Juliette Frost, AKA Lady Chan Juan. Mentor of Katherine Kyle, AKA Feline Fatale and Scotty Sorrow, AKA Phantom: She’s the respected leader of the League, and the only woman which is just so fun. Granted she’s being trained herself as a crime lord leader, but she’s always been a strong telepath dog it’s not like she doesn’t have any experience. Kitty and Scotty both like to lurk in the shadows while she’s obviously more showy, so they learn from each other. But Juliette’s still mom to all the kids, she just trains these two a little more.

Kolya Arsenyev, AKA Pitch Black. Mentor of Nina Kozlovsky-Yamisoka, AKA Ms. Massacre and Elazar Sinestro, AKA Yellow Lantern: Kolya was a Russian assassin for hire, now a Black Lantern after being assassinated himself by Nina actually (no hard feelings btw lol-). He trains them both to use their rings, since Elazar was ditched on earth and not taught, while Nina’s obviously new at this. Kolya’s stern and somber, his training methods are the harshest and toughest among the League, but he’s like the dad where after he scolds you he’ll hug you cause he feels bad.

Raphael DeVille, AKA Dr. DeVille. Mentor of Luciana LeBeau, AKA Tactic and Eugene LeBeau, AKA Maneuver: A bokor from none other than New Orleans, a master of voodoo magic. His favorite move is to reanimate the dead, turning them into his voodoo puppets. He was born into a family of con men and criminals so he understands they can be...untrustworthy, and that’s why he empathized with the twins and took them in. He’s the kindest of the League members, not saying that any of them are cruel or abusive, but he’s the most understanding and easy going and less...stabby.

Mr. Lore. Mentor of Caroline Crane, AKA Ensnare and Kendrick Langstrom, AKA Vampire Bat: He’s basically Slender Man, the Demogorgon and Mr. Bloom combined. He has large claws for hands, is 8 ft tall and extremely thin, he appears to have no face until his skin sort of flowers open like the Demogorgon, and those who look upon his true face dies of fear (though Carrie has seen his true face and was fine). He doesn’t speak either, not even any sign language, but Carrie and Kendrick always seem to know what he wants to say and nobody knows how, cause all he does is nod once in awhile.

Warrick Whitlock, AKA Polarizer. Mentor of Sadashi Harada, AKA Silver Samurai and Ronan Lawton, AKA Headshot: Warrick is the heir to a wealthy tech company that specializes in cameras, photography/videography. His entire power is that his eyes basically act as a microscope and photographic memory, he helps both Sadashi and Ronan learn focus and observation skills. He’s a quiet and anti social businessman, he makes miniature dioramas of his crime scenes in his free time using his powers (to be clear, he’s a serial killer that leaves exact dioramas of his crimes at the scene).

Maxx Sixx, AKA Mad Max. Mentor of Nancy Fries, AKA Ice Princess and Bailey Reyes, AKA Wraith Rider: Maxx is a rockstar from the 80s who ODed on his tour bus, and in the after life he became a Spirit of Vengeance. He knew Bailey longer, but Nancy was just as high strung and crazy as them so she fit right in. Plus they’ve got a whole fire and ice aesthetic now. And no his real last name isn’t Sixx, he stole it from Nikki Sixx from Motley Crue and there was a whole drama that was on the news and everything back in the 80s, which Bailey and Nancy did dig up. Yes he haunts Nikki Sixx because he’s a petty jerk off.

Summary: Narcissus Thorn only kills terrible people. Otherwise, she doesn't care why she gets hired or assigned to kill someone.

I gotta admit, @ministarfruit's Femslash Feb pics give me life and inspiration, so there's no wonder why my participation for today is inspired by her own picture for the Sharp prompt (go check her own fills for the prompt, if you’re into Danganronpa!). So here comes one of the RC F/F ships of PDV: SaJul, but with a twist, a dark (but fun) twist even.

Also I guess I now have a gang war AU, woops, that wasn't intended but I don't mind. I like finding shitty and corny codenames.

Sharp as a razor, she had her eyes on the target. Today was no ordinary mission: she had to terminate the target, put an end to their life for a motive she didn’t care about. All that mattered was the money she’d gain from it, the bounty attached to the head. It sure helped that she didn’t know the name of her future victim, as it was a pseudonym used by local hitmen networks and gangs. It was violence against violent people residing in the dark corners of dirty, shadow streets the common, naked eye didn’t bother spotting.

 As it stood, she was used to these dark corners, her feet knowing where to place themselves as to minimize the noise they’d cause: surprise was a key element to killing someone. Living as a hitwoman also consisted in using every single strategy to make a mission’s execution efficient: weapon of choice, stealth techniques, places to meet the target… No, not a victim. A target. She only accepted killing terrible people, a way to uphold standards in a life where having any was the hardest thing she could have hoped to have. Easier said than done, obviously.

 The gang’s hideout was almost stereotypically shrouded in the darkness and dirt of the shadiest part of the town. It didn’t come to her surprise: Blood Diamond had been known for finding clichés and apply them in an attempt of making people she wouldn’t be there with her biker gang. It had worked for the most part, but her eyes knew where to look and she would never be fooled by such an obvious trap.

But her eyes were too sharp for this woman to escape free from her grasp. She’d end this leader before walking away like nothing had happened, hands gloved and kunai in hand.

 Eventually, she reached a high spot giving on a plaza forgotten in times and other buildings, a perfect spot she had already used. All she had to do was to wait for Blood Diamond and her gang to come in, throw a kunai in the target’s neck and flee in the dark of the night, perhaps get killed in the swift of things and finally put an end to her shady life. God, that’d be a luxury she wouldn’t be opposed to, it’d be a fine way to go and match how low she had fallen in the past years.

 Eyes fixated on the scene below, the kunai firmly in her hand, she was ready to strike when a short-stacked woman with long brown hair entered the scene, giving her back to the assassin, accompanied by a single red-haired woman. She couldn’t hear what they were saying, but they looked unarmed: she’d have at least expected one of them to have a bat or any other weapon, a thing to defend themselves, but they had apparently decided to just come here with no plan to some shadier than ever meeting.

Oh, how naïve, she’d just end them both and never come here ever again, perhaps choke on one of her kunai.

 Her heart skipped a beat when Blood Diamond’s ice blue eyes stared directly into hers, making her almost drop her kunai.

 “Hey, you,” the gang leader spoke directly to her, not even looking at her right-arm, whose gaze went up too. “Get out of there, if you’re a woman.”

What choice did that girl leave her with? God, she just needed to pull herself together and end that bitch’s life and it’d all be over…

“If you thought I hadn’t recognized your handwriting, Juliette Jonquille, you’d have to clean your brain cells again.”

This was absolutely terrible.

“If you also thought I’d kill you, look. I have zero weapon. I don’t strangle people when I don’t have anything to cover my fingertips. Fucking get down, you coward.”

 Juliette, or rather Narcissus Thorn as she preferred referring to herself when on missions, went down, rediscovering her acrobatics as she jumped down from balcony to balcony. Once she was feet on the ground, sure enough, none of them had a gun pointed at her. This was… “Peculiar” didn’t even begin to describe what the hell she was feeling. It was odd, to have a semblance of security in such a dark spot.

 “What do you want from me?” she asked, getting impatient. There was no time to be waiting around in the universe of gangs and hitmen.

“You were hired to end me, am I wrong?”

Diamond’s eyes didn’t lower in the slightest, but the more she stared at her, the more she reminded Narcissus of something faraway but familiar, long gone but… still endeared. The right-hand woman remained quiet, merely looking at her with her turquoise eyes.

“Yeah. I don’t know who you are, and I don’t think I care. Why not end me?”

“I’ve told you. I’m not armed, and neither is my right-had, Marine Diamond, next to me. In fact, I’m here to give you an offer.”

“An offer?”

 Narcissus wanted to scoff, but the idea of giving the person here to kill you an offer that wasn’t to get killed intrigued her. That, and the sharp icy eyes staring at her, never lowering, truly reminding her of something she hadn’t seen in lightyears. Most of all, an offer coming from someone who knew her actual identity was more tempting than anything she had been tasked with doing. Perhaps a little backstabbing against her original gang wouldn’t be too bad. She had already done it before, before when she was teamed with someone who had joined the Diamonds…

 “What about you join our gang, Narcissus Thorn?” Blood Diamond finally spoke up again. “You are rumoured to be an amazing hitwoman. We could use your help to extend our reign over town and shatter this stupid gang war once and for all.”

“Yeah, that’s what everyone says when they want me to backstab my alliance at the moment. What makes you different?”

“I want to put an end to it all and dissolve the Diamonds afterwards. No more gang war. It’s an utopia, of fucking course, but it’s worth giving a shot. Aren’t you tired of always getting dragged back into the mud, Juliette?”

“Since when do we know each other?”

“You’d be surprised.”

 With that said, Blood Diamond removed her face mask, uncovering her nose and mouth, revealing her concealed identity and throwing Narcissus into a flow of uncomfortable embarrassment and sudden memories. She, indeed, knew that woman before her and thought she’d, in fact, never see her again after she had left their gang, leaving everyone in the room but who’d become Narcissus dead.

 “So, I repeat my offer. Narcissus Thorn, would you join the Diamonds to help us crush the war and, perhaps, start back on what we had started and left on hiatus?”

About a Bat route...

If we want to look at “dating Bat and not knowing it’s Juliette” side,

- All the online/long-distance relationship tropes. Having to get to know someone through the internet. Since Bat uses voice modulation, there probably could be phone calls before the big reveal. Maybe video chats if Bat is wearing her suit. Could be a cool storyline since online dating/finding a significant other living elsewhere and getting to know them via online methods is becoming far more common, especially among wlw.

- All the cute mask emojis when they meet in person

- The “I’m crushing/dating Bat, but also crushing on this other woman I know, Juliette, and ahh what do I do? Wait, they’re the same person? Awesome.” thing.

- Since the rest of the Syndicate (or at least Andi) doesn’t seem to know that Bat is a woman, asking them for relationship advice about Bat and them giving a lot of stereotypical m/f relationship advice, only for them to quickly backtrack when everyone finds out.

- Assuming that we meet Juliette prior to finding out she’s Bat, similarly to the opposite scenario, Bat is strangely protective over Juliette and insisting on the fact she’s safe and “trust me, I know personally she’s clean.” and MC being a twinge jealous that Bat seems to know Juliette a little more personally, since Bat is super secretive.

- Still being oblivious to Juliette’s obvious ties to the Syndicate aka running off from a friendship outing every time there’s a Syndicate meeting and MC being like “That’s convenient!!”

- MC’s reaction to the dramatic reveal. “Oh, instead of a cute guy, you’re a cute girl? Fine with me!” or “I”m going to need a minute. Or several.”

- If we don’t start romancing Bat before the reveal™, prepare for the slowest of burns. 

- Crushing on Bat before the reveal™, then finding out it’s Juliette and going through a couple chapters of internal struggle that she was crushing on a woman this entire time. Then jumping in wholeheartedly.

I actually don’t really care for this scenario. I think the “dating Juliette and not knowing it’s Bat” has far more potential. Call me hypocritical, but I also don’t really care for the idea of Bat entering a relationship with MC without her knowing Bat is Juliette/a woman (this can be easily addressed by a good writer, I’m not writing off the idea completely. Just uncomfortable with some of the possible ways it could go.) 

It’s completely in character for her to do it as we know it in Andi’s route and I don’t think there was anything wrong with that as far as her character goes. But I think there is a difference when you’re looking to romance someone and essentially catfishing them on gender. We know MC is bi, so the potential for attraction isn’t an issue, but a relationship probably shouldn’t be built on a gender lie. That could get really unhealthy quickly. And it only makes it harder to come clean later. Trust me, I know.

If we don’t get to truly romance Bat/start dating her until the reveal™, then carry on.

I need your help, guys.

I don't know if anyone will see this, but okay, so, I adore Juliette aka Bat. She's the most adorable LI I've ever met (fellow dork hi), and I'm only continuing to fall for her. I can see her becoming my Top 3, perhaps even Top 2. (Cecelia will always be my Top 1, of course.) However, the MC is also my least favourite (behind like 6 MCs I've met). It's the first time I've felt like dropping a route due to the MC alone. I'm sure VN MC is loved by many others, but personally, I don't vibe with her.
