Tuttavia, Nobita non riesce a ricordare il suo volto, così Doraemon gli offre l’opportunità d’incontrare chiunque voglia nella Stanza del Rivedersi,

la perduta innocenza,

Non riesco a dire come questa fine mi commuova, ma credo abbia a che fare con goffaggine, spietatezza e umiliazione, cose che mi colpiscono tutte enormemente,

l’episodio de La casa nella prateria, in cui il signor Ingalls realizza una scarpa speciale per la piccola Olga che zoppica a causa di un’asimmetria nelle gambe. Il padre però non vuole che giochi con le altre bambine perché teme possano deriderla o che, ancor peggio, possa farsi male. Aggredisce così il signor Ingalls per essersi intromesso, ma all’improvviso vedendo la figlia giocare felice in cortile, muta espressione commuovendosi profondamente, ed io con lui. È la gioia d’un padre che comprende che sua figlia è finalmente felice.

Just a little.. bit... further...' Hero told themselves, clutching their side and drawing in another painful, wheezing breath.

The world was spinning in front of them and their vision was starting to become obscured with small dots.

They could barely see the doors of their base, and had to slam their palms against the doors to keep themselves upright.

"Hey!" They gasped. "Help!"

They blinked, and found themselves on the floor as the sounds of footsteps came rushing towards them.

"Hero, you're injured!"

"Hero, is that you?!"

"Quick, get me a gurney. They're hurt!"

The noise was overwhelming, but a familiar face swam in front of theirs.

"M-medic?"

"Yeah, it's me. We're going to take care of you, okay? Can you tell me what's wrong, where are you hurt?" Medic asked, instantly checking over Hero's body.

"My chest.. can't.. breathe.." Hero panted.

A gurney was pushed up against the wall, and Medic and the rest of the team began to lift Hero onto it. Hero cried out at the movement, tears springing to their eyes.

"It's okay, Hero. You've got a punctured lung, but I can fix it, alright?" Medic said above them as they wheeled the gurney inside the base, heading straight towards the med bay.

The team members helped get Hero to the bay and into the surgical suite, where Medic's assistants took over. They placed Hero on the operating table and began cutting the clothing away from the wound.

Hero whimpered as the open wound was revealed, their chest looking depressed on that side. "That's bad, right?" They whispered.

"I'm not going to lie to you, Hero. It's bad. Lie back for me, okay?" Medic said.

The team of assitants bustled around the operating table. One inserted an IV into Hero's arm, and other handed Medic a mask.

"I need you to breathe this in for me. I'm going to put you to sleep so I can operate. When you wake up, you'll feel a lot better." Medic said.

Hero shook their head and tried to move away, despite the pain burning through their chest. "Don't! Please, don't, I c-"

Medic clapped the mask over Hero's face and held it there, even as Hero thrashed in their grasp.

"Shh.. It's going to be alright, Hero. Just go to sleep." Medic whispered, in a desperate attempt to soothe their patient.

Hero's movements became sluggish, their attempts to free themselves abandoned as their limbs hung limply at their side, and their eyes drifted closed.

When Hero came back to consciousness, they were lying on their back, propped up on pillows in a bed in Med Bay.

They panicked momentarily, seeing the tube coming out of the wound in their side.

"Hey, hey." Medic said. "Leave the chest tube alone, I worked hard to get that in you." They scolded.

Hero sighed. They felt no pain as they used their lungs, which was likely due to the medication running through the IV port in their hand. "Medic.. what- what happened?"

"What happened is you got yourself impaled on something, and then showed up to Base half dead in the doorway." Medic retorted, arms crossed over their chest. "

"I'm sorry." Hero replied softly.

You get your ass back to sleep now. You took a fair beating, and I know the chest tube isn't pleasant to see." Medic's voice was more gentle now. "We'll talk more about this when you feel better."

With that, Hero fell back into a semi-drug induced, uneasy sleep.

Leggo che dal 2035 in Europa si venderanno solo auto elettriche, il motore termico benzina/diesel andrà definitivamente in pensione..

Non sto a parlare dell'impatto ecologico pro e contro di una auto elettrica e come l'Italia affronterà la questione dell'adeguamento della rete elettrica per supportare l'aumento della nuova richiesta di energia,vorrei dire solo che le macchine diventeranno molto più facili da costruire visto l'abbandono delle unità motrici tecnologicamente complicate, quindi abbiamo aperto le porte alle aziende cinesi che già detengono il controllo mondiale delle produzioni di batterie/ accumulatori e ora riusciranno a costruire automobili (cosa che non gli riusciva proprio per il motore) a prezzi vantaggiosi distruggendo l'industria europea nelle piccole e medie cilindrate (nome oramai desueto).

L'Europa, mi pare abbia preso un granchio colossale.

First day of chemo.

6:00 am woke up, light headache, morning pray, read bible.

8:45 am all packed up and ready to party with my mother in law! Yes. She was ready as well!

9:30 am met with the best nurse B to go over paperwork

10:00 am PARTY time! 🎉

I am on THP treatment regiments right now. TH went well. P gave me a bit trouble with short breath tight chest and flash on the face. After 8 nurses came to rescue me, i passed the “test!” We were able to take a break and do it again. This time. It worked! Hooray! Lord is good 🙏 it feels great to be alive!

3:30 pm Home sweet home! I love myself, I love my family, I love this world. And thanks to the medi port. It went well. I was able to pick up my 15 lbs baby up in no time ♥️♥️♥️

Oh did i mention that my sweet sweet hubby got my beautiful roses to celebrate first treatment?! 🥰 aren’t I the luckiest gal in the world? Love you my panda!

Let’s keep fighting. Stay positive. Keep hope. Keep going. In order to see the rainbow, we shall enjoy the rain first.

A Milano dopo il Lambro è esondato anche il Seveso con allagamenti nei quartieri di Niguarda, dove è chiuso al traffico viale Ca' Granda, Bicocca e Isola. A causa degli allagamenti sono deviate o limitate diverse linee dei mezzi pubblici, come il tram 7 che non fa servizio fra via Fulvio Testi e piazzale Lagosta, il 5 che non passa fra viale Lunigiana e il capolinea dell'Ospedale Maggiore. L'autostrada A4 è chiusa fra i caselli di Castegnato, nel Bresciano, e Cavenago, in provincia di Monza, in direzione di Milano a causa del maltempo. E per allagamenti è chiusa anche l'uscita di Monza. Dalle 16 è attivo il Centro Coordinamento Soccorsi della Prefettura di Milano per le segnalazioni di allagamenti prevalentemente di strade e cantine e per coordinare gli interventi in ambito sovracomunale cercando percorsi alternativi dove ci sono problemi alla viabilità. A causa del rischio esondazione del fiume Lambro a Monza, sono state chiusi asili e scuole nel centro città, dopo aver trasferito bambini e alunni in Comune o in altre strutture. I piccoli dell'asilo nido 'Centro' sono stati accompagnati in Municipio in Piazza Trento e Trieste, i bimbi della scuola dell'infanzia Umberto presso l'Arengario, gli alunni della scuola Primaria De Amicis sono stati traferiti al Liceo Zucchi in Piazza Trento e Trieste. Chiuse anche le scuole medie Bellani e Confalonieri, così come il Centro sportivo cittadino NEI. I vigili del fuoco hanno eseguito ottanta interventi nell'area Milanese, dove si sono verificati allagamenti e dove, per questo, alcune linee di bus e tram sono state deviate. Venti gli interventi dei vigili del fuoco in coda. Intenso il traffico in tutta la città. Nel quartiere lambito dal Lambro, dove strade e piazze sono allagate sono stati evacuati diversi edifici. I sommozzatori dei vigili del fuoco con il gommone hanno recuperato una signora disabile che si trovava in casa in via Rilke, dove l'acqua ha raggiunto il metro e mezzo, e doveva andare in ospedale per una visita.  Si è riempita alle porte di Milano anche la vasca di laminazione del fiume Seveso, che è in funzione dalle 6,30. Il centro operativo comunale della Protezione civile è attivo da ieri per monitorare il livello dei fiumi e coordinare gli interventi in città dove sono al lavoro le squadre di Protezione civile e MM, anche con le idrovore, per sorvegliare la vasca e i sottopassi. Continua intanto la pioggia e il Centro Funzionale Monitoraggio Rischi Naturali della Regione Lombardia ha confermato anche per oggi l'avviso di criticità arancione (moderata) per rischio idrogeologico e rischio idraulico. Sono numerosi gli interventi della polizia locale per la viabilità e delle squadre del verde che lavorano dove sono caduti alberi e rami. Ad essere colpito è stato soprattutto il quartiere Ponte Lambro dove il fiume Lambro è esondato. La vasca del Seveso ha evitato fino a questo momento le esondazioni nei quartieri Niguarda, Prato Centenaro e Isola ma al momento è piena e, in considerazione del fatto che fitte piogge sono previste per tutta la notte, è alto il rischio anche in questo caso di una esondazione. Dal Comune invitano a non fermarsi nelle zone dove c'è il rischio che Seveso e Lambro esondino, nei sottopassi, sotto alberi, impalcature, tende o dehors e chiedono di mettere in sicurezza su balconi e terrazze di tutti gli oggetti e vasi che possono essere spostati da pioggia e vento. Il parco di Monza è stato chiuso per l'esondazione in più tratti. Tutti gli accessi sono interdetti tranne viale Cavriga, rimasto aperto solo al traffico veicolare. Lo ha reso noto il Comune di Monza. La protezione civile sta posizionando le barriere previste dal Piano di emergenza comunale nel centro città. I'm making a little world thing and thinking about how the different civilizations deal with powers/people with powers culturally/socially

Pangea (Fallen) - I haven't developed too much for these guys but I know they used to be a war mongering empire so on regards to the empowered people, any soldier is a good one. I imagine that those with abilities were distributed among the regular soldiers during the spread of their kingdom, but were sectioned off into their own units once the civil war rolled by.

Medi (working title) - Mostly the remnants of Pangea after the splintering civil war, maybe there's less of a direct connection (like Mycenean Greece to current Greece). Still militaristic but does emphasize using your powers as an extension of your body. With the recent usurping of the monarch, the new ruler could bring more of a religious aspect into it. Put her/her powers on a pedestal and what not.

Antrum (cyber tech peeps)- Antrum was a faction of Pangea who used more experimental technology to win the civil war. Since Pangea used so many people with abilities against them (and they were a pretty small faction in the first place), there would probably be some passed down resentment/cultural trauma against ability users within the city of Antrum itself. They pride themselves on their advanced technology and resent ability users for the connection to Medi/Pangea and see them as unreliable and emotional.

Trading Ports (working title) - Outer faction of people who left for brighter horizons. I imagine they got their general indifference for empowered people as a whole from Pangea's conqueror history. Generally, they've cultivated a very hostile culture where you're only valued if you're useful. Certain people have also taken to hunting empowered people for parts, only taking what they think is useful for themselves.

A new addition to ‘This Was Supposed to be a Doodle’.

A concept I've been toying with is -ens using medi-magic, namely potions procured from trusted practitioners of the craft. Seen above is one of DoubleDue's patrons, an unnamed -en from the seventh branch.

I am evil and enjoy projecting, so nearly all -ens (at least those from the Branches) have idiopathic hypersomnia and treatment resistant anemia. Both are chronic and the treatment of the former is locked behind legalese, waitlists, and interdepartmental incompetence. Looking for guidance and treatment is one of the things which prompts -ens to join the System, though many just decide to live with their worsening symptoms while leaning harder and harder on other forms until the Omnitrix is less of an astonishing tool of heroism and more of an accommodative device not unlike glasses or a cane. -Ens who take that route generally burn out by the third year after developing these issues.

A different route is to rely on technological tools made by the Omnitrix to heal or reverse injuries. These are most often found at large-scale Ports—though I forget the name of the devices themselves (Something Chamber— it's like a cocoon).

Returning to medimagic, DoubleDue makes potions to treat or manage symptoms. A side effect of one of these potions is accelerated hair growth. I chose this one because (1) it made sense for the potion, as it is a rework of a potion originally intended to promote ‘vitality’ (read: beauty); and (2) it is an easy way to show visibly that this or that character has been using this method and for how long. The lighter color of hair is a short-term effect which eventually fades out after the individual stops taking the potion, meaning that characters still with sandy-blonde hair is currently or recently using. I wanted a neutral side effect so as to not demonize treatment.

Nel nuovo quartiere di Milano ci saranno nuove case, un parco e una Esselunga

L'architetto Mario Cucinella trasformerà a suon di palazzi il quartiere di Santa Giulia, l’area alle porte di Rogoredo dove si sta realizzando l’arena per le Olimpiadi invernali del 2026. Il progetto che verrà trasformato in realtà da Lendlease - l’operatore australiano che sta sviluppando Mind - è stato presentato nella mattinata di giovedì 4 aprile. Si tratta di un quartiere autonomo, una sorta di cittaà nella città. Al centro c’è un nuovo parco urbano con attrezzature per lo sport e il tempo libero. Tutt’attorno verrano costruiti edifici ad uso pubblico come l’arena che verrà gestita da Eventim (in grado di ospitare 16mila persone), oltre al campus e alla nuova sede del conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi (ospiterà 1.500 studenti e potrà garantire loro 200 posti letto). Secondo alcuni calcoli spannometrici, quando l’intervento sarà terminato l’area riuscirà a catalizzare attorno a sé circa 28mila persone al giorno tra residenti, studenti, spettatori, sportivi e lavoratori. In breve, è come se venisse realizzato un nuovo comune di medie dimensioni dentro i confini comunali di Milano. Una città “compatta”, costituita da viali alberati, strade residenziali, percorsi pedonali, ciclabili, piazze, giardini. In particolare il masterplan prevede due macro aree: un business District e un’area con appartamenti. La prima è già parzialmente costruita ed è composta dal quartier generale di Sky, l’edificio adibito a uso uffici e retail Spark Three, due nuovi edifici Spark One e Spark Two che ospitano la nuova sede di Saipem e quelle di Sma e Geodis e, con un’ampia presenza di attività commerciali, lo Spark Food District.  Spark Living, invece, sarà il primo lotto residenziale a essere realizzato e sorgerà nei pressi dello Spark Business District, della stazione MM e FS di Rogoredo e del futuro Bosco della Musica. Si tratta di un complesso di due edifici a corte in linea con i più innovativi standard energetici. Case, ma anche servizi per la comunità e spazi collettivi. A Nord del parco, inoltre, verranno costruite altre due macro aree: una più commerciale costituta da due piani interrati e uno fuori terra (chiamata Soul) e un’altra prettamente residenziale. Quest’ultima (chiamata Linfa) sarà caratterizzata da abitazioni che si affacciano su una promenade che corre a fianco di uno specchio d’acqua per quasi 400 metri. Questi edifici daranno vita a una sequenza di corti interne private, attraversate da viali secondari e vie minori. Proprio accanto a Soul verrà costruita la nuova Esselunga, un Superstore. I cantieri partiranno nei prossimi mesi. L’approvazione dei piani di coordinamento è avvenuta a dicembre 2023, proprio dopo questo passo è scattata la progettazione definitiva propedeutica alla richiesta dei permessi di costruire. Il primo lotto che verrà costruito sarà quello dello Spark Living (i cui lavori dovrebbero iniziare entro la fine del 2024); successivamente verranno eretti gli edifici dell’area retail vicino all’Arena, Soul e, infine l’area residenziale Linfa. “L’obiettivo è quello di realizzare le opere nel corso dei prossimi otto anni con un target di massima di fine lavori intorno al 2032”, puntualizzano da Lendlease. "Il masterplan di Santa Giulia che LendLease e lo studio dell'architetto Mario Cucinella presentano oggi rappresenta un momento importante, di snodo, per la rigenerazione urbana di quest'area di Milano, un intervento che riconnetterà il quartiere alla città in maniera sostenibile e offrirà nuove occasioni di crescita e sviluppo al nostro territorio e ai cittadini che vi abitano – ha commentato il Sindaco di Milano Giuseppe Sala -. Sono certo che nei prossimi anni Santa Giulia riuscirà a trasformarsi in un’area molto attrattiva e parte del merito sarà da ascrivere a questo progetto e ad alcuni elementi che lo caratterizzano nel profondo: dall'esteso parco urbano al campus e alla nuova sede del Conservatorio Verdi, dalle opportunità abitative accessibili e attente all'impatto ambientale che saranno proposte all'Arena che nel 2026 ospiterà le gare olimpiche di hockey maschile e successivamente accoglierà eventi sportivi, concerti e altre manifestazioni internazionali".  Read the full article

Benapolle - The Availability of Healthcare and Ambulance Services

Benapole, located in the southwestern part of Bangladesh, is a key border town in the Joshore District. Benapole is recognized for its strategic significance, is a bustling border town facilitating trade activities near the India-Bangladesh border. Positioned as a vital land port, it plays a pivotal role in enhancing economic connections between Bangladesh and India. Serving as a central hub for import and export operations, Benapole Land Port stands out as one of the busiest in the region, managing a considerable volume of goods and cargo.

Their healthcare services, on the other hand, need more work. Like many districts in Bangladesh, Joshore has quite a few healthcare facilities dedicated to serving the local community, but in Benapole itself, there is none. The hospitals, clinics, and health centers who are focused on delivering vital medical services are located in Jessore.
