Are you ever going to finish this au or no? Just curious because I really want to keep reading this novel/comic. It's so interesting and I want to know the ending. Also it has been 2 years.

I have been debating on just posting what would have been the story, alongside some sketches and concepts of things. There is a lot of plot holes like how tf Connie would even get on the ship let alone sneak past all the guards but hey maybe they watched ninja movies together

This Steven or Broken as I have called him does still hold a special place in my heart, but I don't know if I ever could finish this. Honestly I'm surprised people even remember about this silly lil au, it does mean a lot though

I LOVE these AUs, and they were all made by some of the nicest Muns!!! Definitely some of the darker-themed stories for SU out there, but by no means the darkest, or the most depressing. Just be prepared for what you may be getting into! I still HIGHLY recommend giving the ones you haven’t already seen a read!

They all look so vastly different when next to eachother than I was expecting...but they all still look like Steven

(It’s interesting to see which ones look more like Steven, more like Rose Quartz, more like Greg, and more like Pink Diamond...)

Here’s Steven from the ‘Homebroken’ AU!

Accidentally releasing Pink’s powers during the trial when Lars was in danger, Steven is kept while they released Lars back to earth. He is locked in Pink’s room, given clothes to wear before visiting White. Here he begged to be let to go home but was denied, in a moment of frustration he screamed and caused a surge of power to course through his body. Completely unprepared, his body was not yet capable of handling his gem’s strength and resulted in damage. Thorns broke through the skin on his arms, a few coming out of his scalp and a crack like mark to appear that can ‘bleed’ in times of extreme stress (his gem begging for help, giving signals to calm him so he doesn’t harm himself more and cause corruption).

Only moments after the aftermath, White blasted Steven to ensure this incident wasn’t repeated. This resulted in his gem becoming slightly discoloured, and Steven entered a blank state. His expression is in a constant state of fear and agony.

At least Blue found a heart shaped gem in a garden to keep him company, and the pebbles make for good friends too
