These words could not be more true! . We only get one body to see us through our journey of life so it pays to take the best possible care of it. . Three key areas to take care of your body are: make sure you get enough sleep/rest, you are eating well (preferably as many wholefoods as possible) and get your body moving whether that be exercise in the form of a sport, going to the gym, walking, gentle movement such as yoga or tai chi or a combination of these. . By focusing ion these key areas we will reap the rewards not only from our bodies but our minds as well. If we can nurture our bodies we will be repaid with better health and wellbeing. . Whilst the majority of us can work towards the above goals we also need to be mindful of others who have health challenges that are out of their control and do the best they can with what they are capable of achieving. Be kind and show support for those who have to work harder to achieve these goals. . So thankful 🥰🥰 . Life sometimes throws you lemons and then sometimes when you least expect it an opportunity comes along that is so good you can’t believe the timing. . I finally started my new job nearly four weeks ago (there was a hiccup with start time due to country lockdown) and I cannot believe how softly I have landed on my feet 😍 . I loved my old crew at my past job and they were “family” but slowly the family started parting ways and it just wasn’t the same. . I believe I have found another amazing “family” 🤗 . I am feeling so content, relaxed and at home that I cannot believe my luck. . I miss the old “family” but we can still catch up for fun reunions from time to time. .
