Felt like trying something out and drawing something a little more  ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

So I drew this genderbent Roarsome Lady who has a surprisingly detailed AU that only me and one other person really know about xD But regardless, I still think she’s really pretty and thought I’d share! 

Tried to give her some slightly different stripes to her counterparts, which you can (hopefully) see even more of undercut...   ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

*snrk* oh yeah! He definitely looked up stuff and did research beforehand. Probably go really flustered doing so. And well, fretted a lot when he actually got to doing it. Wondered if he was doing things wrong, and tried to follow the instructions to the letter. But Lucy probably assured him and helped talk him through it. Calmed his nerves and showed him that they can go with the flow and don't have to do things exactly as instructions say.

in the roarsome rex brickwoski variant au, you mentioned something about Lucy and him swapping bodies? how does that go down? and how do the two react to being in the other's body?

Well I was thinking of doing this as a short story at some point! Because I love fun scenarios like this, and there’s a lot of awkward humour, fluff and ANGST potential. And you know Im all for that! xD

But basically, (pre them getting together again) Rex and Lucy are transporting to the Space Center, when a random malfunction swaps their minds. (Their voices stay with their bodies btw. Eg, Lucy in Rex’s body sounds like him.) They are very confused, Lucy especially freaks out initially due to Rex’s heightened senses and the fact that she’s so physically different. Rex has been human (tho not a woman xD) before at least, so he recovers quicker. Besides, he has to shove down his own feelings, because Lucy is confused, scared, and panicking, and so of course he has to help her!!!! He gotta calm and comfort her. 

Lots of fun stuff happens as Benny and the Space squad work on a solution for them. And after a few weeks of being swapped, theyre put back to normal, and have a better understanding of each other (especially Lucy with Rex) and they get a lot closer.

what do you think a 'roarsome' lucy would look like?

I’m not 100% sure yet. I’d love to draw her out and experiment with what she’d look like at some point. 

Her colours would be like her hair I think. Maybe subtle variants of it. I haven’t decided on what colours would got where tho. Or if she’d have different markings to Rex or Emmet. That’s something I’d have to figure out with a drawing. 

I also don’t know if female raptors are bigger than males, or if theyre the same or what. If they were bigger, then I cant decide her height in relation to Rex or Emmet. Would she be taller than them? Or because she’s shorter than them as a human, would that level things out, and she’d end up pretty much the same size as them?? I dunno. What do people think would be cool?

what would happen if roarsome rex let his raptor instincts kick in while he was getting it on with lucy and emmet?

Well he does let them kick in a little bit. Mostly it makes his growl, or want to grasp/ claw at things (he always chooses the bed/ sheets, he’s not gonna risk holding onto someone else), maybe roars when he... you know B^) 

He tends to give love bites when he’s overwhelmed and into it, but surprisingly, he’s very good at doing that, even in the heat of the moment! He’s very careful and doesn’t leave any lasting damage. 

He is very careful and does his best to stay in control, and he does for practically all of the time. But I suppose, it’s inevitable that at some point he loses it a bit too much, and gets a bit too rough...

He’d be very upset and apologetic if he did, and the next time they got it on, he’d be incredibly, incredibly gentle.
