I think it would ramp the humor up a 1000000x if everyone got on garp's ass every time one of his wack ass sons/grandsons/extended family/inlaws did some shit to fuck with the world government. garp has to legit snail call zeff to ask for a place to crash because luffy did a widdle liddle oopsie and now sengoku is bitching him out so loud that zeff can hear it through the snails. some report comes into marine HQ and everyone is side-eyeing garp like a motherfucker. koby comes in one day and garp is hiding under his desk because he is about to Get It from like six other admirals because sabo went on a bender. again. everyone and their mama being like "garp GET your fucking family." garp like, "they don't bite." except they do. and garp is about to get strangled. garp shows up on the grandline hair a mess, coat askew, on the verge of chainsmoking with bogard fanning him like a egyptian empress to ask luffy to tone it the fuck down because garp has been experiencing a very concentrated amount of hostility in the workplace and goddammit luffy. he does in fact start crashing at zeff's because he finally got in a bitchfight with sengoku and almost damaged the structural integrity of the marines. dragon's ass rocks up one day all like "howya doing popssss" and garp is deadpan i should have strangled you at birth. zeff finds this all as funny as hell.

One of the most noticeable changes between manga and LA regarding Zeff is that manga Zeff heavily discourages Sanji's flirting methods, but in the LA we can infer he's the one Sanji got them from because of the way he seduced Garp.

Hello! I LOVE your different headcannons for Sanji. If your accepting request, can you do one where Zeff and Garp are like old rivals/lovers, where Garp brings Luffy, Ace, and Sabo to the Baratie just to see Zeff. But unbeknownst to Garp, the ASL trio meets Sanji and have a childhood sweethearts moment (ASL Trio x Sanji). Garp just laughs and Zeff is modified that his own eggplant managed to pull 3 boys.

Zeff and Garp have been rivals and lovers since the dawn of time. Garp will come around when they're younger and tell him about his battles with Roger and White Beard and the parties after. Of course nothing compares to his time with Zeff. Nothing.

Zeff always gives him that unimpressed look as he feeds Garp and then suddenly be in the marines lap and held and cooed over as Zeff cursed him to hell and back. Garp always laughed at that. Then when Baratie opens and Garp meets Sanji, Garp says he'll be back.

He comes back a week later with three kids entow. Zeff pinches the bridge of his nose as they're all introduced. Sanji is staring at them before shrugging and going to the kitchen but he's caught and told to go play. Sanji is utterly confused as he's hauled away by the other kids. Also yeah, Sabo is Sanji's first kiss. Ace uses Sanji as a pillow and carries him all the time, Luffy is holding Sanji's hands all the time. ASL is constantly hanging off Sanji somehow someway in that childhood love type of way.

Zeff is glaring at Garp who is laughing so hard like a year or two later when ASL all say they're dating Sanji and Sanji is just there, trying to get to the kitchen to avoid this conversation. Zeff tells his son he's too pretty for his own good and Sanji looks affronted at that. Garp places a big kiss to Zeff's cheek and Zeff smacks the shit out of Garp.

Tell me he wouldn't.

namivivi- on top. soulmates. they’re the lesbians ever i adore them they’re WIVES

acesan- really cute, they had a few flirty moments in the alabasta arc and i really really love them

zolu: adorable. i love them. they’re so so cute and zoro is such a guard dog boyfriend they’re adorable

sanji x usopp: kinda a rare pair, but i think they’re pretty cute. sanji always seems to take care of usopp and i like them

zosan: honestly, it’s not my favorite, but they do have their moments where there’s a lot of chemistry/tension

LIVE ACTION (fav to least fav)

kobylu- adorable. there’s so many moments where i was so sure that they were about to kiss. they’re literally so cute i adore them

kaya x usopp- soulmate level connection. they were so cute it drives me insane, i need more of them IMMEDIATELY

nami x kaya- i love them, they had so much chemistry, they’re so cute they’re so gay

zolu- zoro being a devoted first mate/boyfriend as usual

zosan- pretty cute, i loved their competitiveness

garp x zeff- kinda cute. kinda gay, i liked them. they definitely both had a thing with gold roger

in opla i kinda see the straw hats as less shippable with each other. zoro nami and usopp are so siblings to me, and nami usopp and luffy are also siblings, so i don’t really like the whole straw hat polycule ship, but i’m not completely against it. i just did this for fun :)
