Note: This particular list focuses more on the relationship between Ghost, Shadow, and Blondie. Shadow is his black-and-white kitten menace and Blondie is her cream-colored, long-haired miniature Dachshund sibling.

Admittedly, Shadow bombarded her way into his life after you brought her home. No matter how many times he tried to avoid the cute little void, she would always be there to wreak havoc.

Over time, he got used to it and now they're practically inseparable. For the most part.

He got Blondie thinking that he'd calm little Shadow down but, uh, Shadow turned him to the dark side. Whoops.

It's funny, though, when you think back on how Ghost was NOT OKAY when you first brought Shadow home but whenever he woke up, there she was right by his side and he was spoiling her rotten. You overheard him once talking to her so sweetly. You found out he calls her Babygirl.

Ghost also babies Blondie to no end. He still calls him Pup even when he's no longer a puppy.

Once, Simon woke up to Shadow and Blondie watching him.

He's also woken up to Shadow laying on his chest and she would 'mrrow' every time he tried to move.

She's also pounced on him, too, to wake him up.

Even though Ghost makes their food first, it doesn't stop them from trying to take his or yours. ("Babygirl, no. Pup, you just ate.") He has to shield his tea or coffee from Shadow. Blondie just barks and stomps. He's so cute that Ghost never takes him seriously. Shadow also crawls up his legs to get to her food when he's preparing it. ("Patience, babygirl.")

Ghost.exe almost crashed after he caught himself arguing with them, too. ("Fuck, I'm going crazy. I'm arguing with bloody animals, love.")

He's also realized that he has more pictures of them on his phone than anything else.

Their food is gourmet, okay? Only the best of the best for Babygirl and Pup. Same thing for their daycare. Don't even get me started on the groomers.

You stifled a laugh once when they practically forced themselves into the bathroom where Simon was in. ("Fucking hell, can't a guy use the toilet in peace?")

Blondie also takes FOREVER to settle down in bed. And it's always in Ghost's face. He turns around for like a good minute, his tail smacking Simon, and then he lays down. Simon always stares like, "what the fuck?" and you laugh every. single. time.

Shadow has snuck into Ghost's backpack more times than you can count. The first time, you were frantically searching for her until Ghost walked back into the house, silently set Shadow down, sighed in disgruntled dad, and left again.

Her favorite place to rest is on his shoulders. Blondie loves to lay in his arms like a baby. She'll also perch herself on his head, sometimes, too.

Ghost has also chased Blondie around the house because the damn Pup's convinced his mask and gloves are fucking toys and they're not! It's like a game of cat and mouse and every time Ghost tries to sweet talk Blondie to get closer to him, the little shit takes off again.

He loves giving them treats which has resulted in Shadow becoming a chonky void. Blondie loves to hide his treats in the bed and you were woken to a raspy yelp ("SHIT!") because Blondie tried to get it and bit Ghost in the process. He shot you a half-hearted glare when you nearly fell out of the bed laughing.

1. Are you named after anyone? My mom was working in a daycare and met a little girl named Ashton and thought "that's a pretty name" and here I am. I agree, I like my name. It's unisex and people call me sir a lot over email, which I don't mind. People also call me Ashley over the phone which I ... do mind. Don't call me Ashley.

2. When was the last time you cried? I can't remember exactly, though I know it was recent. It was a little cry, I was just lost in a thought spiral.

3. Do you have kids? Not yet :(

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot? Yes, but mostly just when I'm in a good mood. For laughs. I don't generally use it in arguments or when expressing anything negative. I'm very very straightforward in those situations.

5. What’s the first thing you notice about people?  I really don't know. Probably just their expressions, and clothes because I like clothes and I like to see how people choose to present themselves. Not in a judgey way, just a curious way.

6. What’s your eye color? Brown. Dark, dark brown.

7. Scary movies or happy ending? Happy endings, I don't love being scared.

8. Any special talents? I have been told I'm pretty good at art and writing. I can also sing but I hate getting ANY attention for it so usually I just sing at home, about things I'm cooking or if my husband says something weird.

9. Where were you born? Fort Worth, Texas

10. What are your hobbies? Outside of fandom?? I love travel planning. Like, travel too, but I'm particularly into the planning. I have trellos. They are magnificent.

11. Do you have any pets?  Yes! 2 cats and one dog.

Pumpkin (orange tabby, grumpy, chonky, great pillow, made of trouble, loves being squished so much we call him squash, likes it rough the little weirdo, has been with me since the beginning and we are very attached to each other),

Kira (a skinny grey patchy kitty with big paws and frog eyes, very sweet and polite, will tap you on the shoulder for attention, gets right up in your face when you're eating to beg for food she's not actually interested in, will not be put off, will not give up, and likes to sleep under the covers, weirdly obsessed with my husband)

Ember (cute as fuck cattle dog mutt, probably hates us because we're low energy and she is HIGH HIGH HIGH energy, loves head and chin scratches, dangerous because she cannot contain her excitement for any humans, doesn't understand personal boundaries AT ALL and has paid the price for it a few times, she will paw and lick and jump and bork and snurf, very afraid of loud noises and locks herself in the downstairs bathroom when there are fireworks, dabs a lot, sleeps a lot, loves going to grandma's house (grandma's house!!!!), my husban and i are completely fucking obsessed with her and she's tired of hugs)

12. What sports do you play/have you played? I am very bad at sports. Very uncoordinated and asthmatic and also bored by them. I did play soccer when I was little, and danced. Terrible at both. I like putting the basketball in the hoop, could do without the running and dribbling. Ugh, running.

13. How tall are you? 5'4"

14. Favorite subject at school? English, out of the core courses. But I wasn't a good student. Way too ADD. Art was my favorite class. Art and Chorus, but those are electives so I dunno if they count.

15. Dream job? I genuinely don't want to do the stuff I love for a job. I went to school for Art, I got a DEGREE, but I work in Ed Tech as a Success Manager meaning I just make people successful and happy all day, and I love it and I'm really good at it (im a good problem solver, let me solve your problems). I guess I would have liked to be a teacher, since that's my favorite part of my job currently, but teachers get the shit end of the stick and I couldn't do it. All my love to the teachers out there.

Anyway, I don't want to get paid for art or writing, even if they are the only things I want to do with my time, because the minute I'm doing it for money and not just because I'm excited about it, I hate it.

This was the opposite of an answer to that question, wasn't it?

What’s your kitty(s) name? And what kind of pet (if any) do you think Spones would have?

I have two, Nibbler (10) and Mercury (supposedly 3). Nibbler is a gray and white tuxedo house whale cat with beautiful green eyes who is kinda chonky and scared all the time. Mercury is an all-black goblin cat with golden eyes who is really long and an absolute terror, too cute for her own good.

I think Spones would have cats for sure. McCoy is jealous that even the most standoffish cat gravitates toward Spock, a superpower he used to be the reigning champion of. At one point, their kids and Spock convince him to get a sehlat, but he neglects to read the fine print of how big they get. Unfortunately, McCoy got the sehlat in the habit of sitting in his lap, and they do not want to change their ways despite being as big—and soon bigger—than McCoy.

The sehlat is afraid of the cats, of course.

!!! oh oh brian my beloved!!!!!! yessss okay so he is one of the two main characters of my current wip novel (the other one is his qpp xeno, they/them). here is a lil snippet thingy i made abt them (plus FANFIC FROM ONE OF MY MUTUALS OMG) and here is a post i made abt the story recently and here is my tag for the wip as a whole.

but!!!!! if u don't wanna click around those, and also just bc i think i am interpreting this ask correctly as an invitation to infordump:

brian is aroace and autistic and adhd (xeno is a non-SAM aro and also autistic, they are also SO beloved). brian is also a wizard who does magic <3 and he has a suuuper fucked up magic wizard family (who currently have semi-disowned him for being aro </3). he has 8 siblings, 3 older and 5 younger, and he loves them all so much (the oldest two ah. do Not deserve it though. they are both very manipulative and emotionally abusive). brian is 23; his siblings range from 28 to 9 years old. his arc in the book will be basically. a race between his slowly developing awareness that his family is abusive and he needs to cut them off, and his deeply instilled self-sacrificial instincts leading him to put himself in dangerous situations to protect his younger siblings and xeno. so just. whether he will properly work up the courage to choose himself and leave before he gets himself killed or not. we shall see :)))))

hOWEVER angsty plot aside he and xeno are SO beloved and they love each other sm in a way that is wholly divorced from allo nonsense <333 they were roommates in their junior year of college and became qpps in their senior year, and the book takes place about a year and a half after that. brian is biiiiig and tall and chonky and soft (xeno is fairly average height, but that's still short enough for brian to rest his chin on top of their head <3), and he usually has some stubble because both facial hair and shaving are Sensory Bad things for him so it is just a constant battle between which is worse (xeno is always very cleanshaven bc facial hair gives them dysphoria). he usually wears a weighted vest + tshirt + jeans. he probably didn't know he was autistic growing up, which means he developed some stims that hurt himself without knowing what he was doing (specifically he tends to chew his hands and also dig his fingernails into his skin rlly hard) and then the habit got super ingrained, but now he is working on it and xeno is also looking out for it and helping him find other stims that are better <333 he has a chewy necklace now!!!! and some nice squishy rubbery stim toys he can dig his nails into instead <33333 he also has a cat named Critter!!!! they are very small. he also rlly likes vocal stimming (which can be a lil bit of a problem bc xeno is very sensitive to sound, but they've gotten pretty good at accomodating each other) and audio stims (he likes rlly loud rhythmic music for stims, musical theater soundtracks for when he's feeling depressed and nostalgic, and things like AJR and owl city for when he's just listening to music regularly) (xeno is a podcast person and rarely listens to music, and when they do it is normally music without lyrics). he rlly likes Textures and Sensations as a general rule. he loves to stim with xeno's hair (they have an undercut dyed purple), it's v cute, they'll snuggle next to each other on the couch while xeno is like reading a book or whatever. he also loves to give & receive top-of-head and forehead kisses, but most other kinds of kisses are a no-go for him bc he is both romance and sex repulsed and feels like most other kinds of kisses have been made too strongly associated with sex or romance by the general allo population for him to be comfy with them. xeno is extremely ambivalent towards most forms of physical affection, and towards romance/sex as concepts (they simply Do Not Care), so they are generally down for cuddles if brian wants cuddles, but they also would be perfectly fine without.

XENO MEANWHILE is also very very cool and good!!!! their samefood is applesauce, especially in squeezy packets, so there is a whole drawer in the kitchen just full of those (brian can't tolerate the texture, so xeno always knows Exactly how many there are in the house). they usually wear fingerless gloves bc it helps reduce the amount of unexpected sensation on their hands; they also tend towards very soft comfy clothes, mostly longsleeve shirts and sweatpants, bc most fabrics are bad textures. they don't emote in a very neurotypical way, so they have to mask a lot when they're at work, and brian is someone who they feel safe unmasking around bc they know he won't misinterpret their quiet and their lack of typical "happy"/pleasant facial expressions, and won't think they're super angry when they're not (which is a problem they often face when they can't mask in front of neurotypicals). they carry noise canceling headphones with them bc of how often they get overstimulated by too much noise. they rlly like to Sort and Organize things, which makes reshelving books at the library (their current job) one of their faaavorite things to do. they're also very good at spotting when brian is just. hiding the fact that he has 0 self-esteem, and are trying rlly hard to encourage him in asserting himself & his needs more often. they love to Learn things and will often infodump to brian about whatever it is they've learned recently. they have a note in their notes app for each person who is important to them, where they just write down every single little detail they know about that person and what they like/dislike, and so on. they make frequent use of these notes as a way to come up with good ideas for little ways to show affection (they are v into gift giving, quality time, and acts of service as love languages, but are very averse to words of affirmation. these tendencies have caused both good and bad things for them in the past). it took them a While to befriend Critter (brian's cat), but now the cat Loves them, which they count as a significant personal triumph. i think possibly they either have pet rats or have had them in the past, so if they do, then their room is off limits for Critter lol. they dye their own hair, which is always an Adventure especially because most smells are sensory Bads for them and bleach is Definitely one of them, so they often have to allot most of their spoons for the day just to bleaching out their hair, so they have to plan and schedule it carefully to have enough spoons. brian has offered to help do it with magic before, but xeno is not convinced that it would be better that way. they also have lots of stim toys, and they carry some in their backpack at all times (including some that are exclusively for brian).

OKAY that's. a lot of things abt them. i love them both sm. i definitely could go on but im stopping for now asjkdhfkjfghsdf tysm for the ask it was the best thing that happened to me today :D

🍓How do they feel about 'cute' things?: well, I think, both young and adult, Azedi adores cute little things. Especially cats. little cats, chonky cats, skinny cats, hairless cats. even acceccories cat themed. Even if as an adult she is acts very tough, she can't help but shout "awww" when there is a lil cat around :')

🍉What will your OC take to the grave?: this question really made me think a LOT. Azedi is a person open with everyone about everything, so I think she doesn't take anything to her grave. But Liquid sure had something that he brought to his grave and that Azedi never knew.

🥑What will they never back down about, even if it makes them seem bad?: Azedi is a very determined person, so she rarely backs down about something. I think she would never back down to defend a person she cares about, and sometimes even for the stupidest reasons or even if the person they are defending is in the wrong, as she is that loyal. But also Azedi gets mad quite often and rarely she backs down about her own reasons even.
