The sincere shock on Amane's face, the way that any chance at all, any kindness, keeps on shocking him.

The willingness to try, to open his mind, to give Amane the space to be in love and to feel both their feelings and to exist together as friends and in a space of change, to be able to change together.

Amane is the best babygirl who is literally getting healed by having someone accept him and give him space and tell him that his love is worth considering, worth trying, worth loving and that was all he ever wanted or needed.

1) Nero Claudius from Fate/Extra, Fate/Last Encore, Fate/Extella and Fate/Grand Order

The second I had first heard this woman say "umu” that was it for me. I knew I’d be obsessed with her for the rest of my days. She is adorable, she is loyal, she is THAT GIRL, a queen, an emperess, a goddess, and just seeing her instantly makes my brain pump out serotonin. Who even needs anti depressants when you can have Nero.

2) Vash the Stampede from Trigun Stampede

Babygirl. Princess. Loserboy. Golden Retriever Puppy. Beloved Wife. He’s adorable, pathetic, a wonderfully tragic yet optimistic character. He��s my beautiful little princess and I lay my life down before him.

3)Yoimiya from Genshin Impact

Her absolute happy go lucky attitude and sweet personality is like liquid gold shot straight into my arteries. I had fallen in love with this woman the very second I had laid eyes on her. Also she has been my main for two years at this point she’s genuinly just that fun to play.

4) Kaveh from Genshin Impact

5) Ichiban Kasuga from Yakuza

What else can I say about Ichiban other than he’s almost stupidly optimistic and no matter how hard of a curveball life throws at him, he ALWAYS keeps the attitude of "once you hit rock bottom the only way is up.”, always trying to both see and bring out the best in people. Also he’s a massive Dragon Quest fan so obviously I’d end up obsessing over this beautiful specimen of a man who at the age of 42 still is not 100% sure where women pee from.

6) Erik from Dragon Quest XI

Honestly I could have EASILY put the entire main cast of Dragon Quest XI on this list because the characters of that game are simply that likeable and well written, but if I had to choose one, it would have to be your very first party member and the hero’s best friend and totally platonic roommate Erik. This man’s sassy attitude yet undying loyalty and devotion towards the hero is so strong not even the apocalypse itself could tear the hero and Erik apart for long.

7) Ryuji Sakamoto from Persona 5

I think at this point y’all are starting to see a pattern in my favourite characters: Ryuji is loyal like a golden retriever puppy, absolutely adorable and sweet with a severe lack of Braincells.

8) Silver the Hedgehog from the Sonic the Hedgehog Franchise

Silver has literally been my favourite Sonic character since Childhood. His whole stick is that he’s unbeatable optimistic. Despite becoming from an apocalyptic future where everything is covered in flames, he never stops believing that things can become better if you try. His naivety however leads to characters like Mephilis abusing his optimism for their own agenda. But none of that stops Silver from

being one of my greatest comfort characters.

Ryuji and his Kiryu-fantasies

So, my friend and I found a lot of very sweet looking RyuKiryu art/comics in a row, where Ryuji was depicted in a very bishounen way and even looked somewhat like Daigo in some of them. Again, it all poured on us in a row, and did something irreversible to our brain chemistry.

For starters, it was hysterical. Unprecedentedly funny – not the art itself, but the distinct, clear feeling that all this stuff is Ryuji’s innermost private fantasies.

The vibe was so immaculate and distinct, full on lyrical, gentle. And, yes, the daigofication was the killing shot. Something something, there’s always an accent on Kiryu’s waist. Something something, daigofication again.

Makes you want to study Ryuji’s brain in a lab. Put it into a museum.

Oh, to be Kiryu’s little bro/cousin/adopted son figure (Ryuji is not sure) who is younger, but has some sort of authority over him. Oh, the gentle bishounen fantasy. Oh, the layers of it all, it brings tears to my eyes. The fantasy dream daddy romance, the projection, the jealousy, the craving, the search for some ideal.

– Do you think Ryuji ever whispered “I’ll treat you right” in Kiryu’s neck in one of his immersive daydreams of Kiryu sitting in his lap? Sorry, Ryuji, babygirl, but we're diagnosing you.

He’s the golden dragon emperor of all dragons, he will treat the powerful white dragon right, mmmhm. He’s the dragon, and the prince, and he gets the prince. Amazing.

Ryuji’s making movies about this all in his head, for sure. Mythological AUs, Yakuza Sunset AUs… that’s where all his planing power goes, instead of, well. Actual plans.

Our minds are gone, blasted away by the power of his fantasies, it’s too late for salvation, we can see the light inside Ryuji-kun’s empty head.

– After he came to the funeral at Tojo HC and did that feat with throwing money on the floor, we bet he was stressing out about his mean girl behavior later on at home. “Was this too much? Did his blood boil?” – all while hugging a pillow or a dragon plushy even. The plan is hard to follow, but he Must (true Helga behaviour).

– If Ryuji had a diary, he’d write in it with a glitter pen. His inner gyaru taking hold.

– After going through RyuKiryu art tag on purpose, we came to the conclusion, that, perhaps, the ultimate endgame fantasies Ryuji has are the most vanilla things in history.

Of course all the AUs are good, but consider this (glitter pen on the ready): “he’s shorter than me, so I can kiss his forehead… but if he wants to kiss me, he’ll have to stand on his tiptoes…” And his big blond head is full of glitter pen fantasies like that,  it’s amazing. Like Ryuji caring the umbrella and Kiryu holding on to his arm. Nothing more to it, they’re just having a walk.

my bby is here again ive missed him 🥺🥺🥺 i love how nicely him appearing ties into with THE FOOL, because he sorta is one yeah? it's like a little nod to the canon p5 (where thematically akira can be said to be the fool, gaining enlightment and spirituality via his bonds as the game progresses; but also where yaldabaoth is the fool confidant AND is the one behind akira in the swap au). it's also a little 👀👀👀 with how goro unlocks the fool confidant the moment akira comes into the picture, like it's not just the ryuji-ann-morgana group who are the fool confidant for goro, akira is a necessary element there as well. also is goro suspecting something with those CLANG CLANG chains and cards? is he tying them to specific people in his mind and will he (mistakenly) tie the fool to akira?

um also i love love love what you do with the text formatting in those BREAKETH THY CHAINS sequences, it's very cool! and when you change the text in there a little bit, like turning "chains of captivity" into "captive" and then evolving it into "you are held captive" like woah...... foreshadowing!!

then the entire sequence of goro trying to understand why does he hate akira so much. lmao omg "he's so annoying and his smile is not ugly at all and also his lashes are soooo long. god what a fucking dick" goro babe please skdjeindosndj im very curious as to who will be the first to understand and acknowledge their feelings to the other. goro or akira akira or goro. goro is emotionally constipated akira is babygirl murderer place your bets

and then!!! goro immediately becoming suspicious bc of akira's slip up. it's going to bite everyone in the ass of course we know that but i can just FEEL how narratively satisfying it will be when everyone will write goro's suspicions off, like "nah goro's just got a hateboner for him" like ahhhh goro you're so correct but your actions and biases have led you here the cliff of your own doing

and then sojiro scene. the entirety of it. goro scrambling to fall back on some tried and true approach except sojiro's having none of that because HE. GENUINELY. CARES. poor monamona that whole breakdown and crying must've been so awkward for him

im glad you liked the sojiro scene. it was honestly and truly such a long time coming, and they kind of... needed it? it was the only way goro could understand where sojiro was coming from, at least to me. goro's instinctive reaction to any unnatural behaviors is to lash out until the other person goes away or fights right back--both of which would be beneficial to him, at least in his perspective, because the strange threat is gone and he's back in his safe, lonely bubble. it's also why he was so taken aback when sojiro just... took it. he didn't expect him to agree. he didn't know what to do when he did.

tanimura, takasugi, and watase. tanimura extorting business to help immigrants and defying the whole police force to expose their corruption and avenge his father, takasugi starting the game off being a sarcastic loan shark only to be like shinada's biggest fan and still believing in him 15 years later (when he calls shinada at the end... 😭😭😭), watase earnestly wanting to fight kiryu and the tojo clan at their full strength at the beginning of 5 vs his change of heart after katsuya gets shot leading to his actions in 7... idk i just think they're all too cool and funny and based only to be paid literal dust around here 😔

sagawa! nishiki ryuji and mine may be my babygirls but the way sagawa manipulates majima, the way their dynamic evolves over the course of the game, the reveal towards the end of how sagawa himself was being manipulated... *chef's kiss* honestly i feel like the bar is kinda on the floor bc most of the antagonists' motivations and actions don't make sense to me but idk. im here to watch men strip and beat the shit out of each other not think critically lmao

Opinion on each of the Phantom Thieves ?

oki im going to go in the order of whoever i remember first, this turned out kinda long lol (also i ramble a lot in this, sorry not sorry) 

Akechi - hes a silly, little silly man. goofy goober, committed lots of crimes i think he should be jailed for these crimes. He and joker kiss. I think Akechi is a really complex and well written character and that his entire life is really tragic, I really love his character in general. Akechi’s character is someone who sticks to his ideals, no matter the situation or if his ideals are proven wrong and this loyalty to his ideals translates to his loyalty to the protagonist and the deep sense of envy he is implied to feel for him. baby man, my babygirl Protag/Joker - opinion for him r all my hcs. he is like cat. Futaba - forced to kin her, i love her omg. shes so me. character great 12/10 love her to death. She was the most useful character in the metaverse no i do not take criticism. wasnt able to finish her confidant in vanilla but im def going to max her out on my royal playthru. I do like futaba’s videogame logic being applied to irl logic bc,,,, i do that too and erm Ryuji - i like him. I hc he wears a leg brace. I wish all his prevy scenes were cut, idk they all felt out of character for him. also i wish we talked more about childhood friends ann and ryuji like. hello? they should have been besties, sharing embarrassing stories about each other. Ryuji’s confidant was def one of my favorites, always hung out with this man. I really like Ryuji’s strong desire to be helpful and to just be a guy, he wants to make ppl happy and like yeah me too bestie Ann - atlus ruined you im so sorry. act 1 ann was fire, she was so badass amazing 10/10 great character. everything past the first palace was like ????? where her character go??? i wish we had more scenes were ann explicitly takes back her sexuality, like she is not uncomfy with it and rather confident or something idk. but i love her anyways, i hope she girlbosses gaslights and gatekeeps her way through life Yusuke - sigh, another force kin. i think he is also silly, my honorary babygirl. Yusuke struggle with his identity and place in the world is really cool bc Yusuke is a great foil to Akechi, i guess its a more black mirror situation with Yusuke and Akechi but whatever. Yusuke being an orphan but had a (albeit bad) father figure with akechi has no father figure and the closes thing he got was shido (shitty father). and like i wish we would have gotten more yusuke relates/sympathizes or something with akechi, i mean they both have strong ideas r without a mother, cmon atlus do something. also Yusuke is like, my favorite, besides Akechi. hes so girlypop. Makoto - sorry makoto lovers shes not a favorite. i do like her character but also i hate it. Like some aspects r cool amazing great even, but other parts. I like her persona thats cool. um not much to say other than decent character. solid 6/10. not a fav but i still love her.  Haru - i have literally not met her yet, she spoke to her once in vanilla and im working my way slowly to her in royal. current opinion is: she exists. i like her hair. Morgana - cat (i almost forgot about him) Sumire - shes cool, i like her so far. accidentally spoiled her entire character arc for myself……whoopsies. dont have much to say about her other than good character, shes solid.

for your p5 au- depending on the direction you take his character, akechi could definitely be an attorney, possibly a defense attorney working for the state to provide counsel for people who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford it (not sure exactly what the equivalent of this position is in japan, or what their right to legal rep is like). the game touches a little on how unfair japan's justice system is to defendants, and for some versions of future akechi that would be a really appealing challenge. (he could also be a very good prosecutor, of course- depending on how much or how little his feelings have changed since the game, he might find that vindictively satisfying.)

another, sweeter option that I think meshes pretty well with what you've written for the others is akechi as a librarian- helping kids find and love the same kinds of stories that inspired him to form his first robin hood ideal of heroism, before his cynical second awakening to loki; seeing himself in brilliant, driven kids and helping them come to terms with the injustice in the world and focus on what they can do to change it. oh wow I'm really attached to librarian akechi now I might write something for that au

I LIKE BOTH OF Y OUR IDEAS I’ve had multiple people telling me something related to prosecution/law, and while I definitely get where y’all are coming from I don’t think I see it as much :’D I just think Akechi would be so, idk, sick? Of it all? Like don’t get me wrong he still has a very strong sense of justice and would definitely like to be able to help all those people (and kick some others in the shins) but he’s also just so fed up of the way others bend the law at their whims and just sometimes the whole powerlessness some people have when trying to go against corrupt higher ups and stuff like that. STILL!! Thank you for the idea, maybe it could be smth he thought about for a while <3

“I was 15 when I first met Mirio Togata. I was a freshman in high school and he was a part of the student council welcoming committee.” Y/N mumbled laying her head against her arms. “He was funny, charming, and overall a really good people pleaser. But he did it in a way, that he had them eating out of the palm of his hand...He was the Sophmore class rep, and naturally when I first met him I wanted to hit him.” Katuski huffed out a chuckle as Shinsou stood up. He moved behind Y/N and sat down pulling her into his chest. Slowly, he began stroking the top of her head, silently urging her to continue her story. 

“It took him a while, to get past my defenses, and the likes of Shoto, Dabi, and Natsu; but he somehow managed to do it. He was like a breath of fresh air, and I was 15. I would have literally believed anything he told me and I stupidly did.” Y/N muttered unfolding her knees and curling further into Shinsou’s chest. “I finished out freshman year, with good grades and a boyfriend. Sophomore and the first 3 months of Junior year were the same. My relationship was steady and Mirio an I loved each other...he always called me his sunshine; and at 16 he was the only thing I saw when I thought about my future.” Y/N sat there, drawing patterns into Shinsou’s chest; her eyes welling with tears as she thought about the next number of months she’d have to talk about. 

“About 3 months into, My junior year and his senior year, things started getting a little less honeymoon and a lot more realistic.” she whispered. “We ended up arguing a lot, about where he would go to college, what my plans after high school were, and things of that nature.” “I hadn’t thought that far ahead, because I knew I would be set up with Enji or Dabi after I graduated. Shinsou, knowing his friend for a good number of years; knew Katsuki was on the verge of snapping. He tugged the blonde man down, and pulled him into Y/N; wrapping her arms around the blonde she watched as his tense muscles relaxed in her tight hold. “What happened with Ryu teddy bear?” Katsuki grumbled, burying his face into her stomach. Y/N ran her fingers through his soft hair, as she continued on with her story. “We had just made up from a huge fight, when I had decided that I wanted to give him my first time. It was not some magical moment that I will cherish forever.” she giggled tapping Katsuki’s forehead lightly. “We were at a party, and we had both been drinking, and the girl he had cheated on me with before was there; ready to snatch him up.” Y/N whispered, the memory bringing stray tears to the corners of her eyes. “I don’t know why, but I had decided that was the night; and thus my virginity was lost in a bedroom at some random person’s house; while I was heavily inebriated.” she huffed out, a wry smile on her face. 

Shinsou, snuggled her closer speaking into the air in front of them. “ I think it goes without saying, that if Katsuki and I had met your first; your first time would have been one for the fucking storybooks kitten.” He grumbled, inhaling her soft scent. “Yeah well, maybe then you two would be Ryu’s biological dad.” Y/N mumbled, picking at the invisible lint on Katsuki’s shirt. “Don’t be stupid babygirl, we are Ryu’s dads regardless of blood.” Katsuki huffed craning his head for a kiss. Y/N smiled, and leaned down to press her lips to his own; humming at the softness. “A few weeks after the party I found out I was pregnant. I told Mirio about it, he dumped me, got with the girl he cheated with; and proceeded to out my business to everyone in the school.” Y/N huffed out. “The school pulled my scholarship, and the orphanage kicked me out; but Enji paid the rest of my tuition and took me in.” She smiled softly. “When Mrs. Hasegawa found out what happened, she went straight to the city officials office to lodge an investigation. The previous headmistress was fired, and Enji spent a lot of money refurbishing the entire place. Every year, he makes a hefty donation on my behalf so the kids here don’t go through what I did.” After her declaration, Y/N made to get up, when she found herself wrapped in two sets of strong arms. “I’m in a much better place now, and I didn’t have a hard time with my pregnancy. The boys freaked out for most of it, and the girls were probably more useful.” she giggled recalling the amount of times Natsuo, Shoto, and Dabi would freak over every little thing. “The last time I saw Mirio was the day Ryuji was born, when he tried to take  him away from me. He slipped in when one of the boys stepped out; but he didn’t take into account that Keigo was making his way back and heard everything Mirio said... And as much shit as Ryu gives Keigo; Keigo beat the living shit out of Mirio that day, when he threatened to take my son away from me, and for that alone; I’ll forever be grateful to him.” Y/N declared, as she noticed Mrs. Hasegawa waving the three adults inside. “Now! Let’s get a move on, I know she made my favorite.” Y/N declared clapping her hands before shoving the two men over and making a run for the back door. The three adults spent the rest of their date, with the kids at the orphanage and Mrs. Hasegawa regaling Katsuki and Shinsou with stories that had both men in literal tears by the end of it.

Unpopular Opinion: i think people draw him smiling too much in some interactions i dont want him to even remotely have a sense of humor or even emote well tbqh, not that i think hes unhappy or anything but like well … + also people are freaks w him but that's another story.. i dont think he would date grandpas

Favorite Relationship: kuro <3 it's cute how he actually engages in conversation w Kuro i like how he talks w him and how Kuro talks w him it's nice.. i think his relationship w Owl is interesting but not . good. Emma + Isshin + Sculptor & every other friend he meets i enjoy esp Kotaro ^^

Headcanon: *gives him transgenderism + autism + homosexuality*, selectively mute (:, he also just has a general issue w socializing & when he doesnt know what to say he defaults to repeating people or just ignoring people, he likes being called Wolf by like Kuro and whoever but Isshin deciding to call him Sekiro makes him feel a little something (:, he can "cook" + knows lots of misc skills like sewing and stuff, doesnt like loud noises, doesn't like being in water -_-, i think he has trouble differentiating b/t what he likes v what he dislikes bc hes used to just putting up w things and never really got to acquire preferences ever hes accustomed solely to survival, he's done kuro's hair for him before <3 but he does it very quick and messy but he tries

Idea for a Story: um i have a lot of stuff already written for her bc im a sicko .. um ig most interesting to me is how her relationship w dojima developed & also what she was up to when dojima died and daigo went to prison right after bc i think about that period (+k1 substory) a lot.. </3 seeing what she was doing in 3 when daigo was shot would be nice iwant her to be homophobic to mine i think <3 ik a rggo event covered it but id like to see more of her when she stepped up to he acting chairman & how that went ig more in depth.. or just her general role w the dojima family back when it was relevant and uh yeah <3

Favorite Relationship: um daigo.. i have lots of thoughts they are so nice together ilove them very much <3 kiryu and kashiwagi are very cute w her too they respect her very much its sweet <3 i think nishiki and kiryu helping out w daigo as dojima members when daigo is little has very sweet potential b/t lady dojima and them not saying they outright would be seeking for a maternal figure but um.. also well kashiwagi uhh well i want her to move past her [k2] baggage and um.. um.. 🙈 boyfriend 

Headcanon: she's so bisexual shes very very bisexual and she knows it and no part of it even concerns her shes just bi + also her first major crush was on a girl that went nowhere and it embarrasses her to death <3, her dad is who introduced her to wielding a sword it was a very unorthodox introduction and came about by kind of bittersweet means but she very much enjoys it (he didnt teach her anything more than the very very shoddy basics he really just helped introduce), she comes from a very non-traditional [japanese] family, really bad vanity issues i wont publicly elaborate on, um something about dealing w loneliness, she was like daigo and was top of her class in school, she comes off as prett7 different outside of professional settings + acts a lot colder and meaner than she actually is around work people bc that's the only way she thinks she'll be taken seriously, she was a very excited first time mommy <3 she still loves daigo more than anything, she used to sporadically grow her hair out and chop it all off and grow her hair out and chop it all off growing up mostly as a teen -_-, she doesnt socialize well but shes good at parroting and imitating proper social etiquette,  she has an "older sister", she loved kiryu and then she hated him more than anything and now she likes him again, perfectionist but a lot of things come naturally to her, not very expressive but her eyes give away a lot, she used to really like kazama very fondly until she didnt, shes not much of a hand-to-hand combat fighter but she can handle self defense, cooking does not come naturally to her ):, shes kept every gift + prize daigo has gotten for her, shes not much for gifts (from people not daigo) but she likes flowers 

Akiyama

First Impression: he's funny (: 

Impression Now: he's still just funny <3 but also bisexual i love him he's very endearing and easy to like 

Favorite Moment: hanging out w haruka in rgg5 or any time he is having fun w hana <3 his one substory in rgg5 where you get more of his background is nice or when he first gets together with shinada + tanimura is funny.. anything that's not rgg6 um

Idea for a Story: i want him to hang out w haruka more <3 or just some of his day to day life.. what he splurges on when he does ummm.. background on when he and hana first met + his ex fiance, hin hanging out w the rest of the group .. anything fun i think ^_^

Unpopular Opinion: he has annoying/questionable moments but so does everyone in the series um.. akiyama/hana is superior when he crushes on her hard vs her to him idk if that's even unpopular ummm idk idek any freak stuff w him nobody talks about akiyama much 

Favorite Relationship: hana (: trans bisexuality <3 him + kiryu & haruka are sweet together, him and tanimura are fun.. i think hes a nice central point for both 4+5 protags i just enjoy him <3 hes good w people 

Headcanon: hes the least athletic i think that's canon though, tried to keep a fish tank in the office but hana ended up taking over + then getting rid of it but by then he wanted an office cat or bird or something "more interesting" so that hed feel like taking care if it but by that point she put her foot down on animals, tries out lots of misc hobbies that he eventually drops (golf, tennis(very embarrassing), gardening, etc (mostly sports bc he feels like a lazy piece of shit sometimes + gets splurges of Yeah Fitness!!!)), all kinds of math teams and etc growing up he actually really likes math, has a lot of gifts he chickened out on giving hana just kind of buried in the office, bad at video games, can't cook, he buys lots of cheap things bc he doesnt really see the point of splurging on fancy unnecessary stuff, magazine hoarder bc he just picks up whatever for a mindless read when at the store and forgets if he's gotten it before
