Oh no, this is not a dumb question at all! Sorry for responding late, I was busy and wanted to try answering this as best I can. That’s so wonderful to hear you like how I draw chibis. c’: I feel pretty inadequate to teach anything, but here’s some things I tend to (kinda) keep in mind when I draw chibis.

Generally, I have my chibis between 2 - 3 heads tall. Sometimes 4, it all depends on what feels right for the drawing idea and how much the composition/poses benefit from a particular size.

I try to keep the design relatively simplified throughout, so it’s easier to read as everything is pretty squished down/small.

I tend to have a more rounded style with my chibis, but any style can work. Whatever looks good to you and feels cohesive overall~ Also the heads are usually relatively big compared to the body? haha I think that’s all...? I probably forgot/missed stuff lol I hope this is helpful for you and I hope you’re as safe as possible~ :>

Don’t worry this is not stupid question.I’m not sure you mean the newest art or older art??  For newest art is basically default setting of brush pencil

Yeah, I don’t mind doing art trades outside of my friends, but only when our art skills are near the same level so it’s an even trade.

just wanna let you know that even your arts are old, or your sketches are too "dirty" (i mean not clean, many lines and etc.), it's still amazing.

Thank you :’) I’ve grown pretty self-conscious of sharing simple messy doodles. I always feel like they have to be colored or something to be interesting, but I’m starting to care less about it now.
