Jack Spicer Would Totally Be A Great Candidate For Joining The Black Hat Institute

He's already a full fledged villain in his own right, but on the other hand he still has a lot to learn and can be nurtured to become an even more competent villain. An orientation video aimed at kids could be dedicated to showing how even though currently he might be bumbling that in many future realities he has what it takes to rule the world. I totally see Flug trying to influence him and keep him from being persuaded to turn good since there were so many close calls where he almost considered joining the Xiaolin side. I do think like Flug he would be a target for bullies but retaliate with his inventions.

Jack Spicer

The nefarious nitwit called Jack Spicer is a self-proclaimed super villain who, despite his foolishness and neuroses, is a rather brilliant inventor.  The lad comes from a wealthy family and has been terribly neglected by his parents, resulting in recurrent panic attacks and a grossly diminished sense self esteem. He has attempted to cope with these difficulties by turning to villainy and hoping to show his worth by becoming the world’s greatest evil genius.   

Utilizing a bevy of remarkable self-made devices (including such items as helicopter backpacks, ray guns, and dozens of mechanical minions) Jack has sought out to obtain the powerful Shen Gong Wu, mystical weapons crafted by the legendary Grand Master Dashi.  He released the spirit of the evil witch, Wuya, and has aided her in battle against the noble Xiaolin Warriors.  

While most frequently a villain, there have been instances where Jack Spicer has shown honor and pooled resources with the heroes so to achieve the superordinate goal of preventing disaster.  The good-hearted Omi has seen that Jack is capable of turning away from villainy and has tried to convince him to do so... thus far to no avail.

The young villain is voiced by actor Danny Cooksey in the initial Xiaolin Showdown series and by actor Eric Bauza in the subsequent Xiaolin Chronicles. Jack first appeared in the debut episode of the Xiaolin Showdown animated series, airing on November 1st, 2003.

when i was a kid i was obsessed w xiaolin but only for these three characters and id draw fanart of me marrying chase while the main characters were on screen (except kimiko i liked her. i used to ship her and shadow so much.... toxic yuri win)

Your Donnie honestly remind me some much of Jack Spicer from xiaolin showdown, honestly think they would be good friends if not rivals

Sadly I have to say, while their style is kinda close and I can see the connection—Donnie would not like Jack too much…Spicer would probably get along better with one of the Sep!Donnie’s that are more…outright villain coded. Don might be a little skewed morality wise, but he’s still a good kid 🤣. But, hey, Don might get along well with like Clay or Kimiko!

I can officially post this amazing piece that @godtierwallpaper drew for me for chapter 2 of awakening!! I had such a blast coloring it! All of that water…it’s definitely one of my favorite things to color, especially with all of the layers that go into it.

I love these moments where they're staring down this massive, otherwordly beast with wild eyes and a jagged grin, and Chase and Omi are just standing tall against it, despite their diminutive stature. They just have this unbendable spirit to them.

This scene composition has such a David and Goliath-like feeling to it. Especially since Chase and Omi are both the smallest in their respective teams.

They're so tiny and their opponent is so larger-than-life that the monster practically needs to go cross-eyed just to glare at them.

Chase and Omi just stand up straight and glare back, excited even. Smirking at the chance to fight such a beast.

Both because they'd both be itching for a good fight. And because they're both prideful enough that they can't stand even letting titan look down on them. They'd take the chance to remind any monster that it's still beneath them.
