Finally, I'm revealing the films that I took in the middle of the year. These pictures are from the MITA FESTIVAL in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I remember when I bought them; I was really excited because the film is Kodak 200T, the same film used to shoot the Hunger Games (of course, my film is 35mm, lol).

I'm in love with this process of taking analog pictures. For someone like me, who takes ages to develop some film, these moments are like letters from my past self to my future self.

I realize I have to be excited for my own projects and stuff in order for other people to be excited with me-

My tendency to downplay or undervalue my accomplishments leads to me kind of holding on to things I get excited about. I don't like boasting about things I've done because I don't wanna become egotistical, but at the same time, I still find it hard to give myself credit on things (outside of drawing)

I know when I complete an animatic, which are really time consuming, I get a sense of euphoria from simply getting it done. I like seeing my work completed and in motion and it makes me happy! And it's even better when other people get excited about it. I don't do it for recognition or the numbers most of the time.

The many times in my early preteens where I had an animatic/animation meme idea that I wanted to see executed by someone else only to find that no one had done it is so whomp

Plus it's not like I knew how to do animation/had the resources to do it at the time. But now that I know how to do these things, and I know exactly what I want makes it worth it

I bet there was someone who wanted to see an animatic of Glamrock Freddy singing My Way, and the fact that I did it not just for myself but potentially for other people to enjoy makes it worth it.
