besties, the physical world is an instant reflection of your state of being. so if you’re already engaged to your SP in imagination, or if you’re fully healed, if you’re a billionaire, if you’re cruisin’ down highway 66 in your ferrari, you really already are that, and things are re-shuffling as fast as possible so you can experience—with your senses—everything you desire. and then some. 🍒 that’s why you don’t need to stress about manifesting instantly or manifesting fast. you already do! you always are! your only job is to stay loyal to who you know you are and leave the rest to god. or source, higher self, universe—whichever term you prefer. just know: it’s already done.

my favorite way to consciously manifest lately
in case anyone is interested and wants to experience bliss and ease 🍃 with me:
i simply tuck anything i wish to experience in the back of my mind as if it has already happened, either by creating a memory in my imagination or just throwing it in what i call a mind pocket, which usually leads to a memory creation anyway, and then i walk around all day hand to heart repeating, “thank you,” and feeling snuggly.
if something is causing me anxiety for any reason—wait but how would that…?—or if i notice i’m starting to fall back into an old state, i take a few deep breaths, shake or dance or sing or run or whatever my body wants to do to move that energy through me, and then i remind myself, “that already happened. 😌” and then i go about my day.
that’s it!
i suppose it’s my version of the list method x “isn’t it wonderful,” and it works beautifully for me.
i don’t like to think about specific desires much because i don’t like to think much. i prefer to stay present, aware, and “thank you” is prayer for me. i actually got it tattooed on my forearm the day i graduated college. thank you for what’s here, now. thank you for everything i wanted at the start of the week. thank you for all the blessings i never even had the chance to imagine. so much good is happening.

the law is always operating whether you’re experiencing what you want or not, so if you’ve been trying and trying and trying for months and all you’re experiencing is your own trying (and probably frustration/exhaustion), it’s time to stop.
before you throw hands, don’t worry, i’m not gonna tell you to give up on what you want. you’re meant to have it, you already do have it, you just need to operate from the state of fulfilled desire. so, let me help.
your “biggest” desire(s) materialized 30 minutes ago. you were fUcKiNg StOkEd, as you should be 🤭, powerful one, and then the excitement settled, and now you feel……………….

you get the idea. you’re thinking from your desire instead of of it.
that’s all that’s required to experience what you want!
so, do that. enter the state of fulfilled desire. whatever feelings/thoughts naturally arise are the “right” feelings/thoughts—because they’re natural, not forced—and otherwise, you just chill. live your life. be the coolest, kindest, most badass version of yourself.
and simply allow what’s already yours to materialize so fast.
now, you might feel a little fear at first, because there’s no way it can be this simple, but, 1) i promise it is this simple, and 2) it’s fine to feel fear. you can feel fear and still experience what you want! you can also look fear in the face and giggle because you know you’re the operant power, and, as within, so without, so like—what’s a silly mind-body sensation got on ya? nothing, that’s what. and, my favorite, you can transmute fear into excitement/gratitude.
but what if it doesn’t happen 😣😣😣 —> it already did happen! let’s goooooooooo 🤸🏻‍♂️

assign yourself a new role
i know people can find states of consciousness a bit confusing, so here's a super simple exercise you can do to locate (and then be and persist in) your ideal self.
imagine somebody comes to you and says you can be anybody, instantly. you think--in terms of manifestation--well, i want to manifest my SP, so i guess that means i want to be SP's girlfriend?
ok, but what does that mean? what does that look like for you? what does that feel like?
well, i want my SP lovingly obsessed with me, spoiling me, blowing up my phone 24/7, buying me flowers and gifts and a ring, taking me on all sorts of fancy dates and trips, racing home to me at the end of the work day...
ok, so your new identity is "obsessed over, spoiled girlfriend."
i want you to imagine, now, you're on a movie set, and the director comes to you and says, "your job is to be THE obsessed over, spoiled girlfriend. i'm not giving you any lines, though. i'm not telling you how to dress or how to act. you gotta adlib, you gotta do it now, and you gotta keep doing it. that's it. that's the task."
you say ok, and you feel a switch go off within you, right?
you're no longer the person who's obsessively manifesting an SP. no. your SP is chasing you. you cannot get this man to stop texting you. you're thinking, "oh my god. he is such a simp for me, it's almost funny. he'll do anything he can to spend every second with me." you get home from shopping and--he left flowers on your doorstep? and a note? holy shit. your SP wrote you a love poem?!!?! and bought you tickets to ITALY?!
you probably feel...different...in your body, too. energetically. much more secure, powerful, maybe even sensual, a bit savage. focused on yourself and your goals, other areas of your life like friendships and work. all that neediness and yearning and pain just--dissipated. you're no longer the desirer. you're the desired.
feels good, doesn't it?
well, you just shifted your state.
that all took place in imagination, but it felt real because...spoiler alert...it is real.
you're not imagining to become.
you imagine and you are.
instantly.
so you continue imagining. not because you want to "get" your SP (though you will, by law), but because "obsessed over, spoiled girlfriend" is the identity you've chosen, and you love being her. it feels right to you, natural, effortless, authentic. feels like who you are, like your truth.
(also, you don't want to get fired by the movie director, who is the most badass person alive...oh, right, that's you, too).
this applies to anything, and doesn't need to be a singular identity. you can be "obsessed over, spoiled girlfriend" and "rich as fuck powerhouse crossfit champion of the world" and "the most sought after dog walker in all the land" and "baker extraordinaire" and "bestselling author with a three-book deal." these are all just states of consciousness, and your ideal self is all you assume you are, all wrapped in one.
have FUN.
be because it feels good, because it's true, because it's you.
your world will--because it must--re-shape itself around you.

that desired person, or thing, or body or whatever in consciousness.
and your physical world simply is a mirror or projection of your state of consciousness, so…yeah.

when i imagine my desire do i have to feel happy? bc i struggle with this and im worried about it 😅
nope, no need to feel anything. i speak a lot about joy and gratitude and other good feelings because there’s so much stress and fearmongering in the community that i feel it’s my duty to remind people manifesting our desires should generally feel good. we’ve been given the secret, the cheat code. all we want is already ours and our only job is to accept this and be the version of ourselves who has it. but there’s so much i imagine and know is already mine that i don’t feel any type of way about. like—i want a two-book deal. i imagine having it and i feel neutral because i’m a fucking legend of a writer and this is my reality so of course that’s mine. it’s natural. no biggie. try not to overthink this shit. just assume in your favor and know it’s done. happy, sad, depressed, giddy, goofy, furious, melancholic, ecstatic—doesn’t matter. already yours. point blank period.

the second you decide something is yours, that thing, that person, that whatever INSTANTLY begins moving towards you, “manifesting” you. it wants you, badly, and is doing everything in its power to get to you via the quickest and easiest route. and it has access to ALL routes—so so so many more than you could even begin to conceive of. ditch the mental acrobatics. ditch the (bullshit) ideas of resistance, of blockages. ditch the effort. ditch anything that feels even the least bit unnatural. set your intention, then ALLOW the unfolding with the joyful certainty that what you hold in your imagination and in your heart will soon be made visible to you. this isn’t a maybe. this is absolute. you are safe—i promise—to simply be who you are, to enjoy what’s here now, to say thank you.

no need to force feeling/thinking
your desired state is just…you…not feeling like you’re lacking something or desperately trying to get or fix something. you’re fulfilled, yeah, but fulfillment doesn’t have to feel any type of way, and likely won’t—after some time, and maybe even immediately—feel any type of way. it can just be normal, natural—and should be! like when you go on vacation and you get off the plane and you’re acclimating to your destination and at first you’re like, oh, shit, this a vibe! there are palm trees! coconuts! look at the waaaaves! but then within like an hour it’s back to just being a place and you’re still yourself there and it’s lunchtime and you simply need to eat a sandwich. same thing with your imagination. it might feel rapturous for a hot sec being in puerto rico, but then you’re just there, and that’s it. and you know how when you’re on vacation you’re not thinking, “i love being on vacation” 24/7? you’re just aware of being there? you’re just yourself, there? same thing with your imagination, which is why i always lovingly remind you there’s no need to think about jack shit round the clock unless you really feel like it. you can just kick it knowing, yeah, you’re there, you have it, you are it, no biggie. your god self/subconscious mind/imagination knows what’s good and will take care of the materialization.
