Some things I do instead/to not eat🫶
Listen to songs that trigger me (poison tree-grouper, life imitates life-quannnic, it’s weird ik..)
Brush my teeth!!
Go on walks
Watch my ed story on YouTube/ana documentary’s
Look at spo!
Watch supersize vs superskinny
Chew gum
Drink SO much water (like 2 bottles in one sitting)
Drink black coffee (it tastes so bad and takes my hunger away)
Take a shower
Sleep (my fav ❤️)
Do body checks (in the mirror, scale, or measuring tape)
Lock myself in my room
Workout! (It can be any yt workout)
Watch mukbangs of the food I’m craving/watch disgusting mukbangs (I’m pretty sure there was a spider one!!)
I know there’s not so much, but they help alot, especially brushing my teeth and drinking so much water!💕
