All is already existing in the present, now moment we call 4D. It's just that your 3D physical mind and ego can't process, grasp, or understand that you have it in that moment. That's all the "delay" is. Because once it appears in your 4D consciousness, your 3D experience will have to conform. So yes once you claim it in the 4D, it is already yours in that moment.
I know that it can be hard for our minds to understand that nothing matters in the 3d but it's the truth. you can experience anything right now, in this moment in the 4d and the 3d has no choice but to reflect it.
identify yourself as the person who has it because you are and just know that it comes to the 3d. it doesn't matter anyway right? you don't want that thing, you don't need it because you can give it yourself at any given moment but yea, it's gonna come to the 3d at any given moment.
and remember, it's oke to have doubts you just need to learn how to get back to the state. take a deep breath, don't be hard on yourself, and remember who tf you are :)

I have manifested many things by deciding and affirming. If I assumed and believed that I could manifest something immediately then it would manifest in the 3D immediately.
But there have been stuff I’ve wanted to manifest for a long time, but haven’t been “successful” with because it has been hard for me to believe and assume that I could manifest it into my reality. Some examples are me wanting to manifest appearance changes, revising a lot of stuff that I wish didn’t happen and waking up in the void.. and currently I want to manifest waking up with everything I want aka my dream life. From desired appearance to waking up in a complete different place (my dream house), getting the job I want and signing with them, fame, shifting realities, money and more.
With other stuff like manifesting angel numbers and such have been easy most of the time but when it comes to manifesting my dream life I’m like …
Bc of this I have been affirming “I’m worthy of everything I want”, “I can manifest everything I want” and “my life is fucking perfect”. When I do them I feel good, but then when I get those doubts and start to identify with them (🙄) it gets hard to come out of that. And then when I start affirming again it feels like it won’t work so I just don’t do it because I’m scared that it’s not possible and that I will just continue being in this cycle.
Has anyone experienced this? If you have, what did you do to get out of that so you could get back in track and then finally manifest what you wanted? I’ve been stuck in this loop regarding my dream life for quite some time and I don’t know what to do. So if anyone has any advice at all I’d really appreciate it. 🫶🏻

There’s a technique I want you all to try
It’s called the
“Wim hof breathing”
Method
No methods are needed But if you really want one
Then here you go pookie

WIM HOF BREATHING METHOD
Find a comfortable position.
Breathe in deeply through the nose or mouth and through the belly to the chest. Then let the breath go unforced.
Exhale through the mouth, then immediately breathe in again.
Take 30–40 such breaths in short bursts.
Take one final, deep inhalation then let the air out and stop inhaling. Hold the breath until you feel the urge to breathe again.
Inhale very deeply to full capacity and hold for 15 seconds, then let it go. This completes the first round.
Repeat the whole process, steps #2-6, 3-4 times.
After completion take time to meditate and enjoy the state of deep relaxation
After the very last step you should be a deep trance like state you should be really relaxed
I recommend that you let your next subliminal play
Which should be
Either a theta or epilson wave track or pink noise
Make sure your desired subliminal that plays after is Not a guided meditation you wanna still be in a trance
Start affirming in that point
And don’t stop
Just feel how relaxed you are feel that powerless body but powerful mind
Your body is at ease your soul and mind collide in such ways that allows you to breathe freely without any stress no harm
In the void state
Your main goal should be getting peace
Because if you’re entering just affirm

Hey I'm the one who asked about the lucid dreaming methods. And no , you didn't ask a dumb question. Actually, I am trying to enter the void state through a lucid dream , and I would like to know the various methods or techniques that help to induce a lucid dream soo I can enter the void state 😅.
Hi! Thank you for clearing that up! 
Some years ago, I started searching a lot about lucid dreaming, and some techniques were really interesting.  I'll put my head up. I don't remember the names of those technicians, so I'll try to identify them by summarizing.
Here are some basic and common tips: Lucid dreaming is when you realize you are dreaming and have some control over what happens in your dream. To enter the state of lucid dreaming, you have to be aware that you are sleeping and that you are actually living in a dream, and that is the most difficult part of lucid dreaming. When exploring methods, I saw that most require you to meditate or keep your mind engaged while your body sleeps. (The main idea behind a lucid dream is that you can change it and even create a new approach.)
-wake up and fall asleep. (5/10; too complicated) 
This method is one of the first that I tried, and in the long run, it is just tiring, at least for me. Basically, you fall asleep and have to wake up at least 3 hours later. Once you wake up, you go back to falling asleep, but this time you will slightly move one finger up and down. It does not have to be a full motion; it must be the softest touch possible because your brain must be alert but not totally awake in order to return to sleep.
-using your imagination. (7/10; good to keep your mind active)
This is how I fall asleep on a daily basis, and I only discovered a few years ago that it was a legitimate way. Simply sit in your most comfortable position and begin to envision whatever. It does not have to be about manifesting or entering the void, although if that is your objective, I recommend you do so.
-Write down your dreams once you are awake. (8/10; it is a slow method).
Something that I actually started doing is writing my dreams in a journal or in my note app, giving them titles, and writing down any details that I can remember. This not only helps us grasp the significance of our dreams, but it also teaches our brain that our dreams are significant, and you will begin to remember more, eventually leading to vivid and lucid dreams. I also suggest that you keep track of the time you sleep (I use my smart watch that tells me all the data when I sleep, but you can simply track the time).
-guided meditation (6/10; I have ADHD; I simply can't focus enough.) 
This is a great way to also relax your body and become aware of your surroundings when you are falling asleep. They are easy, and I actually suggest you try them. It is not an effective strategy for me because I tend to divert myself, but you are your own person! 
-Some shifting methods (8/10; believe me, they're worth it)
Several shifting methods, such as the Raven and Julia methods, are unintentionally good for beginning with lucid dreams. They help you because they keep your mind active and your body tired.

The 3D is simply a reflection of what you focus your attention on. So do not worry about 3D. Your desire exists in your consciousness and that is enough to bring it to 'physical' fruition. Our imagination is the only thing that matters. What you focus your attention on, you will manifest. However this manifestation could happen quickly and smoothly, or it could happen through a series of events in the 3D, but it will happen nevertheless. So you don't need to focus on the 'time' that it may take in the 3D because your consciousness is the only cause and the only creation.
