I hate self study sessions in school

especially when classes are mixed (my class is small so we mix with another class for basic subjects)

it's like it gives everyone free range to talk about not class related things REALLY LOUD the volume increases gradually the more people feel comfortable speaking and all the sounds overlap

it's both super loud and so many noises and voices overlapping

and some teachers still expect me to function better without my noise cancelling headphones

You first. If you don’t want our disabilities to be treated like trends then stop belittling and minimising them. I’ll NEVER judge a person for trying find labels for their symptoms when an apathetic, racist, sexist, ableist healthcare system refuses to. But I will absolutely judge a hypocrite.
