It’s so funny to see how much older Walker looks as the series continues, despite it not actually being all that long.

I think we all forget what boys ages 12-17 are like, in terms of physical growth. My younger brother went away for a month and came back 5 inches taller and with a fully adult-sounding voice that he did not have when he left. Walker looking like he’s clearly grown is not completely implausible 😂

When I tell you that at least 50% of fandom missed, not only the point of the show overall, but the point of almost every individual piece of the show, this is what I mean. Seriously, the fact that this take has over 3700 likes is actually amazing to me.

Listen, nobody likes to talk about Spellman’s shitty writing more than me, and I could write a 1000 word essay about how disgusting it was to kill Lamar in order to inspire some “white man pain”, but even Spellman cannot be blamed for the asinine reactions some people have to this scene in particular and John Walker’s character in general.

Of course people got mad at Walker for beating an unarmed man, an unarmed man who didn’t even kill Lamar by the way, to death, while he held his hands up in surrender. Fucking duh.
