About the challenge:

As we enter into the fall season we decided to revisit yoga postures that add SPICE to your practice. These yoga postures whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a long time will help you create balance, strength and playfulness in your practice. ALL LEVELS can enter this challenge. You can modify or advance any pose to stay within your own level of practice. Our goal is to create a YOGA COMMUNITY here on @instagram. This is not a competition but rather source of inspiration, dedication and like-mindedness.

I feel I have been really manifesting what I want through my thoughts. I can't get my actions to meet my thoughts. Even though there is a disconnect I am still content. I have the notion that once my thoughts become actions the true manifestation will occur. I dare say true happiness lies there because I have already found it within.
