People’s Choice Awards took place last night. In a ceremony where talent in entertainment gets recognised by the votes of the public, let’s take a look at the celebrities who won the red carpet:
5. Karen Gillian in Viktor & Rolf
Karen Gillian is a beautiful girl who doesn’t need much to stand out, so the simplicity in this Viktor & Rolf gown is perfect for her. I love the way the colour makes her red hair and coral lips pop.
4. Kat Dennings in Maticevski
I love everything about this dress, the geometrical shape, the asymmetrical shoulder, the subtle print and the orange contrast, but what I love most is how it looks on Kat Dennings. It shows off her gorgeous hourglass figure in a classy, sexy way.
3. Kelly Rowland in Iris van Herpen
This is the last “K” name on the list, promise! Iris van Herpen is known for her forward thinking, ofter 3D printed designs, and this dress is the perfect example of why she’s so amazing. The silver colour highlights Kelly’s skin beautifully, too!
2. Zendaya in Christopher Esber
I have to say, Zendaya was a tough one to rank. She has nailed red carpet style (fashion, in general) to a T. She’s always edgy, trendy and a little sexy, which is why she most definitely deserves a place on this list. However, for number 1…
1. Gwen Stefani in Vera Wang
I’m not the first and I won’t be the last to say it: Gwen Stefani doesn’t age. If anything, she looks better and better with each passing year. This Vera Wang dress is not easy to pull of, but she has managed to wear the dress instead of having the dress wear her. I love the styling with the gloves, tights and thigh-high boots.
