CHAPTER ONE.
August 11th, 2019
If Adaline had to force another wide smile for an Instagram selfie to celebrate the bright and beautiful Summerslam week that ended, she was going to completely lose it. The only person who seemed to notice was Trinity and, stifling a laugh at her irritated mood, went out of her way to buy Adaline a drink to help her get through the night. She shot her a relieved look, as she pretended to listen to Nattie talk about her cats for the nth time and trying to stay away from the Total Divas cameras.
"Hey, Addie!" Turning around, she saw that it was Kyle to her rescue. He was waving her over, presumably to join his table on the other side of the restaurant. There, most of the NXT roster and personnel had isolated themselves away from the other talent from Raw and Smackdown.
A thin smile stretched across her face. "I'll be back, girl." A complete lie, as Adaline patted Nattie's shoulder and got up to join her stable mates.
There was a different vibe to the NXT people; the family image and reputation that was painted on the Performance Centre residents wasn't far from the reality. Everyone under the yellow brand stuck together like glue and looked out for one another, something that Adaline hadn't felt in years. Initially, when she was assigned to the roster after nearly ten years on the "main roster," the Canadian felt somewhat insulted. Sure, they wanted a vet to guide the women's division, but she knew it was an excuse for the fact that creative had absolutely nothing for her.
And then, she found out that she was getting put with the Undisputed Era.
Austin smirked when he saw her approach. "You looked like you wanted to die over there." He pulled out a chair for her, always the gentleman.
"Those stupid camera guys put me on edge whenever they're nearby," she grumbled, sitting down in between him and Bobby with her drink still at hand.
"Smile a little. We had a good show," Austin nudged her. "Plus, we're in your hometown."
It was the late hours of Sunday night and as soon as Summerslam went off air, nearly all, if not most, of the on air employees that took part in the event, as well as Takeover, decided to go to a local bar and grill to celebrate. Raw and Smackdown were to follow in the next two days, but they wanted to gather while the NXT talent was still in Toronto. The city was alive and bustling, even dipping into the morning, and so was the entire locker room. Normally, Adaline would embrace the energy and take the time to bask in her surroundings—ever since she moved to Florida, she was rarely home.
Then, they walked in.
Kyle had impeccable timing in calling her over because Adaline was sure that she would have completely frozen up if she was still sitting with Trinity on the other side of the restaurant. As soon as she saw the flash of fiery orange hair, she completely turned her body away from the entrance in the hopes that it would appear as though she didn't notice the pairing appear at all. However, it was hard to do so when a round of greetings emerged from the crowd of wrestlers, upon realizing that the newest company power couple had walked into the room.
"Colby! Becky! Come sit here!" If anyone's voice on the entire roster was going to fill up an entire room, it was Ron Killings. It boomed and demanded attention from the entire restaurant and most people looked up, especially when it was the two biggest faces of the company.
Initially, Adaline thought the only good part about getting moved to NXT was getting away from Colby. He was the only constant in her life for the past decade and moving away to only see him once every few months was. . .different. Ever since the breakup, she wanted to completely erase him from her mind. Sure, that was the game plan for the few times they'd broken up before in the past—which, by the way, horribly failed every time and was the reason why they always seemed to crawl back to each other—but, this time was different. This time, it was for good. Adaline didn't know just how serious that promise was until she heard through the locker room grapevine about them shortly after the Royal Rumble.
"It's natural," Renee had told her one night over dinner at her house. "You guys were together since you were eighteen. Letting go of your first love is hard, especially when you see them everyday at work."
With a mouthful of broccoli, Mox had thought it would be smart to add on. "Yeah, especially when he's walking around backstage with the new chick that he's sleeping with." Though it was meant to be a lighthearted comment towards his former group members, Renee slapped her husband upside on the head for it.
At the restaurant, the only people who didn't care about the couple's appearance—or at least, pretended not to care for Adaline's sake—were her fellow Undisputed members. Bobby and Kyle continued to shovel food into their mouths. Austin didn't even flinch. While the couple entered, Christopher reached over the table to show the group a picture that his son drew of the stable.
Chris grinned. "There's Kyle and Bobby, still with the tag belts, obviously." The duo were at the front and although they were basically scribbles, you could tell which one Kyle was because of the guitar pose that the stick figure held. "There's Austin, with his luscious locks. There's me, handsome as ever. And then, there's you—"
"Um, why don't I have any hair?" Adaline deadpanned, thinking that she was supposed to be Austin in the drawing.
The boys peered over and started laughing. Adaline was clearly the only girl with a pink triangle body for a dress, but was bald. She was in the back, beside Austin, and the five of them were in a square that she assumed was a ring.
Kyle ruffled her hair. "Because you went and made it all white, obviously." The once black haired beauty went all the way in her transformation last month, when she cropped her curly hair to her chin and dyed the locks silver. It was supposed to be a little bonus to her heel turn, but ended up becoming more of a metaphor for her career and being assigned to NXT after all this time.
"Yeah, there's clearly white crayon marks," Austin pointed out.
"What? Oh. My bad." Adaline chuckled a bit, leaning back into her seat. The banter helped distract her easily and she was thankful for that.
She had her reservations about being lumped in as the token female member of a stable again. By the time it was decided that the female was going to be sent to NXT, Adaline had only just recovered from her past in The Shield and worse—Seth Rollins' arm candy. After making history as Smackdown Women's Champion, she thought that this would only be the beginning to the peak. Wrong. Adaline dropped the title to Becky at Wrestlemania and was subsequently shipped off the brand, never to be seen again, until emerging as apart of Adam Cole's crew. She was over it and she hated having sit back and let the men take the spotlight.
But, this was NXT. It was 2019. Adaline had proven that she was a valuable asset to the company, especially after her two years away to share her talents in Japan and thus, creating a deep hole in the women's division of WWE of the time. She wasn't being inserted into the stable to be eye candy or a joke. And, honestly? Adaline loved being around the other Undisputed guys. She was an equal in the group and her time with them completely exceeded her initially low expectations.
Bobby peered over at Adaline, who was just sitting there. "Are you not going to eat anything?"
"No," was all she said.
"We had a good weekend, why are you so down?" he asked, as she called a waitress over to order another virgin mojito.
Adaline was the life of the party. She was capable of shining with the brightest smile in the room, always made sure everyone was included, and was capable of sharing anecdotes that captivated the attention of the entire group. Tonight, she was a shell of that woman.
She replied, "Well, you guys had a good weekend." Adaline's dejected mood came from the fact that she didn't even have a match at Takeover, barely had an impact. It was different now that she was on NXT, knowing full well how methodical and planned out the booking was, as opposed to last minute changes done by Vince on the fly. They simply did not have a place for her on the card and she instead accompanied her members to their matches to support them from the sidelines.
"It's building, Addie and you know that," Bobby pointed out. "You're next in the title picture." And he was right. People in the higher ups were rumoured to be quite high on the Undisputed Era and they wanted all of the group members to be pushed to the top of the pyramid of the brand. They were all next in the title picture, it was only a matter of time.
However, she just wasn't used to it. After being one of the mainstays in the women's division even before the so-called Divas Revolution, Adaline was used to staying at the top. It was a little bit arrogant, but she felt like she had earned her place.
"I know, I'm sorry. I'm just a bit bummed out since everyone else seemed to have had a better time than I did." She discreetly glanced over at the other side of the restaurant, where everybody seemed to be talking about the main event that Colby, the newly crowned Universal Champion, had put on.
The waitress came back with her drink and set it down in front of the Canadian. She thanked her and began sipping on it immediately.
The only person who caught Adaline's quick look towards Colby was Kyle, who slapped her wrist to distract her. "Stop it."
"What?"
"It." Kyle pointed at her with his fork with a cocked eyebrow, causing her to giggle. He knew her too well and didn't want her to dwell on her ex any longer.
She replied. "Whatever. I'm fine," Adaline insisted.
The five talked a little bit more for the next while and it remained on the relaxing side. She chose to not rejoin her friends on the other side of the restaurant for the fear that she would have to interact with Colby. Maybe it was stupid, walking on eggshells around him after almost a year since their breakup and it wasn't always like that, but then he went and started dating her friend. The dynamic was different and Adaline didn't know how to handle it. The awkwardness was natural, but she didn't think it would last this long. She missed Becky and to an extent, Colby, too. Together, though, it wasn't the same.
Upon looking at her phone, the clock eventually had run faster than Adaline anticipated, but the establishment was still open and the WWE personnel dining were still lively and going nowhere. She, however, had an early morning flight to Chicago that she'd been dreading since it was planned. The notion of what was waiting for her at her destination caused a knot to form at the pit of her stomach—selling her house. Adaline took one last swig of her drink, swallowing it down along with the thought.
"I have to go," she announced, which left the boys groaning in protest.
This caught the attention of some of the other NXT roster members. "Don't tell me you're already going," Candice tried her best puppy dog eyes on her from the other table. "We just got here!"
Adaline smiled sadly. "I'll see you guys in Winter Park soon." The next set of tapings weren't until the end of the week, but she was planning to get back as soon as possible. That all depended on how quick the process was going to be once landing in Illinois.
It seemed like she was one of the first ones to leave, as it was still within the first hour of everybody arriving. A chorus of goodbye's followed from the crowd. She stood up.
"Be safe," Christopher said, also standing up to give her a quick hug. Among all of the Undisputed guys, Adaline saw him as a big brother figure the most. He'd known her since she was an annoying eighteen year old who demanded the wrestling world at the palm of her hand—now, she was just an annoying thirty year old who demanded it.
She hugged him back, waved at Kyle, and ruffled Bobby and Austin's hair. "Bye, boys." They responded with their own farewells, dejected that she was leaving so soon—as if the five never left each other's sides in Florida already.
The last beast of the night that Adaline had to conquer was grabbing her purse. It was abandoned when she left for the Undisputed boys and remained nestled beside Trinity at her original table. The occupants also included Jonathan, Nattie, TJ, Claudio, and Stephen. All she had to do was walk past the table before them. It wasn't that hard.
Speeding past them, Adaline could swear that she felt a burning sensation at the back of her head and she could only pray that it was just her imagination and not either Colby or Becky staring. It'd been months since they went public with their relationship and Adaline had effectively avoided talking to either one of them unless she absolutely had to. Maybe it wasn't very mature of her, but confronting that reality was painful and awkward. She tried to relax her body, remaining natural, as she approached her destination.
Claudio was the first one to notice her and must've thought that she was coming over to join them because he scooted over to leave a space for her. Instead, Adaline shook her head and instead leaned over to pick up her small purse wedged in between Nattie and Trinity.
"Already? What time is your flight?" Trinity frowned, watching her friend.
Adaline sighed. "In three hours. I'm just gonna grab my things and haul my ass straight to the airport, so I can sleep on the plane."
Another chorus of farewells emerged. The night was finally over and Adaline seemed to have the least amount of energy out of everybody in the room. Most of them had what was going to be, as it always was, a rowdy Raw show to look forward to tomorrow night. There was still a buzz in the air and she truly wanted to indulge in it, but there was just so much on her mind.
Her lack of spot on the card. Colby. Selling the house that she made home with him. Her upcoming contract negotiations. She just needed some alone time in her rental car with the windows all the way down and the music all the way up.
Maybe not alone.
Upon exiting the restaurant, the midnight summer chill planted a kiss on Adaline and she shivered slightly. That's when she felt the draping of a worn, light jacket over her shoulders. Taken aback, she turned around and was faced with Austin's icy blue eyes. He smiled slightly, his eyes disappearing into crescents.
"Hey."
She raised an eyebrow. "Hey." Then, she hadn't even realized it, but he snatched her keys away from her. "Hey!" Adaline yelled this time, but he was already gone.
Austin said, "I saw you having a drink. Better safe than sorry, right?" He'd already unlocked her rental car and she began jogging towards him.
"You really don't have to," she stated, even though she knew he wasn't going to take no for an answer.
A year ago, there was no way she could've imagined being in this position. Adaline wouldn't have even dreamed of being friends with Austin once again. Yet, she was standing here, fresh off of a Takeover of all things. She couldn't believe it. Something told her that this wasn't the end of this rollercoaster ride and she squeezed her eyes shut, trying to not lose herself in the daze.

An Ending Within--Ch. 8
Tumblr media
Chapter 8
The house in Davenport was bursting with noise. I was in the kitchen, pulling a ham from the oven, while Seth pulled plastic plates from the cabinet. The counter was piled high with food—green beans, cooked carrots, mashed potatoes, gravy, roasted corn, biscuits, hot baked apple pies—and cheesecakes waited in the fridge. Our dining table was nowhere near big enough for the group who had joined us for an early Easter dinner. Luckily, the weather was nice and we could eat outside.
Roman swept through with Sefina on his hip and his daughter JoJo trailing right behind. He plucked a carrot from the pan, blew on it, and held it out to Sefina, who gummed it apprehensively. “Fingers out of the food!” I called over my shoulder when I caught him.
He laughed and rounded the counter, dropping a kiss on the top of my head. “Aua e te faʻalogo i lou tina faʻamaoni,” Roman cooed to his goddaughter.
I turned toward him, brows raised. “Did you just tell my daughter not to listen to me?”
“Maybe,” he replied before snatching a biscuit and dashing out of the room, JoJo on his heels.
I rolled my eyes as I basted the ham. “Everything ready?”
Seth smiled. “Yeah, want me to get everybody?”
I watched him walk toward our living room. He let out a yell and the noise died away. “Thanks for coming. There’s enough food for an army in there, so eat whatever you want. As much as you want.”
Leaning against the counter, I watched as friends old and new crowded into the kitchen, forming a haphazard line at the food. Jon and Renee were in the middle of the pile, talking to Roman’s wife, Galina. Jericho was at the front of the line, grinning and making jokes with my brother Bran. The Jacksons were there-Matt and Dana, Nick and Ellen, all their kids—and so were Becky and Alexa. Seth hopped into the back of the line behind Adam and his wife Amanda, easily starting up conversation with both of them.
“Seriously,” I said as Matt came by, “take as much as you want. Please.”
“Don’t say that around The Elite unless you mean it,” he replied, lifting one brow. When I nodded, he shrugged and started piling up his plate. I grinned, happy to see my new family fitting almost seamlessly with the old.
One by one, people passed by and loaded up their plates with food. Seth opened the backyard doors and soon, the party had spilled out onto the stone patio and beyond. The kids made use of a stack of patchwork blankets to have a picnic. The Jackson kids took up spots with JoJo and my nephews. Nick’s wife Ellen, her one-month old baby boy Michael in her arms, kept an eye on them.
“I’m sorry Kenny and Cody couldn’t make it,” Matt said. He, Roman, my brother Georgie, and I were sitting on the deck steps.
“Don’t worry about it,” I replied, looking out at the people milling about our backyard. I was happy to see Seth standing with Jon just like old times. For a moment, I was thrown back to the early days of my life in WWE. My adoption into The Shield.
Roman bumped me in the shoulder. “It’s good to see you again, itiiti.”
I grinned. “It’s good to see you too, uso.”
Matt and Georgie had become fast friends. They shared a love of basketball and had quickly devolved into a good-natured argument over which team was better—Carolina or USC. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that Matt got on well with Seth. But I shouldn’t have been surprised based on how much those two loved coffee.
***
Seth dragged the metal firepit out of the shed and set it up in the middle of the yard. He and Roman got it burning while Jon went in to grab the pile of marshmallows, chocolate bars, and graham crackers from the pantry. Matt, Nick, Bran, and Georgie worked together in a circle to strip some branches for roasting sticks. I sat with my sisters-in-law and Ellen and Dana. Sefina was curled up in my lap, her arms around my neck as she dozed on my shoulder. Baby Michael was cooing in his mother’s arms. The other kids swarmed Jon as soon as he appeared from inside the house, sweets in hand.
“I’m surprised they’re all getting along,” I said quietly, watching how Roman and Seth slipped into easy conversation with Matt and Nick as they prepped the firepit for the kids. “If only the dirt sheets could see this…”
Ellen chuckled. “None of them would ever admit it happened.”
“Of course not. Jericho can’t be seen hanging out with Elite trash,” I replied.
It had been almost a month since the pay-per-view, and I’d been spending most of my time with AEW running interference for Jericho and the Inner Circle, doing my best to distract Jon whenever I could. I’d attacked Jon from behind twice and, at least once, held his attention long enough for Jake Hager to sneak up from behind and choke him out. I could feel myself settling into my new life, but I missed traveling with my boys. It was strange to have so much time at home.
Jon started opening packages and created a quick assembly line with Bran, Georgie, and Nick. One by one, they spiked marshmallows and gathered kids around the firepit. Dads and uncles and godfathers and friends kept the kids back far enough that they wouldn’t get hurt, but close enough that they could roast their marshmallows. I grinned as I listened to them. Adam insisted that the marshmallows had be burnt black before they were done. Roman looked like he wanted to throw a punch over that.
I couldn’t remember the last time I was this happy. When I felt as fully loved and accepted as I’d ever been. I was so grateful that they had all taken the time to come with their families. That they would spend just a little bit of their free time with me.
***
“Are you sure you’re not upset?” Seth asked as I packed my new gear into a bag. Dynamite that night was going live from the TaxSlayer Center in Davenport.
An ache in my chest. Like my heart was being squeezed hard. A faint wishful sensation. The desire for what Jon and Renee had.
“It’s fine, Seth,” I replied, shouldering the bag and heading down the hallway to kiss Sefina goodbye. She would be asleep by the time I got home. “I know how Vince can be. You don’t want to be seen at the competition’s show.”
A spike of frustration. Maybe a little anger. I’d watched Britt Baker show up at WWE events with no repercussions on either side. Jon had popped up on an at-home edition of Backstage on FS1, but no one was told off.
But Seth was… Seth. And he was Vince’s golden boy.
“Llane… Sophie…” He snatched at my hands, pulling me back. “You know I’ll be watching. I haven’t missed a moment.”
I forced a smile and leaned up on my toes to kiss him softly. “I know.”
***
“Jon… Jon…” I stood at the top of the ramp, surrounded by the Inner Circle. Jericho stood at one shoulder, Hager at the other. “Don’t get too comfortable. You have something that belongs to us.”
Pacing in the ring, Jon slammed into the ropes, title over one shoulder. He held the mic up to his mouth, eyes wide and wild. “You know what, Leighton, I’m sick of your mouth. And I’m sick of you following Jericho around like a little puppy and doing his dirty work. All because he’s not man enough to face me again.”
I took a few steps forward. “I should challenge you for that title, Mox. You know as well as I do that there’s only one person in this company who has your number. And it’s not Chris.” I held my arms out, wiggling my fingers in his direction.
Jericho took the mic from me and, giving that smarmy grin of his, taunted Jon. “What d’you say, Mox? Huh? Are you a champion or a coward?”
I knew him. I knew the wheels were turning in his head. A little bit of Dean Ambrose slipped into his face. He paced, breathing heavy. He backed away from the ropes, running his free hand over his hair.
“I guess that’s our answer,” Jericho laughed. We backed toward the entrance tunnel, the entire Inner Circle smirking as Jon stood in the ring looking like a fool.
“I’m not the one getting a woman to do my dirty work,” Jon spat vehemently.
The Inner Circle turned as a unit. I took off toward the ramp, only to be caught around the middle by Sammy Guevara. I flailed, actually kicking Sammy in the shin, trying to get to the ring. I knew Jon was only talking shit, but I couldn’t help but feel fire in my veins at the fact that I’d been called just a “woman.” I’d trained with Jon. I trained with Seth and Roman. I could hold my own with any of them even on my worst day.
Jericho looked back at me and then toward the ring again. “Why don’t you find a partner, Jon. That is… if anyone in that women’s locker room can stand you. I know you have… history… in mixed matches.”

From a Marine at CIA headquarters
The U.S. Marines raided the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in Langley, Virginia this past weekend. The Marines retrieved a lot of evidence implicating well-known politicians of embezzlement, election rigging, identity fraud, assassination plots, murders, domestic terrorism, and pedophilia. I’ve listed the following 23 ITEMS to pique your interest and summarize what’s happening:
ITEM 1: CIA headquarters has been raided, the FBI has been neutralized, and $35 trillion of U.S. Treasury embezzled funds have been recovered. About $100 trillion has been embezzled by the Bushs and the Clintons.
ITEM 2: President Donald Trump reopened the President John F. Kennedy assassination files and George H.W. Bush was behind it. JFK autopsy photographs were falsified.
ITEM 3: The sexual harassment outings of all these members of Congress is a mainstream media distraction for what’s really going on (U.S. Marines raid CIA Headquarters and President Trump imposes military martial law) behind the scene.
ITEM 4: Alex Jones of Infowars is a traitor and national security threat who is connected with a division of the Mossad, the State of Israel’s Secret Intelligence Service.
ITEM 5: Hillary Rodham Clinton had ordered the murders, through domestic assassination squads, of Ron Brown (Commerce Secretary), William Colby (Director of Central Intelligence), Vince Foster (Deputy White House Counsel), and John F. Kennedy Jr. (son of assassinated President John F. Kennedy) — and others.
ITEM 6: Then-Republican Presidential candidate Trump was right that Sen. Ted Cruz’s father was implicated with Lee Harvey Oswald.
ITEM 7: California Rep. Adam Schiff, Ranking Member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emmanuel, former White House Chief of Staff for U.S. President Barack Obama, are connected with the Mossad. Both Schiff and Emmanuel are pedophiles.
ITEM 8: Barack Obama was born in Kenya and the former President has committed identity fraud. Obama should be arrested for identity fraud.
ITEM 9: Sen. Cruz is a Canadian citizen who faked his birth certificate to become U.S. Senator and has committed identity fraud. Cruz should be arrested for identity fraud.
ITEM 10: President Trump has got the file of every journalist (e.g. Anderson Cooper [CNN/CBS], Chris Matthews [MSNBC], Wolf Blitzer [CNN], and possibly Alex Jones [InfoWars]) that’s on the CIA payroll.
ITEM 11: The U.S. Marines removed computers from CIA headquarters this past weekend.
ITEM 12: They now have proof and evidence that Hillary Rodham Clinton has committed election fraud, treason, and sedition. She’s a drug dealer. She’s committed mass murders. She’s murdered people at the State Department as a murder-for-hire scheme.
ITEM 13: Bill Plante, who retired as a CBS News correspondent in November 2016, confirmed that JFK was shot from the front, Tennessee Sen./Democratic President candidate Al Gore actually won the 2000 election, and the whole 9/11 terrorist attack was rigged. Plante said none of this will be reported because reporters are afraid for their lives.
ITEM 14: This country will not have a deficit once protocols are implemented. $100 trillion comes in, $35 trillion goes right into the U.S. Treasury, and there’s a $15 trillion surplus. We can cut taxes, rebuild the military, create a great infrastructure program for this country, and Donald Trump will go down as the greatest President since Ronald Reagan.
ITEM 15: George H.W. Bush tried to assassinate President Reagan three times during Reagan’s eight-year presidency.
ITEM 16: “Daddy Bush” (and Hillary Clinton) have also tried to assassinate President Donald Trump seven times. And Bush, throughout the years, has been involved with 25 assassination plots against other major political figures — specifically, Congress members and Senators.
ITEM 17: If Gore had taken office and the Bushs weren’t able to steal the election, there was a plot to remove Gore and put Vice Presidential candidate Al Lieberman as President.
ITEM 18: There’s a coverup involving California Rep. Maxine Waters and the Blue Moon Bank in Thailand.
ITEM 19: The November 3, 2017 Rene Boucher assault on anti-war/pro-life Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul was attempted murder. “That guy [Boucher] was chipped,” because Paul knows too much and he can’t be controlled.
ITEM 20: A reporter in a major network was going to break a story — which he is sitting on to this day — that the government contacted orphanages around the country and paid these orphanages to transport orphans to Washington D.C. so Dick Cheney and George H.W. Bush and other pedophiles (e.g. Barney Frank) could pick out the kids they wanted to have sex with. Then they took those kids to parties. Hookers were present at these parties. Congress members were drugged and photographs were taken of politicians and these orphans in sexually compromising positions. A huge portion of Congress was (and now is) contr

- Don’t bother asking him, Officer. I’m sure he’s just as clueless as they were.
Renee juts herself into the conversation, majorly pissed off. The attorney seems confused to the events in the room, shooting a wary glance at his client.
- Don’t bother defending him, Kip. GeoTech isn’t Kip’s company. It’s Vincent’s. And I’m sure he unloaded that house on poor Kip here without even bothering to inform him that it might come with some extra baggage, didn’t he? You’ve planned all along to hide that art from me, didn’t you?
By now, Wayne confronts the baffled attorney.
- Did you know the house had a hidden basement where Mr. Ellington stored the goods?
Kip: Uhh… I’m afraid I can’t answer any of these questions, now, can I? I would rather not incriminate my client. Or myself, accidentally. But I will tell you, if I’d known the house had a basement, it would’ve cost more to buy it from my company.
Vince knows he’s been found out, by this point. Unfortunately for him, Renee isn’t done lamenting everything just yet.
- How convenient it must’ve been for you when we were “robbed” shortly before you served me the divorce papers, dear Vincent. And to think that you’ve almost gotten away with it.
Vincent: I’m sorry, ok? I didn’t want to resort to this. But I was so angry at you over all the fucking cheating! I didn’t want you taking the collection too.
Dale: I must remind you, Mr. Ellington, that everything you say can and will be used against you in court. And you are probably going to want a new lawyer.
Vincent: Yes, I know. I know.

As part of the wrestling AU, @scream-qween and I were talking about the different kids and wrestlers who could have served as inspiration for them. For the next the few days you and Renee were at home watching WWE. You and Renee start to talking about what there planes are going to be. “Well me and Seth are going to have baby!” You start to scream a little as you gave her a hug. “Oh my god really Renee I can’t believe it.” She start to rub her belly a little. “Yeah a little Rollins jr from what I can’t wait to see.’ You both laugh as you watch the guys do there match. “You know what’s funny Renee?” She hum at you. “Kenny has not been on tv for while.” You look at her then she look back at the tv. “Yeah that’s funny you're right. I wonder what happened to him?” You shrug as you both start to eat some fresh grapes. “Oh yeah I almost forgot Dean said he had something to tell me, so I have to give him a call later on.” Renee pointed at the house. “Just use our phone to call him he already knows.” You both laugh again as blue just sat right next to Jane.
Back at the live show all the guys got together to find out what happened with Kenny. “Last I heard he sent in his resignation papers to Vince and gave him the ok.” Finn look at Seth then back at the boys. “Why in the hell would he lie like that and most importantly put your girls in danger like that?” Aj look at Dean. “Because Kenny blames me for ending their relationship.” Dean rolled his eyes. “Hey I mean it’s kinds of true in a since.” Luke told them. “Really?” Seth said, “I mean last time I check no one told him to stay in the room with Cara.” Everyone nodded there head as they look at Seth. “Besides I think we all know what’s gonna happened if we don’t start thinking about what steps Kenny is going to make.” Roman said. Dean lifted his head as his eyes widen. “Seth call Renee and see if she’s still home.” Seth shook his head confuse. “What why dude the girls are alright.” Dean shook his head again. “Nah man just do it already.” Dean start to panic.
Seth called the house phone rang until it was answered, “hey babe.” Renee said. “Hey babe is everything ok?” She nodded her head as she look over to you hold Jane close to your chest then standing next to her was Kenny. “Yeah fine why are you so work up for?” Seth nodded his head. “Nothing it was just Dean he said to call you girls to see if everything is ok.” Renee smiled as she keep her eyes on you holding Jane. “Yeah baby everything is fine I mean Y/N, she’s fine and Jane she’s so cute I mean watching sleep in here it makes me happy to know that where going to have our own soon.” Seth laugh as heard her say that. “Yeah i know babe I can’t wait, even tho waiting nine months is like forever.” She laugh at what Seth said, “Alright babe I’ll let you go then. You girls have fun and do your little girl things.” Renee laugh as she keep her eyes on the both of you. “Oh yeah Seth one more thing you should puts this one speaker so everyone can hear.”  Seth put his phone on speaker, “Yeah go head babe we're listening.” “Lunatic time, Architect time,  Big Dog time.’ we love you babe.” Then Renee ends the call making all three men look over at Seth's phone. “That son of bitch Kenny his at the house with girls!” Dean yelled making everyone run out of the locker room.
Everyone even Hunter was all driving to Seth and Renee’s home, once they made Seth open the door looking around. Nothing no one was in side all, but blue who was hurt as he start lumping over to Dean. “Blue what did he do to ya? Finn pick him up carefully Dean look ever where in the house nothing. “Where did he take them? Where the fuck did he take the girls?” Dean said in panic. “Hey calm down just calm down!” Aj try to tell Dean even tho it was not working. That’s when the phone rang everyone stop to look over then Dean walk over to it answering it. “Hello?” Kenny smiled as he walk around a little office with the phone. “Hey there Dean-o how’s everything?” Dean’s face turn red, once he heard his voice. “Where the hell are they?” Kenny laugh, oh in time my friend you see, I told you I was going to get you back for ruining my life and I did just that.” Dean’s patience was being tested, “Where the fuck are they Kenny!” He stop as he look at the tv monitor. “Now that’s not nice Dean, but hey if you want to know tell Seth Renee is safe.” Seth walk over to Dean, “I swear if anything happens to Renee I’m going to fucking kill you!” He laugh again as he turn on the sound to the monitor. “Seth please where are you please help us.” Seth eyes widen as Dean was ready to punch a hole in the wall.
“You see she’s fine Seth, but Dean Y/N, oh boy man she just looks so beautiful sitting here tied up in the chair I mean yeah I should know I had her.” Dean’s face want pale. “Y/N? Jane? What did you do to them?” Again Kenny laugh as he look at you trap in tall glass box all you did was yell as you keep banging on the glass begging Kenny to just stop. “There fine well Jane she’s fine I mean just look at her. She look just like you Dean. kinda makes me sick in away, but if I by past it I can still Y/N in her as well.” Kenny walk over to Jane as he sat right next to her in her car seat. “If you hurt anyone of them Kenny I’m going to kill you before Seth does.” He laugh as he look back at you. “I would love to see you try besides in the morning well be long gone by the time you found us. See Renee will still be here so that’s good I mean after all she just at the wrong place at right time.” He laugh as he put his hands on your face. Tears rolling down your eyes as your mouth was covered with tape. “By the time you guys even find us well Renee will still be here, but me Jane and Y/N were going to skip town never to be seen or heard from again.” Kenny ended the call making both Seth and Dean angry men.
“Fuck!! Where they hell could they be? “Seth said. “Hey you guys calm down while you had him on the phone we was able to track his call.” all the guys walk over to Hunters laptop found the location of the call. “I know where that is. It’s an old abandoned warehouse it’s like about 20 min drive from here if we leave right now.” The boy’s left as Finn, hunter and AJ stood waiting for the police to arrive.
It didn’t take long, but the guys made it, Roman made a plan to make sure all the girls can get out safe. “Alright I’ll stay in the car just in case if you guys come back out with them.” Roman look up at the building. “Yeah ok Ro by the time that happens the cops should be here.” Seth look at Dean. “I’m going to kill Kenny if anything happens to them.” Dean’s face still with rage. Both men start walking towards the abandoned warehouse, siding the door Seth walk right in first then Dean. Both mean start looking around the place seeing machines old and rusted.
Chains hanging while the smell of awful dead animals run the rooms. “Dean by the time we get out of here remind me to baptized myself once we get out of here.” Dean shook his head with grin as he keep on looking around to find any clue to where the girls were at. It felt like an hours past for both men and nothing has come up. “I’m not giving up unless one of them do something anything.” Dean said, Seth found one door that look open. “Dean look at door over there.” Both men look as they walk towards the door as they open it quietly both found Renee sitting on ground crying. “Renee!”  Seth said as he ran to her, Renee getting up as she ran into Seth arms. “Are you ok?” She nodded her head as they both kiss. “Hey Renee did you see where Y/N and Jane are?” She shook her head as she start to cry. “I’m sorry Dean no I thought they came here with me.” They both look at her, “What you mean they came here?” Seth said, “Kenny only took me here I don’t know where they are.” Dean shook his head as help Renee out of the place.
By the time they made it outside police cars were there Roman and Hunter ran up to the three of them. “Where are they?” Hunter said, they all shook their heads. Hunter yelled out a few cures words as Dean walk back to the car. “Damn it babe give me a clue on where your at.” With that must have been a sign from above because when Dean look over to his left that’s when he saw something pink on the ground. He walk up to it as he pick it up a little note feel into his hand. He open it and it read.
We're going to the lake not far from here, please Dean save us.
Dean look back at the guys then he look around to see some trees then start to walk forward to the trees. Dean keep on walking past each tree stepping on leafs and twigs while walking threw. Byt the time he made to the other side that’s when he saw them. “Kenny!” Dean start to walk with speed and rage, you turn to see Dean as Kenny held onto your arm tight pulling you close to him while carrying Jane in baby basket. “Dean! So glad you can make it, but if were you I’ll stop right now.” As he left up the basket with Jane inside. “Kenny please stop it don’t hurt her!” you keep begging him. “Let them go Kenny this has to do with me and you not my girls!” Dean said with rage. “That’s the thing Dean ‘your girls’ not mine you took them from me! Y/N, Jane there gonna be mine.”  Kenny look down at Jane then back at Dean, “but no matter I can just take what you made have my own little family.” Kenny start to pull you towards a little boat making you get on it first. You climb up the mini ladder getting on it, then Kenny start to climb up the ladder handing you Jane in the baby basket. “Kenny please stop ok just stop you don’t know what your doing.” You told him.
Kenny shook his head as he got on the boat, Dean now worried. “Well Dean it was fun while it lasted, but it’s best if we get going now.” He turns just to look at Dean with a smile then you saw an opening while Kenny’s back was turn you ran and tackled him off the boat making him fall to the ground. That was Dean’s chance to get Kenny while he was on the ground still dazed from the fall. Dean not wasting time he grab Kenny pulling him away as they fought out. You ran right to Jane picking up the basket then running to the front just to find something to signal for help.
Dean was keep up with the fight by giving Kenny few blows to the head until Kenny block his punches then giving Dean a few blows right back. Then Kenny grab Dean by his arm then twisting it making Dean yell out in pain. “You know what’s so funny Dean? I just remember this arm was the same arm you need to have surgery on right?” As he puts more pressure on it, making Dean yell out in pain. You ran to the back with a flare gun in hand pointing it up in the sky. You pulled the trigger making it fire up in the sky you saw the lights going red hoping it got someone’s attention. Kenny lookup then he saw what you did making him kick Dean in the back of his leg. “What are you doing Y/N? stop!” You look down as you reloaded the gun again. This time you aim it at Kenny. “Just stop Kenny ok your not going to win.”
Kenny start to walk back to the boat again you shot the gun again hoping for someone to see it, this time you heard something dogs barking. You look up to see some flashlights as well you smiled as you heard the voice of crazy guy. “Where coming!!” Roman you heard him they saw it thank god. Dean got up then ran up to Kenny pulling him down, you not realizing that Kenny was trying to get back on the boat. “Y/N go get Jane and get out of here!” Dean said now slamming Kenny’s face on the boat this time making blood come out of his nose. “Dean the only way off is where your at.” Dean pick Kenny up over his head then toss him to  the other side on the ground. You ran to the front to go get Jane.
Dean look up as you came back slowly climbing down with Jane in the basket. Dean grab Jane then you jump down as you both kisses each other. “Take her and run now!” You nodded as you start to run then you stop just to see Roman, Seth, and Hunter all coming your way. “Y/N!!” You turn to see Kenny getting up now his face all beaten up blood coming from his nose. “You can’t just walk away from what we have!!” You look at him as tears start to run down your face. “You mean what we had Kenny the second you did what you did to me, it was a done deal. Enjoy the rest of your life behind bars.” You turn walking up to guys, as Dean walk up behind Kenny just to kick him in the back of the head knocking him out.
You was sitting in the hospital bed right next to Dean who was laying in bed with an IV needle in his arm. “I can’t believe this whole thing happened, I mean for what?” You look over at Dean who sigh when he look up at you. “Because Kenny lost what he loved which was you Y/N. He knew what he did was wrong and he couldn’t bare with it not like that.” You smiled at him as the doctor walked in ask you both if your alright. You stay with Dean in the hospital while your daughter was safe with Stephanie and Hunter’s home.
On the other side Kenny who’s not handcuffed was waking up he look around to see he was in the hospital with police officers by the door. “Where is she? I need to talk to her I need to talk to Y/N!” The officer close the door on him as Kenny start to yell out loud for you. The next Day Kenny was off to jail for crimes he did to you, Jane and everyone else You know he's not coming out anytime soon.
                                                         1 Year Later
You walk into the backyard were Dean had ask you to come and right there stood Renee and Seth with there son, Roman with Galina and the kids and right there in her little walker was Jane stand next to her father Dean. Your not gonna lie Jane is way to much of a daddy’s little girl and for some reason not once has ever try to walk to you in that walker. You walk up to them as you stop to take a look you saw priest?
“Uh...babe?” Dean smiled as he took your hand pulling you to him with a smile. “Now it’s been a year so lets tight the knot already.” You smiled as you hug and kiss Dean, everyone start to cheer on as they watch you both get married in the backyard of you Vegas home. After everything that happens over a year ago you sat down with Dean as you ask him something. “Babe what would happened if you did found us?” Dean look over at you with Jane on his lap, “I would have been making phone calls to people I know. Have all my old friends due a hit out on Kenny if I wouldn’t have found you.” You smiled as him as you gave him a kiss on the lips. “So looks like were the Ambrose family now.” You nodded you head as you laid your hand down your belly.
Dean laugh a bit, “Yeah we sure are look at you I met you the girl whose book was now the best seller again, me now the world heavyweight champion right?” You look at Jane trying to pick the title up with her tiny hands. You both laugh at the sight of it, “I mean what else can happened?” You smiled as you rub your belly once again, “Maybe have Jonathan in next few months?” You said looking over at Dean. “Yeah maybe have Jon...What?!” Everyone look over at where Dean was. You laugh as you took Dean’s hand placing it on your belly I mean I know I’m showing yet put I want you to know that there’s another Ambrose inside here.” Dean handed you Jane as he jump over the couch and ran up to Roman “I'M GONNA HAVE ANOTHER BABY!!” You got up with Jane in your arms laughing as you watch Dean run into the backyard. There Roman was happy to hear about the news then Dean as he is, see Roman then runs into Roman like spear watch both men fall into the pool.
Everyone laugh as both man got out of the pool, You walking up to Dean as Jane started to laugh at the sight of her father who was doing something crazy. “Yeah babe your going to be a daddy once again.” You both kisses each other making it the best night of your life.

♡.   ---   renee knew BETTER than to be suspicious at any HINT of the dirty blond doing something that was out of the norm. often, jon was doing THINGS, working on PROJECTS, thinking about IDEAS which the canadian had no deeper understanding of rather often. but it was fine. it was a side of him that she EMBRACED. he was always surprising her with NEW things that his unpredictable head came up with and most of the times renee found herself loving it. loving him. to be exact. she found herself // head over heels // for him after just a couple of times that they had talked backstage.
♡.   ---   when vince mcmahon had PROPOSED the idea of the two of them getting into a RELATIONSHIP to enhance the attention to their on screen characters and careers, the small blond had acted like she was HESITATING. but, in truth, she had been IMPATIENT to hold her, at that point, best friend’s hand for the first time. it wasn’t long after that she had left her own home BEHIND to move into jon’s house. a dog was added soon too, rounding off their little family. and, even though renee was AWARE that they were doing it for vince, she couldn’t bring her heart to stop jumping just a little bit HEAVIER, every time blue eyes found hers and the dimples were brought in her direction.
♡.   ---   jon’s mind was off SOMEWHERE far away on most of their days together. so, when he had called her into the backyard where he was hanging out on the terrace and they’d been SHARING some beers, she wasn’t NECESSARILY confused. ❝ i’ll be right there. just ONE second!! ❞ quick fingers opened the two cool bottles before the canadian brought herself outside again, setting the beers down on the small table BETWEEN their chairs and finally sitting down so she could then focus on JON. ❝ here i am. is everything okay?? ❞ nothing seemed OFF at the first look but then, when she tried to catch the ATTENTION of his ever blue eyes, there was SOMETHING in it that renee hadn’t seen before. something. but she couldn’t put her fingers on WHAT it was. curiously, she laid her forehead in wrinkles as the blond mustered his HANDSOME features. ❝ are you alright?? ❞

Monday Night Raw 5/20/19 Review
We opened with Heyman and Lesnar, who still has that briefcase for some reason. Apparently the two planned this when they saw Zayn beat Strowman on Raw last week. And I guess Lesnar was actually in that match, because of some negotaitions backstage, and I’m glad they addressed it. Heyman cut a really good promo about how both world champions should be paranoid. Seth Rollins then came out. Rollins insulted Lesnar for being a terrible champion. He challenged Lesnar to cash in the contract now, which Heyman desperately tried to stop from happening. But Heyman basically just said that it wouldn’t happen, because Rollins is on their time. Heyman kinda insulted Rollins by saying that he didn’t main event Wrestlemania while his girlfriend, Becky Lynch, did. I didn’t know they were dating, so that was lovely to hear. I’m a sucker for wrestling couples. Anyway, Heyman said that Lesnar may cash in on Kofi as well, because Rollins isn’t worthy of being in the ring with Lesnar. Kingston came out, and said that he doesn’t mind fighting Lesnar, and even challenged him. Heyman said that since both champions were asking Brock for a match, which kinda makes him more important than both titles. He didn’t cash in, but he said that he might at any point in the night.
Backstage, Kingston and Rollins talked to Triple H about what they’d be doing later, which was them teaming up for the main event against Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin. Ugh.
Grade: B. Super good promo, but it didn’t actually give us anything new. I always love to hear Heyman on the mic, and I like that dynamic where Brock is so important that both champions want to fight him. Its interesting. Honestly, Brock having the title is exciting, because he is an exciting talent. I want to see where this ends up going. Personally, I think Kofi is gonna get his ass beat by Lesnar, because he has a fairytale story that is worth ruining to get Brock over more. Hopefully, that’ll be later rather than sooner.
Then we had Braun Strowman vs. Sami Zayn. Zayn ran away before the match could even start. They brawled a bit backstage, and Zayn got his ass beat. Strowman was face to face with Bobby Lashley, but they did not come to blows. Strowman literally carried Zayn back to the ring. Zayn kinda had the advantage by the time the match actually started, but Strowman flattened him and hit a running powerslam for the win.
Grade: B+. This whole segment was super fun. Zayn’s acting here, where he was just ridiculously terrified of Bruan was entertaining. I am not usually into this, but the way that Sami sold everything was pretty funny. I don’t think they should make a habit of this kind of thing, but this was good in isolation.
Lars Sullivan then had an interview, which before I even heard I felt was detrimental to his character. Charly seemed really scared, which was good, and then we saw a video package of him since his debut. Charly asked about his goals, but the Lucha House party came out ot interrupt him. They wanted to fight him, and the three of them together were actually able to beat him to the ground. However, one on one he had an advantage. He was able to outlast each other them by waiting for the team to split up and he attacked them one at a time. Sullivan was able to stand tall once again, although not in as dominant a way as at Money in the Bank.
Grade: B-. A discount version of last night, with the added dynamic of the Lucha House Party being able to take down Sullivan when they worked together. But given that I saw it literally last night, I am gonna be a bit harsher.
Next up was Ricochet vs. Cesaro. Cesaro had a new entrance that was very generic. The match happened because Cesaro called Ricochet weak for having his back hurt in the ladder match last night. So naturally Cesaro worked over the back. At one point, Ricochet literally jumped onto Cesaro’s shoulders and then backflipped off of him.  That is insane control from both guys. Ricochet hit an awesome suicide dive, but the spot was kinda ruined by the commercial for the secret life of pets ad. Cesaro was able to get the win here with a neutralizer.
Grade: B-. Not a lot of time here, but some pretty good spots. I think that they can do great stuff together if they are given some faith.
Backstage, Charly interviewed AJ Styles about his loss, and he was pretty humble about his loss. Corbin then showed up and they trash talked back and forth, and it ended with AJ slapping Corbin. Corbin just said that he would pay for that, and then the segment just ended.
Roman Reigns then had a promo, but before he could even start, Shane McMahon came out to confront him. Shane said that he was totally done with the Miz, and he said that he was still pissed about how Reigns attacked Vince a while ago. Reigns then said that he wanted to fight Shane tonight, but Shane refused. Instead, Drew McIntyre came out, and just sorta stood next to Shane for the rest of the promo. However, he then said that he accepted the challenge for Super Showdown.
Grade: D+. This was really boring, and they teased McIntyre vs. Reigns (I still have hope that it’ll be good sometime) and then didn’t give it to us. Figured Reigns vs. Shane would happen at some point, but it will proabably suck unless they give it a stip.
Backstage, McIntyre and Shane were walking around backstage, and Miz confronted them. McIntyre kinda said that he would protect Shane, and then Miz challenged McIntyre.
Next up was the Usos vs. The Revival. Wilder jumped Jimmy before the bell, and then beat the living crap out of him. Jey got a huge hot tag and beat down both heels. Jey and Dawson slugged it out in the middle of the ring at one point, culminating in a double superkick and a near fall. On the outside, Wilder nailed Jimmy with a tornado DDT, and then Wilder got hit with a vicious suicide dive.
Grade: B. Almost a B+, but not quite competitive enough. This really is a dream match, and I cannot wait to see them actually able to cut loose. I want to see them pull off a really good match. For now though, this was the match of the night.
Backstage, Alexa Bliss confronted Nikki Cross about losing the ladder match last week. And then the Revival came in and were being annoying, and then the segment ended.
Then came the firefly funhouse, and all it was was the themsong glitching out a bit.
Then was a moment of Bliss, with Nikki Cross as the guest, as well as Becky Lynch. Lynch was over as hell in this venue. Cross just stood there awkwardly as they talked. Before Lynch could say anything, the Iconics came out. They said she was Becky One Belt, which is still better than most can say. Lynch wasn’t having any of their BS, and actually challenged them to a match for the Women’s Tag Team Championship. Lacey Evans came out and was being mean, and Becky said that she already beat Evans with only half her attention. She then challenged Evans and the Iiconics to a six woman tag. Cross volunteered to be on Lynch’s team, and Becky said that Alexa would also join. Alexa tried to protest, but Lynch told her to stand around and look pretty. I laughed out loud.
Grade: B+. Not quite an A- because it was a little too crowded, and everyone else brought the quality down, but Becky was sure as hell on point during this. She was tough, she was funny, and it felt like one of her twitter wars. I missed this Becky
In the actual match, Nikki Cross was in the ring a little bit, but really was only fighting so that Becky could get a hot tag. Evans immediately left when Becky got in the ring. She beat the crap out of the Iiconics, and she beat them with a top rope leg drop. Bliss and Cross celebrated in the ring, but Lynch just walked out and held her title high
Grade: D. I was going to grade this and the promo at the same time, but this match sucked. The only reason that it got some points in my book was that Becky really shined, and there were some funny moments, like Alexa just drinking coffee on the outside and one point when Becky hit Billie Cay really hard, and Royce yelled her named, followed immediately by a huge “oof” because Becky Knocked her off the apron. Funny, but not good.
Then we had Mick Foley with a huge announcement: the next title in the WWE. He talked about what being a champion meant, and then he brought out the 24/7 title, which is basically a neutered version of the hardcore championship. The crowd knew that too, and they booed. He resorted to saying the name of the city to get a pop.
The inaugeral champion was crowned by a scramble for the belt, and a bunch of the lower card guys ran down to try to get it. Corey was gonna run out and get it, but Cole and Renee told him to sit down. This was just wild and stupid fun, nothing of note really happened. Titus was able to grab it, so he is the first champion. But then Robert Roode ran out and rolled him up, so Robert Roode won it.
Grade: B-. I don’t think the smark in me can give this any higher than a B-. But I loved this to death. It was so dumb and awesome. The promo kinda flopped when it wasn’t the hardcore championship, and I genuinely don’t think that this belt is worth anything, but it is kinda a kick in the ass that will make me want to watch. I think that it’ll be less exciting then the Hardcore championship given the lack of weapon shots to the face and head, but it’ll still be stupid fun.
Next match was Miz vs. McIntyre. I don’t know why this match took place in the dark, but they changed the logo mid show and it made the stadium look a bunch darker. Miz desperately fought against his bigger opponent, trying to take him out at the knees but not really standing much of a chance. Miz continued to work the knee and eventually locked in the figure four for a submission sequence. Miz tried to attack Shane on the outside, but Shane ran away, which allowed him to run back and attack him when the ref’s back was turned. McIntyre followed up with a claymore for the win.
After the match, Shane went for a coast to coast on Miz, but Roman came out to fight him off. He hit McIntyre with a superman punch and stood tall.
Grade: C. This was very meh. Just felt placeholder, and there was no reason for Miz to almost be able to beat McIntyre.
Backstage, Robert Roode ran past Corbin and Lashley, told them they didn’t see him, and then ran again. The rest of the low card chased him, including Drake Maverick, who hurt his back during the scramble cuz Titus threw him out of the ring. He was limping, and just sort of apologized to the heels. I love this belt, it is so dumb.
Samoa Joe then addressed his attack on Rey Mysterio, who apparently was injured during the attack. Basically he said that Mysterio deserved it.
Robert Roode hid inside of R-Truth’s trunk, who was helping him. Then Truth attacked Roode, and won the title. I love this.
And in the main event, Kofi Kingston and Seth Rollins took on Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin in a no disqualification match. The heels jumped the faces before the bell, and they were tagging in and out for some reason when the match started proper. At one point, Lashley and Corbin were going to superplex Kingston, but Rollins attacked them both with a chair. Kingston was able to get the win with a trouble in paradise.
Immediately after the match, Lashley speared both faces. Brock Lesnar then walked down to the ring, but did not end up cashing in.
Grade: B-. This match was kinda bland, but the no DQ stip was a good change of pace. I liked that, but the match didn’t do much for me. But it was still a cool thing to have in the main event. I definitely never thought that Brock was cashing in, so that didn’t bother me.
Overall Grade: B-, because most of this show was just meh.
Pros: opening promo; strowman squash; usos vs. revival; moment of bliss; 24/7 championship
Cons: shane mcmahon promo; 6-woman tag; Miz vs. McIntyre

Announcing Winners WGA Awards 2019: ‘Can You Ever Forgive Me?,’ ‘Eighth Grade’
Tumblr media
In a pair of upsets, “Can You Ever Forgive Me?” has won the Writers Guild of America’s adapted screenplay award for Nicole Holofcener and Jeff Whitty and Bo Burnham has won the original screenplay award for “Eighth Grade.”
The major television trophies went to “The Americans,” “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” “Homeland” and “Barry” for the 71st Writers Guild Awards, held at dual ceremonies at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif., and the Edison Ballroom in New York City. It was the last major awards show before the Feb. 24 Academy Awards.
“Can You Ever Forgive Me?,” based on the memoir of the late Lee Israel, topped the screenplays for “Black Panther,” “If Beale Street Could Talk” “A Star Is Born”; and “BlacKkKlansman.” Though the script for the comedy-drama — the story of how Israel discovered her talent for forgery — has received an Oscar nomination, “Beale Street” and “BlacKkKlansman” were regarded as the front-runners. It appears that the tale of the travails and redemption of a professional writer clearly resonated with Hollywood writers.
“I want to thank Lee,” Holofcener said in her acceptance. “She’d probably be sitting in the room judging all of us. She though she was the smartest person in the room and she probably was.”
A stunned Burnham credited star Elsie Fisher for his winning the WGA award. Burnham won over Alfonso Cuaron’s “Roma”; Adam McKay’s “Vice”; Bryan Woods, Scott Beck, and John Krasinski’s “A Quiet Place”; and Peter Farrelly, Nick Vallelonga, and Brian Currie’s “Green Book.” “Roma,” “Vice” and “Green Book” are all nominated for Academy Awards along with “The Favourite” and “First Reformed” while “Eight Grade” did not receive an Oscar nod.
“Eighth Grade,” which stars Fisher as an awkward teen dealing with the final week of eighth grade, also won the first-time Directors Guild of America Award for Burnham on Feb. 2. The film is also up for four Spirit Awards on Feb. 23.
“To the other nominees in the category — Have fun at the Oscars, losers!” Burnham joked in his acceptance. “No, I prepared nothing. This all belongs to Elsie Fisher who performed the script. No one would care about the script if she hadn’t done it.”
“Eighth Grade” is the first film to win the WGA Original Screenplay award without being nominated for an Academy since Michael Moore’s “Bowling for Columbine” in 2003.
“The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” won the comedy series award for Kate Fodor, Noah Gardenswartz, Jen Kirkman, Sheila Lawrence, Daniel Palladino and Amy Sherman Palladino. Starring Rachel Brosnahan, “Mrs. Maisel” won the Emmy for best comedy series last year.
The final season of “The Americans” took the drama series award for Peter Ackerman, Hilary Bettis, Joshua Brand, Joel Fields, Sarah Nolen, Stephen Schiff, Justin Weinberger, Joe Weisberg and Tracey Scott Wilson.
Bill Hader and Alec Berg won the episodic comedy award for the opening segment of HBO’s “Barry,” “Chapter One: Make Your Mark” (“Barry”). They also won the new series award.
Stephanie Gillis won the animated award for the “Bart’s Not Dead” episode of “The Simpsons” — which was just renewed for its 31st and 32nd seasons by Fox — and showrunner Alex Gansa took the episodic drama award for the “Paean To The People” segment of “Homeland.” “Bathtubs Over Broadway” took the documentary award and “God of War” won the videogame trophy.
Hulu’s “Castle Rock” won the long-form original award and “The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story” took the adapted long-form trophy. “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver” won the comedy-variety series cagtegory.
Chelsea Peretti hosted the West Coast ceremonies while Roy Wood Jr. was the emcee in New York. “All the glitz and glamor of the Oscars without the pressure of public interest,” Peretti said in her intro.
Jordan Peele’s horror-comedy “Get Out” won the WGA Award for original screenplay and James Ivory’s coming-of-age drama “Call Me by Your Name” won for adapted screenplay last year. Both went on to win the Oscar.
The WGA awards are mixed indicator of Oscar sentiment. Six of the last 10 WGA winners have gone on to win Academy awards over the past five years. The awards are decided in voting by the 17,000 members of the WGA.
The West Coast ceremonies included plenty of political commentary. Adam McKay, on receiving the WGA’s Paul Selvin Award for “Vice,” asked for a “beat of silence” for the million people who died during the invasion of Iraq.
Jenji Kohan, recipient of the Paddy Chayefsky Award, was unable to attend due to having to shoot the final episode of “Orange Is the New Black.” She said in a taped message: “I’ve been incredibly lucky to work with enormously funny and kind people. I love the people I work with. Life is too short to work with a******s, by the way. That’s my Public Service Announcement.”

Greeting everyone...I was debating on doing an Achmed The Dead Terrorist intro, but one that's not funny, two I probably would've offended someone which isn't my intention and last but not least my dad yells at me every day for doing that. In all seriousness though if you're Jeff Dunham doing your thing then yes it's funny, but if you're doing that to be rude, ignorant, and or to offend someone then I ask you in the rudest way that you can think of to leave. Anyway, you're probably wondering "why is this girl running her mouth so much and not telling us what we came to find out? We wanna know who you are, your WWE story, about you and Seth Rollins etc." To those people, I say please be patient we'll get there...eventually.
I just wanna have some fun first and make a few side comments here and there which Seth doesn't like because he says that it reminds him of my cousin who has a cat that doesn't like him. With that being said I think I've wasted enough of your time by being my obnoxious self so now let me introduce you to me. What up guys...that was supposed to be my Seth Rollins impression (haha) my name is Sabrina Renee Goldberg

, but you can just call me by my nickname and also ring name Rae. I'm a second generation superstar because I'm the daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg

(obviously, I am if you couldn't tell by the last name) and have been wrestling for about 11yrs now give or take. Some people say that I am a big deal because of who my father and uncle (we'll get to who my uncle is soon) are, but I don't believe that I am.
I have an older sister named Mariah

who is a wrestler as well and I also have a brother named Gage who is still too young to get into the business (that's if he wants to though). Anyway, with that being said I am the niece of Paul Levesque aka Triple H. We're only related because he's my mom's brother, but don't ask me who's older because I don't apply myself enough to care if I'm honest. I'm 28 years old and about to retire from the business because as I said earlier I've been doing this for a while. I've faced some of the greats like Trish Stratus, Lita, and Victoria just to name a few and I think it's time for me to walk away before I get truly burned out.
I kinda have a thing for Colby Lopez

(Seth Rollins) he's actually one of my best friends. He really close to me as well...we've been that way ever since we met in NXT when Triple H asked me and a few others to go down there and lend a hand with some of the new talents. For at least two of us, it was a punishment from Vince for laughing during a board meeting and honestly it was probably the best thing that ever happened to me because I got to meet him. He's really cool and I wouldn't mind dating him, but he's taken and there have been rumors about him being a douche when it comes to relationships, but I don't care. Besides if you don't know the whole story of something then who are you to judge.
Besides he wouldn't want me I was "dating" one of his friends which was only a storyline, but Vince wanted it to be believable so he made us a kiss a few times on TV and whatnot. Anyway, I guess I should tell you some more about me. I'm a very sweet girl who you probably wouldn't want to upset because I have some bad anger issues kinda like Randy Orton, but not as bad. With the exception of said anger issues, I'm actually very nice and laid back. I am sometimes highly opinionated and can turn into an Aj Lee or a female Cm Punk because I sometimes have no filter for my mouth.
I like to sing, but am not into making a career out of it...or at least I don't think I will. I also have a background in gymnastics which I guess helps me out when I do Jeff Hardy like moves in the ring. Last but not least I love to play video games and have a game room in my house, but I'm not the biggest fan of losing so sometimes I've broken stuff like Aj Styles or have went off like Seth does. Anyway I have to go I'm supposed to be hanging out with Colby today and I'm super excited...hopefully, everything goes great later nerds.
