Had a dream that I myself was actually in Skyrim doing the Civil War on the Imperial Side and for some reason Maven was leading it with Ingun on the sideline. There were a few mission that had been done already, mostly blackmailing StormCloak aligned people and higher ups, doing political maneuvers, stuff that didn't involve actually fighting.

At one point at night Ulfric and Galmar were chasing me, Hell bent on killing me, as I ran out of what looked like Solitude after I was sent there to do some more political bs.

After they chased me for a while and eventually lost sight of me, I went back to Riften and MistVeil Keep which acted like the base of operations for the Imperial stuff (Rikke and Tullius who?).

Maven was infuriated that Ulfric and Galmar would 'stoop so low' to try and kill a war leader, me, at this point cause the StormCloak side was gradually loosing its foothold in Skyrim. Maven then suggested we burn down HollyFrost Farm just outside the city to send Ulfric a message. I was immediately like 'hey whoa wait now we're endangering civilians', not only with the guy who runs it possibly dying in the fire but it's a farm, it's a source of food now civilizations will suffer from less food stock. Up to this point we've only done 'non-violent' things and only ever went after people like war leaders, generals or people who heavily funded the StormCloaks, people higher up in 'StormCloak society'. We've never tried to kill anyone or threaten them with violence or death. Maven brought up killing a war leader at this time in the war is a crime (but its okay later🤨) cause we've done nothing violent yet. I only reluctantly agreed to it if we 'take' the guy who runs it so he doesn't die in the fire cause I still don't want any civilization deaths, which I guess would be taking him as a prisoner since he would be kept in the MistVeil barracks but he wouldn't be treated as a prisoner.

Then I woke up and didn't see the outcome.

so! I've not been sleeping well lately. and I've gotta get through the next few months (of writing my stupid thesis) somehow. I need a lot of sleep to function. so I've decided to increase the dose of the medication that lets me sleep (an antidepressant) again. we only just reduced it earlier this year so I know it's fine.

the dose I've been on is the lowest dose possible, so this is still very low. I don't think it really does much for my mood either way (even at the higher dose that I used to be on). but not sleeping well definitely makes me feel like shit, and especially lying in bed not being able to fall asleep. I'm not good at consistently taking this medication long enough before I go to bed, so it usually takes about an hour until I can sleep. I know that at this slightly higher dose, I get sleepy very quickly, maybe read for a few minutes and then fall asleep with no issues.

I really want to take fewer meds (for someone who is ~young and healthy~ according to their GP (🙄) I take a lot of medication every day, and tbh it is really annoying), but they help a lot and at the moment I can't function without them, so I'll just have to wait a little longer (and that's fine)

#I think I'm getting over the sort of guilty feeling I used to get for taking meds when I don't have like. any big diagnosis or whatever #like there's things/illnesses that medication is seen as acceptable for. I guess? #but it's not acceptable/understandable to have a bunch of smaller things wrong and to take medication for each of them #I'm not explaining this well bc I've already taken my meds and I'm sleeeeepy #but anyway! I know my meds help me so fuck anyone who's weird about it. it's my life not theirs #especially the anxiety medication - i know what I went through for 30 years before I started taking it. and I'm not going back to that 🤷 #can't change my fucked up brain. but I *can* help it so that it doesn't think we're about to die every minute of every goddamn day #so yeah meds are great and I'm gonna go sleep now #personal #cw medication #what was the point of this post again lol #but damn like. I wish someone had offered me medication for my anxiety when I was like. 20. that would have changed my life #it still did. but there's just. things that I missed out on that I'll never get back so. I'm incredibly grateful that I get to *live* now at #least

You were met by a red sky, you sat straight, and stood up, dusting your dress, and looking around your surroundings, it had a different feeling, you were still feeling bangs in your head, you walked down in the alleyway, and stumbled upon a store, you looked into the glass, you looked slightly different... (Your powers are lighting, due to you dying by the electric chair, but I also wanted you to be a deer, just like Alastor, I know it doesn't make sense, but bare with me please!) You had antlers, and ears, your nails were sharp, "Well would you look at that, seems like I'm in hell!" You laughed as the demons around you looked at you weirdly, you smiled back at them and started walking down the street, until you heard a girl singing...

she jumped and looked around, she was wearing a suit, (hot pink? Or..pink Mix with red..?) She had long, blonde hair, with lighter blonde and pink highlights, which is tied into a twice-banded low ponytail. I-m charlie..uhh..my dad sent a meeting to Uhhh" (I actually forgot what she was saying so I'm really sorry if it's not interesting now) "Really nice to meet you!"

"Rightttt, nice to meet you too!" As the man held his hand out, Charlie went to it and to shake hands with him, only for her hand to go through it.

Timeskip (Really sorry, but I ran out of stuff to say in this part)

You were standing, all the time, you noticed The man kept looking at you, you looked back at him, as he winked at you, you sweat dropped and looked away,the man wore a smooth white and golden cloak that appears to have a large 'A' symbol emblazoned on the front. His visible hands were black in appearance, as well, and had golden tip spikes on the back of his collar. The mask also held a pair of horns similar to an exorcist, albeit longer, smoother, and with a golden ornamental attachment on the tips.

As Charlie talked about the hell population, about like..reducing.

"Oh Uhhh, ugly people?..math!..global warming wait no—"

Charlie talked about "BIGGEST PROBLEM"

"ohhh...yeah..well..that must've sucked for you!" Adam laughed, "Anyway, who's this chick beside ya?" Charlie came to the realization that you were still there, "ohh my gosh! ____! They had broken into their house in the middle of the night. He was fast asleep and heard a crash! They shattered the window, caring only about their target. 3 men in full combat gear with gas masks grabbed her, knocking her out. He stood there held by the last man who had Kyotonite around his neck. It rendered him helpless to save her. They carried her off, Knocking her out cold with the back of a rifle. "Kyrie!" He screamed. "who are you?! What do you want with my wife?"

"I think you already know who I am!" One the masked men said pulling his mask off "Jonathon?" He asked "why?"

"you let my wife die!" He yelled.

"Jonathon I tried to save her! It was to late!" He yelled.

"no it wasn't! I've nightmares for months hearing her screaming for me! Hearing her calling out my name and I wake up and she's not there! She's not in bed next to me!" He said, the hurt and anger in his voice growing more intense as he spoke.

Joe didn't know what to do. He had tried to save Trinity but when he got to her her injuries were to severe "please just bring my wife back!" He said, desperation evident in his voice.

"no! Your gonna feel EVERYTHING I felt! The pain, the helplessness, everything! I may even kill her just like you did my wife!" Jonathon said

"if you harm one hair on her body I swear i-" Jonathon cut him laughing "you'll what? You ain't gonna do SHIT!" Jonathon laughed.

Joes eyes glowed red and Jonathon stepped back in fear. He looked at his hired henchman "put her down!" He yelled his voice shaky.

The henchman looked back at Jonathon only to see joe's eyes glowing pure red. He set Kyrie down and ran leaving Jonathon to deal with the mess he created "uce I'm sorry! Please!" Jonathon begged. His eyes full of fear and regret.

"you tried kidnapping my wife because of something I couldn't control and broke into our house in the middle of the night and you're sorry? I'll make you sorry!" Joe growled, his voice full of anger. Kyrie woke up "Joe don't!" She yelled. The red that had flooded his eyes softened and soon his brown eyes returned "Kyrie! Baby girl!" He said happy to see her being ok.

Jonathon took his opportunity and snatched Kyrie up and ran off. "Joe!" Kyrie screamed.

jason was the first slasher i fell in love with, i could seriously ramble on and on about why i love jason.

then I also started listening to music

sooo now it's 5:30 and I just looked at a clock for the first time in 5 hours and I'm not even the least bit tired 🙃

I don't think I can completely explain how I feel about the show as a whole and how much it means to me, but this final episode just left me empty for both good and bad reasons.

The whole Immortus/Butts resolution felt like such a cop-out. Immortus just going "Nah, you know what, I'm fine. Here's your longevity. Oh, and I'm besties with the Butts now. Too-da-loo 🥰" after being presented as their biggest threat ever? Meh

It would have been more cathartic had they somehow defeated Immortus when she was occupied with the Butts and got the longevity thingy off her neck to then run home only to find Rita already dead with Laura frozen with shock/grief beside her. To have them think they managed one more victory but with their biggest loss yet. And for Rita and Laura, the moments before she died could have been used to have a proper conversation and resolution between them. I would have loved if the final scene between them (and with alive non-ghost Rita in general) would have been Laura bringing her the Immortus nail just for Rita to decline cause she's at peace with dying. Even a simple "You're forgiven" would have been enough. And what was the point of telling Laura she's part of the Doom Patrol now to go "Yeah, you should all go your own way now" five minutes after she kicked the bucket???

Vic's ending was expected. It was obvious from the start that he would make it. And I'm glad cause he deserves happiness and to build a future that HE feels is right for him finally.

I'm also delighted Jane (a.k.a just K now) got her happiness both within herself and with Casey. And she's the only one we saw on screen saying goodbye to at least one person properly. Her and Cliff's realtionship was one of my absolute favourite things about the show.

Seems I managed to guess Larry's ending almost exactly. It was so sweet and beautiful. He didn't just return to space with Keeg but Rama as well. Can't lie, I've shed some tears during that scene. And his moment with ghost Rita... 12/10 wouldn't change anything about it

Cliff's ending is my favourite and the one that got me bawling my eyes out. "It's ok. I made it home" Uhm, excuse me?????? How dare the writers break my heart like that???? I am unwell and will need 5-7 business days to recover from it. Poetic, beautiful, amazing, showstopping etc. I love Cliff so fucking much

I guessed Rita would definitely die too but her whole "Each of you will be better off on your own" turnaround just didn't sit right with me. She's the one that spent her life keeping this little, broken, miserable bunch of just the unluckies motherfuckers known to the world together and managed to create a family that loves and supports eachother to death and THIS is her conclusion?? That they should just disband? Nope, not buying it. I guess it's somehow a way of telling that now the one that held them together, the heart of the show if you will, is gone that it's all done but I feel like that's a an insult to the rest of them and to the strength of their bond. Yes, Rita's insistence brought them together at first, but they've grown and gotten close so much since then even without her interfering in their one-on-one relationships. It just doesn't feel right. I also knew we'd get a Malcolm reunion scene but am I the only one that doesn't really care about him? Tbh, we didn't get to know much about him beside the fact that he was Rita's lover that tragically died. I just can't care about a character I know nothing about. I guess have fun posthumously frolicking in a field, Rita and Malcolm 🤷

So Jane got Casey and her sanity, Larry got Keeg and Rama, Vic got his friends and students, Cliff got see his family, their future and die peacefully beside them, Rita got to reunite with the love of her life in eternity and Laura got to, uhm, *checks notes*, play with a flamethrower? Like, ok, I do dig that she got to destroy the place that ruined her whole life guns a-blazing but what exactly does she get to do later on? The ones who remained alive all got someone to share their new found joy with, a proper plan for the future, they're at peace. Laura didn't get to neither truly reconcile with Rita, nor the Sisterhood, and now the only people she felt close to either died or went their own way without a true goodbye. What, pray tell, does her future look like beside, once again, loneliness and grief???? I fucking hated her ending. Give us a Laura de Mille spin-off, you cowards. Make it right...

• Okay, honestly, I've always thought Todd would be like.. a redneck cigarette dad. I mean that with love.

• Constantly getting into wrestling matches and teaching people bad behaviors, you know what I mean. Trailer park behavior. (I used to live in one so I can make fun of it)

• He's the kind of guy that would put you on his shoulders so that you can spray paint a building or something. Also teaches you the most efficient way to hop a fence when running from the cops!

• He's like Roderick from Diary of a Wimpy kid, taking you out for gas station snack runs late at night.

• Sometimes, he feels like you're the only person he can open up to.

• He has cried on your shoulder more than a few times.

• Then you guys make cookies together.

FRED:

• I know I keep bringing this up, but I believe Fred is an amazing cook. (this is based on the rose radishes he made for Pietro or whatever)

• So he constantly makes sure you get fed first, because he knows eating well in the Brotherhood is really hard.

• Always lifting things to impress you.

• (Yeah he's a sad only child soo.. you're his new sibling. He's decided. Already calls you his brother/sister)

• Would literally both die and kill for you.

• He doesn't want to hurt you with his hugs, so sometimes he just lets you cling to him like a koala.

• He likes to help you pick out your outfits (I don't know, this just feels right to me)

• He's also super supportive if you're alt/goth/emo

• You guys have fashion shows to show off your outfits.

• Honestly, he's your biggest fan.

PIETRO:

• Genuinely in disbelief

• "Wait, so we're just.. letting this happen!?"

• He's really the only one who cares, which I guess is understandable. I wouldn't want even more people in a house that's already falling apart.

• So, at first, he's always complaining about you being there. You took his spot on the couch. You stepped on his shoe that one time. Once he complained that you breathed too loudly near him.

• After a while, he reduces his whining to muttering and then eventually just gets used to your presence.

• He doesn't like to admit it, but he kind of does want to impress you. He'll use his powers and then just.. stand in front of you, waiting for praise.

• Always behind you when you go for walks, like a scary guard dog.

• SO. MANY. PRANK WARS.

WANDA:

• She's chill.

• She's not really vocal about everything, but she does really care for you!

• Wanda would def help you dye your hair or paint your nails.

• And she would use her powers to grab things off of high places, just so you don't get injured.

• Pietro might be a little jealous of you, but who cares what he thinks anyway.

• She would also probably help you pierce yourself

• Then would help you when it got infected.

LANCE:

• He always tries to pretend that he doesn't care, but he definitely does.

• Always making sure you don't get hurt around the house, and is the first person to worry if you do ever get hurt.

• Also, this goes for all of them, but he would absolutely love playing video games with you. Even if he loses. A lot.

• More than a few earthquakes were caused over Mario Kart.

• Also the first to raise hell if you went missing.

• Sometimes takes you out with Kitty to get food (like that one "Mama y Papa" trend on Tiktok)

TABITHA:

• She takes you under her wing immediately.

• After a day with her, you have a new taste in music and a bunch of outfits that were not shoplifted at all.

• You basically become her right hand person when causing trouble, she'd constantly wake you up for late night joy rides.

• Asks you to help her with her hair (there's no way she doesn't use 5 bottles of hairspray for that thing)

• You two definitely shoplift together, or she shop lifts random things for you.

• Always getting you little snack or trinkets.

I don't know if this was exactly what you were thinking, but I love the idea of a platonic sibling-like relationship!! Also, I'm sorry if this is really short, I'm more used to writing romance. But, as always, I appreciate you and I hope you have an amazing night!!

I don't have too many of these for Erestor, but I do get sad thinking about, with regards to my headcannon that he was raised among the Haladin, that he basically watched everyone he grew up around die out while he was still pretty "young", and then on top of that-- being "Feanorian" he must have been so ostracized and lonely :(

Love the idea of him going to Ost-in-Edhil and being taken under Celebrimbor's wing. I headcannon them as being very close in the second age, bonding over being basically the last of the line, y'know?

Erestor never yells when angry. He just gets very, very cold. He's also super calculating and tends not to react to things in the moment, but prefers to plan things out that will come to fruition later.

He's one of those friends that you always want around because he's not afraid to call you out on your bullshit. He just has a very low tolerance for it. Especially for people who are too hard on themselves (which is why he's so good for Elrond).
