Another new horse, and there’s more to come! As many of our horses are retiring soon, or are already retired, many of our riders are looking for new ones to compete with. However, today we are happy to introduce a new rider as well. Naava Salonen is 19 years old, and besides competing with their stallion Vixen, they work as our new part- time groom. Welcome Naava!
Hunting’s Vixen is bred by Sadie Woodson. He’s a 6yo Døle stallion, quick- witted and a talented jumper. He’s still young, but we have high hopes for him and Naava- they both suit perfectly in our draft jumper team among the Finnhorses. Soo happy to have him with us!

* good stock, chicken w/ a pinch, garlic powder scallions, sliced shrooms, any kind will do
splash o' lemon, lime - if you got it
now i'm not a jalopeno person, but if you are this'd be the perfect place for a slice or two;
& you know that no noods are bad noods, right?
...pick 'em & stick 'em.
then take your grilled waygu steak slices by hand
& dunk each one - dont let go! ...into the soup,
smile, look at the camera and say "Gotcha!"
(nah -  use chopsticks & soup ladle like any civilized person...)
turn back toward the bowl & knock it off the table with your elbow - dropping the steak cause of the shock.
take a minute to lament your misfortune, your crazy delusion:
imagining there's a camera that you don't possess, filming -
in the apartment where you live alone
talking to who knows who, with no phone plan, where your internet died hours ago

I spent HOURS deciding which dip to buy in the supermarket and finally settled on the guacamole one ("ooh it's got spring onions! Another vegetable! I'm eating healthy!") And I get home and spread some on my lunch for tomorrow IT HAS JALOPENOS IN IT. IT SAYS SO ON THE FRONT.

Honestly if you're ever struggling with getting you daily 1kg of veg in, just make a bowl of baba ghanoush, cut a bell pepper into strips, and scoop up the baba ghanoush with your bell pepper spoon. You'll eat a whole eggplant and a whole bell pepper in one sitting.
Into a blender, dump: - An eggplant you've roasted in the oven at 200c for 20mins or so (with skin is fine just wash it before roasting) - A tablespoon of tahini (if you don't have it just fry up a tablespoon of sesame seeds in a pan until it smells nice, and dump that in the blender with an extra half tablespoon of olive oil. You should just buy a jar though you can use it for a great many things like hummus or more baba ghanoush) - A couple cloves of garlic (anywhere from 1-7) - A half tablespoon of olive oil - A tablespoon of lemon juice (the bottled stuff is fine don't bother juicing a fresh lemon if you don't really, really want to) - Like a half tablespoon of cumin (or more if you're normal like me) - A half tablespoon of dried chili flakes (or a whole deseeded fresh jalopeno if you have one)
Blend, wait until cool, get scooping. Destination: flavorsville

i accidentally ate nearly all of it before it occurred to me that i should snap a pic of my creation lol but anyways heres one of my favorite mixtures to add with my salad/chicken or any dishes you see suit.

1 cup cucumber diced
1/4 cup cilantro mince
1 tbsp of fresh mint minced (optional, its really not needed but i like it)
1/2 cup red onion or white diced
1 hothouse tomatoe
half of a mango diced
full jalopeno (don’t you dare take the capsicum out, be a man)
full habenero (optional, but if you add it ;) i would like to have a drink with you)
tbspoon of dill (optional but i like it)
juice lemone or lime
tbsp of red vinegar
season with salt and garlic and black pepper to taste but easy on it.
combine and voila. nothin special just very refreshing on a hot day.
