bro… a youtuber i follow JUST made a video on shifting and its… something. basically bashing us and the comment section is no better.

“so they discovered….daydreaming?”

“*trying to say we might have schizophrenia*”

like bro- im not saying you cant learn about shifting or nothing but if all you’re gonna do is credit shifters as being “teenagers that want to go to Hogwarts” and use tik tok videos to prove ts, then leave us ALONE???

like… so many other things to make videos on iswr. fuck off.

Like if we really were “immersive daydreaming” then let us be- im so sick of shifting being called an internet trend and then being used in videos for views. 😭

and then (in the article where they used a psychologist to say “shifting is more akin to lucid dreaming) they used a tumblr user as a “credible” source for why shifting is real.

at least he tried to be considerate at the end, “if you’re going to reality shift or fan-fiction daydream, do it in moderation”.

shifting is your second chance (infinite chances) in life. whatever you could imagine can be experinced with shifting. whatever you may have ever lost, forgotten about, destoryed, been robbed of, wasted, erased, sacrificed.. etc. can be experienced again (or perhaps, for the very first time) with shifting.

you have never truly 'lost' anything in this life. it will forever exist. if not in this reality, then in infinite others. and vice versa, if you wish for something to never exist, then it never did, and never will, in infinite realities.

life (is) will be the way you want it to be. so, take a deep breath. slow down. and enjoy it, you will look back on it and laugh. trust me.

GUYS I JUST FIGURED OUT INTENTION. LIKE ACTUALLY.

Every time I've tried to set intention, it's always been a "failure." It's super annoying, but I was like "what am I doing wrong?

I KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING WRONG.

Every time I've tried to shift, it's always been without actual intention. I was repeating words, but not their meanings.

What is shifting to you?

It doesn't matter why your shifting, but the emotions and thought process does. When you wake up in your DR, what will you feel? Not physically, but emotionally.

THAT IS WHAT GIVES YOUR INTENTION, YOUR WILL TO SHIFT. THAT ALONE CAN, AND WILL SHIFT YOU.

To set intention, you feel the weight of your words. Ask yourself, what do you emotionally feel about shifting? That emotion you feel, right now, in that universe, is enough to shift you. When you lay down, and close your eyes, no matter the method, when you shift, you have to think about the emotional impact you'll have waking up on your DR bed or area. Think about the feeling of your environment. How happy you'll be to feel that one thing there. And once you feel that happiness, that excitement, affirm. "I am shifting." Or, if it pleases you, say "i have already shifted." And you wanna know why that shifts you? Because your emotions are your intentions.

THIS CAN BE SAID ABOUT LITERALLY ANYTHING. TO MY CLUELESS INTENTION SHIFTERS/MANIFESTORS/LOA, KNOW YOUR INTENTION IS JUST YOUR EMOTIONS PUT INTO PRESENT TENSE.
