Imma leave my honest opinion on the latest PJO episode:

SPOILERS!!

I honestly did not like it. it was boring, way too rushed and not interesting at all. The only part that i genuinely enjoyed was the taxi part.

Making Hermes the chief of the Lotus Casino? Having him willingly distract Percy and Annabeth? The fact they knew from the beginning what the casino really was, how to avoid being stuck, and how it affected them? Bo-ring.

It took away all the fun, the mistery of the Lotus scene. We were supposed to realise something was wrong slowly, by seeing people behaving a strange way, while the trio had fun and wasted time. It’s just shallow.

And the fact that the deadline was already over??

Like????

The whole pourpose of this quest was that they had to complete it in TIME to AVOID THE WAR?

That’s it. War is here, the quest has failed, Luke has won.

4 beads??? The cool thing was that Percy did not know that his mother was alive, and was not aware of the fact that he could bring her back, and now not only does he know, but he has the way to bring her back??

No thank you.

There is no suspance, no mistery, no eagerness to UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING.

It’s all so easy, instead of being cool and interesting it’s just boring, no challenge, nothing.

And the actors are doing a really amazing job, it’s the writing that’s just lazy.

I was so happy to finally have a cool adaptation of the books, but after the truly amazing first 3 episodes, it’s going lower and lower.

I still have high hopes for the next episodes and (hopefully) seasons tho.
