Random Tea Blend No. 1
I made this tea and I love how it turned out, I did not make it with magickal intention but I thought it might be helpful to list the magickal properties. Given that this is a kitchen magick blog and I know a lot of people always want to know the magickal properties of tea ingredients.

Note: I know elemental, gender, and planetary correspondences can vary based on the source, I chose the correspondence for each herb that I ran into the most. I am also aware that some people don't assign gender to herbs either.
For the rooibos I could not find an elemental, gender, or planetary correspondences, I have my own correspondences for rooibos but I didn't include them. If you know of any of these correspondences for rooibos please comment!

Ass-Kicking Sick Tea
Being on day 5 of a real doozy of a sinus/throat bug, I figured I’d share an old “recipe”. It’s like a hot toddy, but without the booze or dehydrating factors. Base tea (Green is good for immunity, throat coat, or chamomile before bed). Use a big mug, and two tea bags. It should be strong. Honey, two big spoonfuls. Lemon juice, also two big spoonfuls. A sprinkle of turmeric, ginger, and…

Not doing well because I woke up in the middle of the night being sick, I won't go into detail just know it was gross and awful. So when I went to get my morning coffee I instead was gonna make some spiced chai but it was stale so I got frustrated and made my own spiced tea but I took it as a chance to do drink magick. Here's hoping I recover quickly, the tea will soothe me at least~

Herbal tea basics -
Herbal teas can help with a wide range of health issues, depending on the type of tea and the specific properties of the herbs used.
Here are a few examples:
Digestive issues: Ginger, peppermint, and chamomile tea can help soothe an upset stomach, relieve bloating, and aid digestion.
Anxiety & stress: Chamomile, lavender, and lemon balm tea are known for their calming and relaxing properties, and can help reduce feelings of anxiety and stress.
Insomnia: Valerian root, passionflower, and chamomile tea can help promote relaxation and improve sleep quality, making them useful for treating insomnia.
Cold & flu symptoms: Echinacea, elderflower, and ginger tea can help boost the immune system, reduce inflammation, and relieve symptoms of colds and flu.
Menstrual cramps: Ginger and chamomile tea can help relieve menstrual cramps and other symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
Headaches: Peppermint and ginger tea can help relieve headaches and migraines, thanks to their anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.
It's important to note that while herbal teas can be helpful for many health issues, they are not a substitute for proper medical care.
If you have a serious health condition or are taking medication, it's always best to talk to your healthcare provider before using herbal teas or other natural remedies.

Road Opener Tea
Made with forsythia flower which bursts onto the scene for a short period of time in early Spring.
Forsythia representing opportunity and pushing through the cold months, removing obstacles makes for a wonderful ingredient to open roads.
For my road opener tea I stir to dissolve the sugar counter clockwise at first to remove obstacles. Then I stir clockwise to bring in opportunities.
I add a little milk.
To me forsythia tea tastes a little like fruity pebbles.
