Okay, I'm finally going to try to work on some of my original work!

I have two series in mind, but the both of them are connected; characters appear in both, but they can be read separately.

The Aquinnah Chronicles, which will definitely have two books, but I don't know if I'll have more than two.

"Twenty-two-year-old Lydia Graeme leaves home to seek fame, but when she arrives in the capital city in the kingdom of Aquinnah, she discovers a secret about her past that could alter the course of her life, and the lives of others."

The Two Kingdoms Trilogy, which obviously has only three books.

"Princess Illeana, being the youngest child as well as the only daughter, was betrothed from birth to Prince Mattias of the neighboring kingdom. But when she meets the son of a toymaker months before her wedding, she finds herself dealing with both her awakening sexuality and a political uprising against her soon-to-be father-in-law."

I will have these tags here so that I can talk about my progress, share visuals and various extras, and promote the books because I plan on self-publishing them.

I plan on working on the rough draft of Book 1 of TAC in April for Camp NaNoWriMo, and on the rough draft of Book 1 for TKT in November for actual NaNoWriMo. I just need to finish getting my bearings together. My plan is to finish my planning by the end of this month, outline the story beats for both books in February, hopefully get a headstart in March, and finish my first rough draft by the end of April. Hopefully, I'll be done with my various drafts and revisions for TAC in November, so I can focus on TKT.

It started with a red bird- Ramona- coming to Terry’s house with her dad to have their annual Christmas party. The party consisted of Ramona, Terry, Ramona’s dad, Terry’s mom, and a few of Terry’s other friends from school. The kids were going to play a game of White Elephant when suddenly, the power went out in Terry’s house. The TV in the living room then turned on, with a sinister-looking symbol of three slash marks, coupled with goggles appearing on screen. A menacing voice spoke, introducing himself as “Dr. Bohltz”, as he told the people in the room of his evil plan: To steal Santa's sleigh! A device made to travel the entire world in only one night would be a dangerous thing in the wrong hands. 

So, Terry and Ramona went off on an adventure to the North Pole to prevent Dr. Bohltz from completing his evil scheme! Being a special, two types of technology were introduced: propeller jets, which were used to help the two kids travel to the North Pole, and heat technology, in reference to helping Dr. Bohltz, when he and his henchmen/kids, Voltz and Wattz, get trapped during an avalanche, in their plan to take Santa’s sleigh.

As the episode came to an end, Terry invited Dr. Bohltz, Voltz, and Wattz to his Christmas party, because, as Terry said, “There’s cooler things to do, than stealing someone’s ride!”

Voltz and Wattz were excited by this offer, but, Dr. Bohltz turned around, declining it, saying how he didn’t need the young cat’s pity. The three villains then left, as Terry looked, disappointed and saddened. Ramona patted Terry on the back, and then told him that Santa was going to fly them back home. And so, Ramona and Terry get back home for the Christmas party, thanking Santa. The end of the episode skips to night time, as Terry looks out his window, holding a present that he had found on his doorstep, it wasn’t from Santa, and it wasn’t from his mom or his friends. Then, a thought struck the young tabbykat.

“I wonder if Dr. Bohltz had a nice Christmas…”

The episode then ended, and the credits rolled.

“What did you think…?” Naomi asked her friend. She was waiting for Lambchop’s opinion first, before she gushed about the episode. “I thought it was nice that Terry thought about Mr. Bohltz even though he was mean!” Lambchop said, even though she’d forgotten that Bohltz took the title of doctor. 

“Mmhm-” It was time for Naomi to infodump. “We’ll have to watch the show in order some day, but! There’s been theories about Dr. Bohltz being Terry’s dad, and with this episode- it– it really- I was one of the ones who believed in that, so when the ending came up-!” She started to rapidly shake her arms in excitement. “It was just!!! Ahhhh!!!” She squealed. “It’s a shame that the theory was never confirmed…” The sheep tilted her head. “Why wasn’t it? Did they not finish the show?” 

“Sadly, no… they got canned,” Naomi said, “But- there’s still something that remains of the show! The creators’ friend founded an entertainment center based off of TabbyKat’s Tech, in Florida! It’s pretty successful, too.”
