started mermaid diet's week two!
yesterday was weigh in day.. ive lost 2.3kg (5lbs) only in the first week, so i'm really excited to see my results after the 5th week :-D
the thing i like the most about this diet is: it includes a weekly workout playlist! amazing (even tho it got harder for me now, my whole body hurts heh)
anyways, i'll bring more updates later ~~
my intake was 348cals today (350cal limit), burned 353 so net is -5!!! nice
