When A School Become A Killing Zone in Nashville Tennessee
Tumblr media
Another mass killing of children at school, and their school staff. 3 Children, aged 9 years old, and 3 adults.
They were not threats to anyone in the world on this day.. March 27, 2023. They were in a place of learning. They were supposed to be safe from all harmful sources. They were stolen of their lives.
They leave canyons of global-felt grieve, disbelief, anger among the human race.
Humanity in American Politics failed them. Gun craze lunacy shackle them to mass killing on such a regular basis, one cannot but ponder the one word question: WHY? Why for so many decades has school mass shooting only amplified without any form whatsoever of political commitment to protect schools... and our babies that attend them... and the teachers, staff which guide and nurture their tendure, pure of yet... minds.
When schools become killing zones for anyone bearing a grudge at society, and little to nothing is done to stop, prevent it... what we have then is a failed government on every level. A failed school administration indoctrinating lies for an agenda unknown to us, but perhaps today one might for once, just once...
#LetWomenSpeak -- we are their mothers you see, their grandmothers, siblings, friends, co-workers..
For once, let us realize that what happened today, is the fear of what we are forced to accept: 'this will never happen'... and i say this with great fear... for as we have seen this past few years..
... lies beget violence ...
In our cowardice as a human race, we bow to the pressure of celebrity. Most news media all regurgitate the same lies, manipulating social stability.
Who... what is puppeteering and profiting off the lies our rulers, teachers, politicians, billionaires... tell us?
The social decay of every modern, industrialized country has been rotted from its shores and forests.
Into the cities, towns, politics, news, media.. those who wished us harm... have done us grave harm.
LOOK AT US NOW!
Children, toddlers are forced to accept lies, hide and run.
Gone are the days of innocence and progress..
THIS IS THE AGE OF MADNESS!
How do we empty our lives from being absorbed in bullshit?
I'm pained, I'm hurting, i'm sade, i'm angry.
i'm mad as hell,,, and wondering why we allow ourselves to be silenced, cancelled, murdered.
We are battle-field weary, wounded as parents and grandparents.
An image of a child traumatized, same as adults experience in battles of adult wars... in the 'news', roughly 6 years old had their hand pressed against a school bus window as babies like them are whisked away to safety, after witnessing, and being 'part of' acts of a one-person 'war'... that image will haunt me.. for the rest of my life.

How to Survive an Active Shooting Encounter:
High anxiety is today's normal and public shootings are no longer unusual. We must constantly practice Situational Awareness and Pre-Attack Indicators (pay attention to what, and who, is going on around you). Learn to react properly (don't panic) to an Active Shooting Encounter. If this happens to you, Run or Hide or Fight. Read on for details and watch the video from DHS. This training video, from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), demonstrates possible actions to take if confronted with an active shooter scenario. The instructive video reviews the choices of evacuating, hiding, or, as an option of last resort, challenging the shooter. The video also describes how to assist authorities once law enforcement enters the scene. VIDEO SYNOPSIS: How to Respond When an Active Shooter is in Your Vicinity: Quickly determine the most reasonable way to protect your own life: 1. Run (Evacuate). If there is an accessible escape path, attempt to evacuate the premises. Be sure to:
Devise an escape route and plan NOW. Wherever you go, be aware of Marked Exits
If possible, help others escape but evacuate regardless of whether others agree to follow
Leave your belongings behind
Discourage individuals from entering an area where the active shooter may be located
Do not attempt to move wounded people
Follow the instructions of police officers
Keep your hands visible and empty so police don't mistake you for the perpetrator
Call 911 when it is safe to do so
2. Hide. If evacuation is not possible, find a safe place to hide where the active shooter is less likely to find you. Your hiding place should:
Be out of the active shooter’s view
Provide protection if shots are fired in your direction (i.e., a room with a closed and locked door)
Not trap you or restrict your options for movement. To hinder an active shooter from entering your hiding place: lock or blockade the door with heavy furniture.
If the active shooter is nearby:
Lock or barricade the door
Silence your cell phone and/or pager. Turn off any source of noise (i.e., radios, televisions).
Hide behind large items (i.e., cabinets, desks)
Remain quiet
If evacuation and hiding out are not possible:
Remain calm
Dial 911, if possible, to alert police to the active shooter’s location
If you cannot speak, leave the line open and allow the dispatcher to listen and trace the call
3. Fight (Take action against the active shooter). As a last resort, and only when your life is in imminent danger, attempt to disrupt and/or incapacitate the active shooter by:
Acting as aggressively as possible against him/her (keep in mind that this person has nothing to lose so fight as if your life depends on it)
Yelling, throwing items, and improvising weapons
Committing to your actions

"guns don't kill people, abortions do"
but look at what a gun just did down in texas to children. look at what you're going to allow to continue to happen all across our country if you don't let the laws change just because you don't want to be sanctioned in the kind of weapon you can own. look at the laws you love so dearly that allowed an eighteen year old kid to go out, buy two rifles without question just so he could go shoot 19 children. look at what you're allowing to continue to happen. isn't old enough to buy alcohol, but can buy fire arms without a question. but guns don't kill people, right?

Uh-oh! Here I go again just MAKING up shit (like my Photoshop skills?) to spread “hate” and make White people “look bad”. As a hobby I write so I made these characters up. One guy had a “manifesto” and in the story, he murdered a group of Black people in a church. The other character is a young oppressed man who doesn’t recognize his country as it’s being taken over by Marxists. The last one also had a “manifesto” in the story he murders TEN unarmed Black people in a supermarket.

Texas school shooter Salvador Ramos was bullied at school because of the clothes he wore and because his family was poor, former classmate says . . A 'close' friend of #salvadorramos 18, said the #shooter used to be made fun of for his clothing and because his family was poor He said Ramos began showing up to class less and less from the bullying and 'slowly dropped out' 'He barely came to school,' the friend, who didn't want to be identified, said The friend said the pair kept up with each other occasionally through Xbox messages, but had largely lost contact after Ramos graduated However, Ramos - who had purchased two rifles on his 18th birthday just days before the shooting - sent the friend pictures of his guns and magazines When asked why he had it, Ramos reportedly replied: 'Don't worry about it' While the motive for the #massacre is not yet known, one neighbor told local news channel Newsy that he witnessed Ramos, who worked at a Wendy's, arguing with his grandmother, claiming he was 'angry that he did not graduate'. He said the grandmother then screamed: 'He shot me, he shot me', before Ramos 'zoomed down the street' and crashed his car before embarking on his k*lling spree, which also counted two much-loved teachers, bringing the de@th toll to at least 21. According to the Post, the shooting took place the day after his classmates had graduated. His grandmother has reportedly survived but was critically injured, reported Reuters. His neighbor Ruben Flores, 41, said he had a 'pretty rough life' with his mother and that he had tried to be a father figure to the teen. He claimed to the Post that police had previously visited his maternal home, on Hood Street, and that the troubled youth argued often with his mother before moving to his grandmother's house across town a few months ago. #mycelebrityandi #texas #massshooting https://www.instagram.com/p/Cd-rWoGIsXA/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

The Future Of Gun Culture After Texas Shooting
Tumblr media
The 27th shooting in schools this year occurred at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, where 19 children and two adults were slain. The shooter in Tuesday’s events, according to Texas Governor Greg Abbott, was dead.
This is the bloodiest school massacre since 2012, when a gunman opened fire at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, killing 26 children as young as six years old. And the number of people killed was more than in the 2018 attack on Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, which left 17 people dead.
Robb Elementary educates kids in grades 2 through 4 in Uvalde, a predominantly Latino hamlet about 85 miles south of San Antonio.
This comes just ten days after ten people were killed in a shooting at a Tops supermarket in Buffalo, New York. Politicians, activists, the news media, and regular citizens frequently quote figures in the emotionally charged aftermath of school shootings, which can provide a skewed image of how many of these instances occur. These figures are used to stoke ongoing discussions about gun regulation, teacher arming, and school safety.
Inside the American Gun Culture
The United States is one of only three countries with a constitution that guarantees gun ownership. (The other two countries are Mexico and Guatemala.) The Second Amendment, which guarantees the right “of the people to keep and bear weapons,” was enacted in the 18th century to allow states to raise militias to defend themselves against federal despotism. The US Supreme Court concluded in 2008 that the amendment also protects individual gun rights. Aside from the legalities, gun culture in America has become a cultural icon in the U.S. Soldiers in the Revolutionary War and cowboys roaming the Wild West used it as a weapon.
Assault weapons, or semiautomatic rifles that shoot rounds in rapid succession, have recently acquired favour among both law-abiding gun owners and mass killers. Although less common, mass shootings in other countries have sparked debates about legislation. In early 2019, a massacre of 50 people at two mosques in New Zealand forced a change in the country’s gun regulations.
Accidents involving firearms are a common occurrence in the United States
Between 1968 and 2017, there were 1.5 million of them, which is more than the number of soldiers killed in any US combat since the American War for Independence in 1775.
More than 45,000 more Americans died at the end of a gun barrel in 2020 than in any other year on record, whether by homicide or suicide. The statistics indicate a 25% increase over the previous five years and a 43% increase over 2010.
However, the topic is a polarising one, putting proponents of gun control against others who are adamant about exercising their constitutionally protected right to keep and carry guns.
Political Aftermath
After lawmakers returned home from the 2019 legislative session, Texas was once again shocked by a racist attack at an El Paso Walmart, which killed 23 people and injured dozens more. At the time, the shooter informed authorities that he chose the spot because of its proximity to the border and that he was especially targeting Mexicans. He’s been charged with a federal hate crime, but he hasn’t been tried yet.
State leaders gathered hastily once more to consider alternative remedies.
A gunman killed seven people and injured 22 others while driving through Odessa and Midland a few weeks later before lawmakers could even offer comments.
