teenage me was definitely going through it but being 24 really has me looking at my 14 year old self like... unfortunately, my love, eating better does actually help. so does exercising a little. it does make the day less terrifying. which is also a good thing, but is so annoying when you're a teenager and half of your personality is that Everything Sucks and No One Understands and therefore their advice must be bad. but in fact... eating breakfast? helps. getting protein in it? also... helps.
