For Day 1 of @itfandomprompts‘ IT Fandom Week, the theme was Soulmates AU! However, as a super proud, aromantic individual who believes the concept of soulmates overall excludes aro-spec individuals, commonly excludes polyamorous individuals, and makes the inevitable loss of a spouse even more devastating and difficult to move on after, I decided I’d follow the prompt by illustrating Stan and Pat at a pride parade, speaking their similar thoughts on the matter. I’ve been looking for an excuse to draw aromantic StanPat, and this prompt gave me the perfect excuse to do so- already enjoying the week~
