I feel very happy, my dear doctor, in finding an occasion for to tell you how sincerely I lament our Separation. It is indeed highly pleasing for me to be under so many obligations to you, Because there is no gratitude in the world which Can exceed the Bounds of My affection for the Good Doctor Bones. That Name I shall ever give you, and I sincerely wish, I even earnestly hope you will Before long hear from my own mouth.

Dear Sir,
I received your favor from Morristown enclosing a Return of the sick which I am happy to find are few in number, and the cases not bad. It is probable you will have some little addition to the number on hand from the Detachment of the Marquis D La Fayette. I hope they will be taken as good care of as the Nature of the Circumstances we are in will admit. The Want of Necessary stores for our Hospitals, affords a Gloomy prospect. I do not know that there is any probability of your being sent to the southward, nor would I wish to order an officer of the Department on a Tour of Duty, by which his Health or private Interest should be injured...but the Nature of Military Service is such that it is always expected every Officer will obey orders, otherwise the worst of Evils might be the Consequence, and the Department brought into disrepute.
The gentlemen of the Corps that I have the Honor to superintend may be assured that every Endeavour of mine shall be exerted to render them as happy as possible.
I am Dr. Sir Your most obedient and very hble Serv.
John Cochran D. M. H. to Abraham Clark, Chairman of the Medical Committee, New Windsor, February 28th, 1781. Any time I find mention of Lafayette in other people’s letters, I add it here in case someone has a research question I haven’t thought about. This is a mention of some of the sick in Laf’s unit. This would have been the Southern Campaign.

And Paul by Klaus Voormann in Hamburg. Sorry, I can't catch jumping Paul cause he moves like a fast wild bestia. You must watch it yourself.
Special for @i-am-the-oyster: I have several arguments why the rehearsal upstairs (GMRTBS) reminds me Spin It On! and why the sequence from GMRTBS and the clip Spin It On! both are about early era for me. And think it goes well with the song Not Such A Bad Boy.
