indra arrived, taking the woman from him as Shiva leapt down, not bothering with the stairs, kneeling down beside you, you were bleeding from wounds all over, unconscious as Durga shouted for the doctors to hurry up.
-You lost your baby, you realized that when you finally woke up, almost two weeks later, all of your wounds had mostly healed, but when you saw that your tummy was flat, you knew your baby had been lost.
-Your screams of anguish could be heard all over as Shiva held you tightly, sobbing into his chest, clutching at your stomach, “My baby!!” nothing he said could help, nothing could make this better, not even Ganesha or your co-wives could help.
-Your father and brothers had been made aware of the attack the day of and had rushed over, and when Shiva told them, told everyone, that you had lost the baby, their grief and rage couldn’t be quelled.
-You hid away, locking yourself in your room, barely leaving your bed and refusing to talk to everyone, even your brothers and father, telling them to not bother you. They knew you were hurting; they knew you were in anguish, but they didn’t want you wasting away either.
-You used your own powers to keep everyone out, forgoing your duties to lament your lost child, holding the booties you had knitted with Durga’s help, as she wanted to help you make them. They would never be used now; they would always remain empty.
-Zeus had offered the idea to your husband to bring you back to the Greek pantheon, so you could heal at home, but you refused to talk to even him, which broke his heart.
-It was three months later when you finally stepped out of your bedroom, and you had immediately been plowed down by Shiva, who hugged you tightly.
-You were stiff for a moment before you sighed, relaxing into his embrace, it was so warm, so gentle.
-You were very fragile, only willing to be around your husband, co-wives, and Ganesha, until your brothers and dad came to visit, and you let Ares hug you while he sobbed loudly for more than an hour, happy to see you finally out.
-You didn’t want to bring up the memory, but you bit the bullet, “What…who was…” your voice was weak, soft, but they all heard your question.
-Kali spoke, her tone cold while speaking about this other woman, “A woman who has long wanted to be Shiva’s wife, but unlike you, who can get along with us, she wanted to keep Shiva all to herself.”
-Parvati nodded, agreeing as you held Ganesha, hugging him close, “She’s insanely jealous and cruel, she sent us threats all the time, but this was the first and only time that she did something like this.”
-You nodded softly, not answering verbally before Shiva spoke, “I know you wouldn’t want it, but I had her executed. I wasn’t going to risk anyone else.” You remained silent but your tears were quick to well in your eyes.
-Parvati took you out to the gardens, showing you the grave of your child, they had all worked together on it, even Zeus and your brothers, it was beautiful, covered with stone flowers, so it would always have flowers.
-You broke down again, crying into your husbands chest, missing your child. He had thought about offering to have another one, but he knew it was way too soon, he would wait for you to bring that up.
-With your family and loved ones by your side, you healed, you grew, but you never forgot the memories of the baby you never got the chance to meet, and you never would, but that’s okay. Some memories hurt, and some will never stop hurting, but that’s why you remember them, because they were so meaningful to you, both good and bad.
-You would never forget.

Hello, may I request Shiva with his son? Like just a wholesome bonding time. And I love your art by the way! Shiva rocks without his headband😂. Have a nice day!!❤️
Tumblr media
Father and son just chit-chatting the afternoon at a WcDonald's :) Thank you SO much for requesting @alvhiedeir! I hope this is wholesome enough for you! 💝💖 *dies from tardiness*
Request 2 out of 3 done!
OP RAMBLING UNDER THE CUT :D
This took SOOO much more time than I thought. I planned to finish it by Father's Day but I messed up the work time. Sorry about that! --
Isn't it kinda funny that Shiva's wearing all casual clothes (I almost thought of making him wear crocs) while his son, Ganesha, is a slightly bit traditional? The baybayin in the background are local swear words done by lousy Googling (^_^ ;;). I enjoyed coloring the Salmiak Pie ad in the BG, btw.
I based this from my own experiences when my ma orders me a McDo meal right after school ends. Sooo...this is basically self-projection. :DDD
