bran’s aspirations for knighthood and the kingsguard specifically and how their stories were music to his ears and how he romanticizes them and how it is repeated over and over again in his chapters that those dreams were crushed due to him being crippled is one of my favorite tragedies in the series. he was robbed of his dreams by the man that became as vile as he is primarily because of his experience and disillusionment with those same heroes that he romanticized very similarly and the corrupt moral and ethical frameworks they exist within. i also like it in terms of emotional weight and how terrible it makes jaime’s act. he was the one that killed the boy this time. he killed “the boy that wanted to be ser arthur dayne.”

#this is what i was referring to in my last post #sometimes ideas will just pop into my head and i will be unable to resist the urge #i missed sprite editing. it had been a while since i last made a person's sprite #anyways her name is Akira and I haven't decided if it's Akira Tomori or Akira Hatano yet #i like both of their surnames a bunch #thinking of her from a scenario where Ayame and Kizuna survive the kg and get together a while afterwards #Akira is adopted. obviously. Her biological parents died in the tragedy she was adopted at around 4-6 years old #doesn't remember how her bio parents where because she was like? 1-2 years old when they died? #being with them in whatever happened that led to their deaths she may have some form of memory problem from the accident(?) #Akira is pretty forgetful and slow on the uptakes. but it's nothing too worrisome #she doesn't actually care that she can't remember her bio parents because the family she has now is much more important to her #she takes more after Kizuna especially in tems of personality (tho definitely not as bad as she used to be in Dra if you know what i mean) #put them in a room together and they will gossip and talk about random shit for hours #she loves Ayame too! they just don't talk a much? Like. Imagine you kill this guy ok, you kill him, you watched his body be crushed. He’s dead and you ship off one of his body parts to a fan which is probably your undoing.

The mood in the school is somber and despair filling, they try to pick up the pieces but they’re not really motivated. The detective is but she can’t rally the others to care about the mystery it’s great you’ve basically won.

Then the detective leaves, you and the others can’t find her for a day or two. Then all of sudden she returned not alone, the body of boy you watch be crushed broken to bits hell your that chopped him up abit and then burned his remains. You KNOW he died, everyone watched him die. He’s back like nothing ever happened, he’s abit dirty but he is ALIVE. How is that possible.

You don’t know if your gut is filled with despair or something else.. fear? Unease?

Worst is no one else seems to care, they way they’re acting is like they never watched him get crushed in the first place, it’s like they saw the hatch swallow him whole instead. They’re in denial.

Yet they still follow and cling onto his very words including in the final trial, you don’t remember him being this like this in your normal liked sure he was influential but not like This.

As the conveyor belt slowly drags you towards your demise you two have a staring contest. You lose because he never blinks. Only an unblinking smile with some teeth bids you goodbye.

When you wake up again one of the first things your given for your fourth birthday. Is a sweet smile of plushie, in his ugly hoodie and blazer combo. His stitched hazel eyes staring you down, overwhelming you went a sense of unease that you drop the toy and begin to cry.

Went to the doctor and she told me i'm 5 kg away from being in perfect shape!

I couldn't believe her but when mom dragged me to the mall and i got out with so many things and a happy face instead of tears in my eyes and empty hands....it felt amazing 💜💜

Let me start by saying I'm aware of your policy of not repeating franchises in choosing characters but I think a Vocaloid would fit very well in the 3rd kg. For one, it fits the music theme very well, vocaloid and vocal synths are music tools first. Second, Pro Sekai is a vocaloid related franchise so it would fit with Kanade and it could serve to make her more suspicious. She could look to the vocaloid to confirm more people know about sekais just for the vocaloid to not know either. Third, you said you continue to be tempted to add one so give in and add that vocaloid.

At this point I should just be searching around for characters to add that have some link to music /j

I do get what you mean though. The thing is with how it’s implied in DR69, all VOCALOIDs and UTAUs kind of live together and know of each other so unless I retcon that or choose a voice synth that has no connection or memory of that world, then I suppose it’s possible.

At that I was thinking of maybe adding a Synth V character? But also I don’t really know many except for like Eleanor Forte and Solaria.

So if I did choose a VOCALOID to add, I would personally go for either Hiyama Kiyoteru (in his teacher form hehe), Vflower (in their short hair design), Otomachi Una (in her spicy design), or IA.
