Are you hard on yourself? Do you hold yourself to unrealistic beauty standards? Is there a nagging villain voice in your ear telling you “You’re not ______ enough”, despite knowing deep down inside that you’re perfect just the way you are? We can truly be our own worst enemy. We can “know” we’re good enough, but how do we really believe it? I love teaching women how to protect themselves against themselves! Sometimes it takes a little help to trick your brain into falling back in love with the skin you’re in. Every time you see yourself it imprints on your psyche. If you hate what you see, it’s damaging your self image. Let me say that again: You are damaging your self image. It’s a mean trick and it infiltrates every aspect of your life - relationships, family life, friendships, work, business, being closed off to opportunities. I still have people talking about the cards we gave out at the #birminghammarathon2017 thank you to this woman who took time to take a photo after completing a marathon.
