One of the biggest questions about meditation is how do I meditate in modern life? I think it depends on the way you understand life and meditation. In the fast-paced world we live in now, it seems that most people simply try to go through their day as best as they can without thinking about how they are going to meditate later on in the evening. There is really no need to do this, but there is a time when this could become a problem. If we get caught up in how we feel and our emotions, then it becomes impossible to clear your mind and really focus on something that you want to achieve. This can be a problem because in the fast-pace life that we have it seems impossible to even think about meditating. We simply try to stay awake and do our work. We feel like if we didn't keep working then we will lose our mind, but that is not true. All we need to do is try and enjoy what we have to do and then we will be able to clear our mind and truly meditate at a later time. If we spend too much time worrying about the way we feel each and every day, then we will never really find peace and happiness. It can be very easy to let this happen in our modern world. The main thing to remember is that the mind is powerful. We can learn to use it in a positive way and find peace and happiness. Today, 12th August 2022, our 2 German students - Mrs. Valeria Cihar @valeria.cihar and Mr Jan Cihar @jancihar got Sanskrit Names - Mrs. Valeria Cihar as VIJITA DEVI, and Mr Jan Cihar as ADITYA NARAYANA, at Adwait Yoga School, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, India. Vijita literally means Specific Victress, and Devi means Divine Female. Aditya is a name of Son God. Aditya literally means, son of Aditi (a deity, and mother of twelve Adityas), is named to the Sun. There are total 12 Adityas. Sun is generally named as Aditya. Bu, in addition to Sun, there are 11 other Adityas also. Lord Vishnu is also called as Aditya. The total 12 Adityas are: 1. Vivasvan (Sun), 2. Aryama, 3. Tvashta, 4. Savitra, 5. Bhaga, 6. Dhata, 7. Mitra, 8. Varuna, 9. Amsa, 10. Pushan, 11. Indra and 12. Vishnu (in the form of Vamana) Nârâyana is a name of Lord Vishnu, which lmeans "Lord of human beings" or "abode of of water or human beings". Nârâyana is made of two different words.
