Went back to the mom and pop plant shop and find that they also have fresh pretzels! Well they have other food items and coffee, but I haven’t had a pretzel like this since I was a child.

Got a little fan for the plants to make sure they have proper air circulation. Once the seeds have sprouted and are planted in soil a nice breeze will help them grow strong steams indoors, because outside wind happens.

I like stories that have some kind of redemption for the main character at the end☺️. A neglectful gardener (okay, me) killed this Eugenia topiary 🤦‍♀️but couldn't bare to throw it in the trash heap because of its wonderful straight and handsome trunk. So when my buddy @lance_west 👨🏼‍💻asked me to recommend an easy and fast growing vine I gave him some purple hyacinth bean seeds and in an aha! moment...with a handful remaining...and putting two and two together... I planted a few at the base of my sad dead topiary. After germinating, and in a flash, those bean tendrils had scaled the trunk, winding their way around and grasping the twiggy nubs of the once poodled topiary form. Of course, it will eventually be far too vigorous for its support and I'll have to cut it back frequently lest it strangle me in my bed at night...but still. It's fun to be a kid again 🤸‍♂️👧👒🤸‍♂️in the garden. Jacqueline and the Beanstalk.
