I wanted to expand that the main point of failure, often overlooked is that location independence is never factored in from multiple income streams. Most musicians miss the fact that if you’re sick, injured, absent or unavailable, you can’t work. Instead, look for ways that allow you to be free from the constraint of being in a time and place to mitigate against any obstacles that prevent you from being there in person.
