When Beast Convoy and Lio Convoy synchronized the power of their energy matrices, they transformed into Burning Convoy and Flash Lio Convoy respectively. Are these types of transformations common among matrix wielders like them? If so, what transformation does Big Convoy possess?

Dear Maximum Mammoth,

In order to promote cooperation and camaraderie among Convoy-type Transformers, Vector Sigma made a point of outfitting their Energon Matrices with the ability to resonate with each other. However, in one universe, Big Convoy's lingering hate for the Predacons over the death of his father was able to manifest in a sort of phantom resonance with Blue Big Convoy's extinguished Matrix, resulting in the birth of Blizzard Big Convoy.

Wreathed in white fur, Blizzard Big Convoy possessed the ability to supercool the air around him, freezing lesser foes dead in their tracks. In this Absolute Zero Field, only Big Convoy had the strength to still move, leaving him free to devastate his foes with the Blizzard Cannon. This form had none of Big Convoy's traditional bravado, his processors focused only on the elimination of his enemies.

However, as he became lost in his grief, he found himself unable to tell friend from foe, posing great risk to the Gung Ho’s crew of cadets. Only by uniting the warmth of their sparks to resist the cold were they able to embrace their commander and bring him back to the side of justice. It wasn’t until the final battle with Unicron that Big was able to truly master this form, resonating not with his grief, but with the memory of his father, purifying this ability and allowing him to banish the planet eater to the cold of space.

Another Transformers Wings of Fire draw. This one was an experiment with lighting, as well as an excuse to draw some other characters. First time drawing Moonwatcher and Winter, as well as an experimental design for Megatron. I’m very happy with how the characters turned out, and this was probably my longest single frame drawing yet.

Decepticon Orion Pax

Orion Pax was introduced in the G1 cartoon in a time travel episode with the Aerialbots.

Orion was always the Pre-Prime stage for Optimus.

He's either an Energon Dock worker or a data clerk for Alpha Trion.

In Prime, a flashback told the story of his time with Megatron.

In the comics, he either was an Autobot in the war or the bot who had the Prime body but still was called Orion Pax.

After rewatching the Prime Episodes on the subject, finding a Decepticon Orion Pax gave me an idea.

This scenario for one:

Before the war, Orion studied the history of Cybertron. Finding the horrors within.

At the time, he was an archivist and an Energon dock worker.

He would visit the Energon mines where he met Megatron and later help him in starting the Ascenticon March. He even made the symbol that would become the badge of the Decepticons.

March by march, they would chant "Freedom is our right!"

Alpha Trion would hear about this and would talk to Orion, unsure that the path he's taking is the right one.

Even Ariel and Dion were uncertain, but Orion would still have his spark with the Ascenticons.

Over time, convinced they were making a difference for the good of Cybertron, they would grow in numbers with Sideways coming along and manipulate them from within.

The High Council would deny their pleas and start spreading lies about them, but Trion sees a certain bit of potential for Orion.

Soon, the attacks started and lives were taken.

Orion confronted Megatron (with Sideways with them) about the attacks. Megatron with a solomn face told him his new beliefs in achieving peace through tryanny.

Angered, Orion roared,

"We started the Ascenticons to bring a future where everyone is equal! Not this!"

"We will do what we must for that future. Even if we don't feel right about it. Freedom is our right. You wrote that."

"I wrote that to show that everyone in the lower class deserved freedom too! Freedom for all, not just us! No one wants to join us anymore because they think everything we said were lies! They're even calling us Decepticons now!"

The arguement would continue until Megatron shot him with his Fusion Cannon.

Orion would get blurs after. The only event clear after being shot would be Sideways dragging him out and leaving him.

Alpha Trion would find him with Ariel and Dion and head to Vector Sigma, meeting up with Sentinel Prime who was preparing for another attack.

Knowing Sentinel may not survive it, he would give Trion the Matrix in case the Decepticons would come after it.

After getting to Vector Sigma, Orion Pax would become Optimus Prime and start a fighting force against the Cons, the Autobots, making a new symbol in the process.

The war would proceed as normal.

it's sort of like that i guess? there's absolutely an organized state religion sanctioned by the functionist regime, revolving around Primus and the firstforged to some degree, but it's very much a tool of state control and thought policing rather than moral and spiritual development. more genuine branches of the religion or "heretical" offshoots need to be carefully concealed lest they be persecuted. Star Saber is one of the kind and genuine spiritual authorities, but not everybody is like him

but religion and spirituality aren't synonyms, and the spiritual/metaphysical layer of SNAP's universe is a major foundation of all my worldbuilding and storytelling. typically in canon there's the big deity duo of Primus vs Unicron, equal and opposite cornerstones of the fabric of their universe. while both of those things exist in SNAP, they are not the big deity duo that play tug-of-war with reality. SNAP's duo is different. there's an invisible rivalry going on in SNAP's worldbuilding that doesn't overtly affect anyone on Cybertron to their knowledge, and they don't even have the context to realize it's happening. so this is more meta information/pre- and post-SNAP lore, because it will only show up a little in the main storyline, but it's something i deliberately decided on

Dear Tremendous Titan,

There is a myth that circulated among Maximals deep into Beast Era. Solus Prime had completed her finest creation—the spark-granting ultra-computer known as Vector Sigma. Now that her labors were completed, she wondered who would be able to guard it from evildoers.

Word of her challenge spread throughout Cybertron, attracting the interest of Omega Supreme, Fortress Maximus, and Metroplex. Each of them claimed to be superior to the other two in their ability to protect the orb. Omega said, "Behold my claw; I would never let it go, even in death." Metroplex said, "Behold my city; I would grant life to a thousand noble beings." And Fortress Maximus said, "Behold my wisdom; with my strategies and laws, the orb would never become tarnished by war."

As they debated and argued, Solus tossed Vector Sigma high into the air over a corridor leading deep into Cybertron. The three ceased bickering immediately and all three of them reached out and caught Vector Sigma.

With their attention, Solus said, "You each have strength, shelter, and insight, and not merely for Vector Sigma, but for the whole world. If you can treat Cybertron as you did this orb, then we have forged an eternal peace." This event is sometimes taken as the beginning of the first Pax Cybertronia.
