you know when you're sleeping and suddenly you get a feeling that you're falling and wake up terrified? how more horrifying and terrifying would that sensation be for percy and annabeth?

while we're on the topic of talking about changes the pjo show made that i love, im glad they didn't push the whole Annabeth saying she and Percy *have* to be enemies because athena and Poseidon have beef. Instead she's just this cryptid autistic strategist 12 yr old who stalks Percy and pushes him into the water. She's like "hmm this white boy will perfectly serve my purpose and schemes" and she's so real for that

ok but the health effects of tartarus on percy and annabeth are SO underplayed? according to house of hades, their skin was full of blisters and rashes. they had extremely high fevers. the air was SULPHUR. probably extreme a lot of physical trauma. covered in dirt and grime and blood. completely starved and dehydrated. and they came out of tartarus, and their friends only reaction was "omg hi guys 🤩😍hugssss🥰 welcome back from deepest darkest of hells 💪💪 let's have lunch 🤪😋" and they all have lunch together laughing. and then percy had a minor wheezing problem once in blood of olympus and that's it?? no one bothered to treat (or bring up) their skin conditions....and respiratory problems ..or high fever? how was their body adjusted to food and water after eating only monster soup and hell fire for days and weeks? wait we won't know because there were no percabeth povs in BOO--

I've always wondered why the Romans think demigods all of a sudden started getting claimed? They couldn't know about Percy's deal with Olympus, so what do they think happened?
The gods were probably like "as a reward for fighting in the war we will now claim you all!"
The Romans were probably pretty proud of that.
Then like a year later this conversation happens:
Annabeth: and then after Percy made the gods promise to claim all their children-
Jason: THAT WAS YOU?!
Percy: yeah. Why did you think the god suddenly started claiming everybody?

I just realized the PJO show runners could do something so sick and twisted and amazing during the Circe scene.
What if, the image that Percy sees in the mirror, the “cooler” version of himself, is like book accurate Percy. I just think that would be such a funny, messed up little Easter egg.

Athena cabin has optimized those almost useless sliding doors that hide their bunks away. Now not only do they provide privacy but also more writing space for them to strategize and brainstorm on.
