Casually 2 days late for the final day of the Hogwarts Mystery Event. Sorry ‘bout that.

So day 7 was a free day so I decided I wanted to do something ambitious and draw all the kiddos. I was feeling a little unsatisfied with it however, and whipped up an alternative witch uniform because I like cute things.

I’d like to say a big thank you to all of you guys though! Before this event, I was a small artist that would get excited to get 30 notes, so you can only imagine how exciting it was for one of my posts to get passed a 100. Again, thank you to all of you guys, I’m so thankful for all of your support.

Great Hall - Headcanons

Day 3 of the Hogwarts Mystery Event

- when everyone’s together, you all sit at the same table no matter what.

- It would alternate between house tables depending on who was sitting down first

- If you were at the Slytherin table, Merula would try to get you in trouble with Professor Snape, who couldn’t care less about where you all were sitting

- Professors always shush Tonks for being too loud

- Bill and Charlie constantly communicate without speaking to each other, and everyone swears they can read each other’s minds

- After awhile, it started getting on your nerves

- “What are you guys talking about?!” “Nothing, MC.” Bill then raised his eyebrows at Charlie, and they continued their silent conversation

- Barnaby would try to explain to Ben that not all magical creatures are dangerous, but he would fail miserably

- “Nifflers are completely harmless! Except if you had a shiny metal leg. Then one would probably try to rip it off of your body if it could.” “Your not helping, Barnaby!” Rowan would normally be the one to stop Barnaby from rambling before Ben had a heart attack

- Tulip would present her latest invention and ask for help in formulating a prank to use it for

- Andre would discuss the latest quidditch match, and he and Charlie would get super competitive about it

- One time, you suggested they bet on if the Pride of Portree would win or lose their next game

- Unfortunately for Andre, they lost. He had to buy Charlie three sickles worth of candy at Honeydukes during the next Hogsmeade trip

- Sometimes, you held huge wizard’s chess competitions that would last hours

- the final two players were always Bill and Rowan, but Rowan holds the title of champion

- If the conversations died down (which RARELY happened), Penny would be right there with a new conversation starter.

- They would be super random too

- “if you had to live with either Professor Flitwick or Professor Kettleburn, who would you live with?”

- More often than not, you would come up with the most obscure answers just to make the others laugh

- If anyone ever stared or made a nasty comment about you all sitting together, you guys would act extra obnoxious just to spite them

- Likewise, if anyone ever spoke bad about you, they would go all “mama bear” mode, huddle around you, and tell the person off for being rude

- There’s nothing better than eating abnormally giant sandwiches and hanging with the gang

(I know I didn’t do Day 2, but here’s Day 3!)

I’ve never done anything like this before, so hopefully this isn’t too cringy 💁🏾‍♀️

Day Two: Study Date/Study Partner | for the Hogwarts Mystery Event hosted by @hogwarts-mystery-event

a/n lowkey this is cute. also lowkey I wrote this in a few hours so it may not be the best, I apologize

synopsis: You take Charlie up on his offer of a study date

“Let’s write our next essay together, okay?”

It had taken hours upon hours of convincing for Charlie Weasley to ask you that simple question. And of course he had done it at the worst time possible: sitting in a lecture during Care of Magical Creatures. He doubted you even remembered that day but unbeknownst to him, you couldn’t stop thinking about it.

You hesitated as you stood near the entrance of the Great Hall beside Rowan. She hadn’t been aware of you stopping and backtracked, effectively cutting off your view of Charlie Weasley and bringing your attention back to her.

“Just do it, Y/N. How hard can it be?” Rowan shrugged as if the concept of asking a boy to study didn’t come with false pretenses all on its own.

“You’re right,” the waver in your voice didn’t convince her. “I’m gonna do it. I’ll be fine”

You started walking before you could stop yourself.

Charlie spotted you coming from a mile away. He had actively been trying to not look in your direction from the second you had entered the Great Hall, something he had been struggling with for months now. He was more than a little surprised when you walked straight over and sat down right in front of him.

“Hi,” You were breathless, both from your trek across the room and by how fast your heart seemed to be beating.

“Hi” He smiled softly and for just a split second you forgot what you were there for. Merlin, you were positively whipped.

“So,” You started, making sure to look away from the smirking faces of your friends, all of whom were currently sat at the Ravenclaw table. “Remember last week you said we’d work on our next essay together?”

“I do” Charlie was trying incredibly hard to keep the smile off of his face. “What about it?”

“Well turns out I don’t know as much about creatures as I thought and you’re the first person I thought of so,” You had to stop yourself from rambling too much. A small smile made its way onto your face as your heartbeat finally eased up a little. “How ‘bout it?”

“Absolutely!” Charlie answered probably a bit too fast, not that you noticed. “It’s a date” It took a few seconds before a blush rose on his freckled cheeks, finally processing what it was he had actually said. “It doesn’t have to be of course! Not if you don’t want it to be. I mean we’ll still study but like it’s not a date date. I mean I don’t mind, personally, but-”

“Yeah,” You cut off his nervous rambling by nodding. “It’s a date.”

You had absolutely no clue where you were going. Charlie had sent you directions via a note from Andre and you were more than sure you were lost. Just trust me he had written and so you did just that. A couple minutes passed, then a couple more until finally Charlie showed up, seemingly out of nowhere. You glanced up to see the flush and wide grin spread across his cheeks. You had no doubts whatsoever when he offered you his hand and called out “Follow me”

He led you past a locked doorway and down an old passageway until finally you came to a large open clearing right in the middle of the school. Rubbles from old benches and tables were littered around the space and greenery covered every wall. It didn’t feel like you were at Hogwarts anymore, it felt like a place where you could just relax.

“I guess it was an old courtyard they don’t use anymore. I found it while flying around the grounds a while back and I thought you’d like it” He looked so incredibly proud of himself and it made you feel warm, ecstatic at the fact that someone thought of you like Charlie Weasley did.

“I love it”

Before Charlie knew dusk had fallen. Neither of you had gotten much studying done, instead choosing to swap stories back and forth. Laughter had rung through the air all afternoon, not a quiet moment passing between the two of you. Your bodies were tangled together, you wrapped in his sweater with your head resting on his shoulder while he held the Care of Magical Creatures book between the two of you to share. He didn’t need it but he wasn’t about to let you know that.

Several minutes passed before he decided to look down to see if you were done reading. It was then that he noticed the fact that you had drifted off to sleep. A smile grew on his face and he found himself looking perhaps a bit too long. He saw how relaxed you looked at it was then that he realized you probably didn’t actually get much sleep.

You had told him all about how you were finally getting somewhere close to finding Jacob. The past five years hadn’t been for nothing. That had come as a relief to you. He remembered the countless things you told him about, the extra spells you were mastering, potions Penny was teaching you to brew, the hoops you had to jump through just to get a single piece of information.

If he hadn’t already thought the world of you he was sure he would’ve now. He watched your every move, your body fall and rise slowly with your calm breathing, the soft smile that was still present on your face, the way you looked so completely and utterly happy. An incredible amount of joy filled his being at the realization that he was the one who made you happy. And then a single thought popped into his head. He was positively whipped.
