Will Swannie miss his wings? He’s been like that for about a year now, he probably gotten use to the wings and the pain in his calves/legs…would Donnie get like….phantom pain or something because of the missing wings? Would he in some way try to get them back or have a reminder of them? Will Donnie even try or want to dance again?

donnie doesn't usually dance on pointe anymore-- it was a rare occasion pre-curse, and now post, the physical demand is typically too much for him to handle. but when your little brother knows levitation magic, anything is possible for a special occasion.

... well, the end of the main storyline, anyway! the end of the story for swannie that i wanted to tell. the au will still be around! <3 swanatello has pretty much always been built on the asks i've received about it, and i still have more tucked away in my hoard that i intend to get to at some point or another as little bonus side stories, and my askbox is always open as well...! and on that note--

thank y'all so, so much for your support on this magickal girl journey. i NEVER expected to get the amount of love or attention that i did for my silly little donniesona that was based on a pun, but i had so much fun with this comic and am so grateful to y'all <3 like i said, this entire au was really powered by the amount of asks i received about him and his story, and it was really such a fantastic experience for me all around. not including any non-canon crossover content, this comic is approximately 965 pages long! definitely wasn't my plan when i doodled him for the first time as a goof, haha.

Powerscalling 100%. People also tend to underestimate Yuuji a lot, both on the physical level and emotional. I get so angry when I see his ideals pre Shibuya especially be mocked and called juvenile. He is!! 15!!! and he already cares about other more than almost everyone on this show. So many people in the fandom view Yuuji the way Sukuna does, especially with rct 💀when Higuruma learns rct: 😍🥰; when Yuuji learns rct prior to the fight: ewww what an asspull

I felt very vindicated when Sukuna acknowledged Yuuji's soul and his ideals hehe

15. What's your favorite ship for this character? (Doesn't matter if it's canon or not.)

Goyuu 100%, I read a couple of fics as a joke and now they are my otp and I love them so much I need to chew on both of them. They are just so so precious to me.

Other than goyuu, it would be sukuita. I really like the sharing the bodies thing plus Yuuji literally being made for Sukuna. They also work really for one post I saw that was like "penetration as a metaphor for penetration"

25. What was your first impression of this character? How about now?

I don't think my thoughts on him changed much? Unlike most people I thought his desire to protect others was really admirable if a bit heartache inducing with the way he disregards his own safety for the sake of others. I love how human he is, no matter how painful it gets he still retains that humanity and compassion and care for others. I wish I could get him away from Gege, because the dirspect??? Also I need Yuuta out already so the focus can be back on Yuuji, sorry Yuuta fans

Also, I really like the depth to his relationships with many other characters and I wish we got it for his mother too. Yuuji deserved to commit matricide

I was re-reading the Christmas oneshot again AND I NOTICED A LIL DETAIL! The part where Eclipse reveals his gift to Sun is a little flying ball that he suggests be used to keep the kids distracted for hours - the way he words it makes me assume he's speaking from experience here rather than a wild guess

WHICH given the lore hints that he used to work with kids, and the Big Incident that i'm assuming is connected to The Room and his overall dislike of kids in general makes me think that it is a strong possibility that he still retains that experience from before - fitting too considering he is now a dad for the hemogoblin duo ghdjkfg

Eclipse: I hate kids Bloodmoon: *calls him dad* Eclipse: I love my kids

FRANTICALLY POINTS SOMEONE NOTICED SOMEONE NOTICED SOMEONE RAGHHHH

Just going to say it here: yes, Eclipse did work with kids in the past, and he was actually quite good at it! He was well liked by all the parents because of how empathetic he was, and he even offered to babysit for free sometimes since he enjoyed the kids and he understood money could be tight at times 🥺

He defiantly still remembers his training and experience that he gained during that time!! Honestly, if he was given enough time to calm down in the presence of kids again, he would most likely fall back into old habits and start caring for them again JSJAOAKSJSK The Incident really ruined a lot of his perspective and drive, though, so being a father to Blood Twins is actually also helping him overcome some of trauma he sustained from The Incident :)

There is still a lot of lore to uncover (The Room) but I’m honestly so happy that ya’ll seem to enjoy the backstory I’ve given Eclipse. The fact that you (Bloo) went back and looked into the smaller details makes me so happy <3 GAH big smile on my face rn

unfortunately i don’t really have the time or resources to do traditional painting as much anymore - i’m in school at the moment so it would be hard for me to make time in my schedule or afford supplies. digital art (and drawing traditionally) are a lot easier for me in those regards, not to mention that i have a lot more experience with those

but i’d love to paint more often! it’s been a really enjoyable and gratifying experience when i’ve gotten to do it

(alsooo i might post some other paintings from around the same time as i made “homunculus” some day… hehehe)
